Janjira's property exceeded our expectations! The place was spotless clean, and the pool area was perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was premium—close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and supermarkets—yet tucked away on a quiet side street, free from traffic and noise. Communication with the host was flawless, and their recommendations were spot-on. The property itself felt premium, with all the amenities we needed. We will definitely book again!

We were staying 27March-6April, amazing host and stuff, very polite, positive and super helpful. Always in touch, very fast in terms of response and actions in case we needed smth. The house was truly great, very clean and tidy. Pool is quite big with clean water and pool towels. Villa was fully equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation with no fuss, the only thing we were missing is a dishwash machine in the kitchen. There also was a grill area outside the villa. Also I need to mention chef Jason, the food he made was absolutely delicious, you can not only use the predefined menu but select your own dishes and he will cook it for you. The prices were very friendly keeping in mind the level of quality and taste. Surin beach is 10 minutes walk from the villa, all the shops are in walkable distance, pharmacies and some decent cafes as well. So in general great place, definitely worth to come back and stay again. Thank you very much Florian and Cynthia for your hospitality!

Eine super Unterkunft, vor allem für mehrere Personen. Wir waren nur zu zweit, aber auch so war es perfekt. Einen kleinen Punktabzug in Sachen Sauberkeit für den Jacuzzi (hier war noch ein Haar des Vormieters) und die Dusche, die schon sehr verkalkt war (das lässt sich aber im laufe der Zeit schwer vermeiden). Das sind beides keine ausschlaggebenden Punkte, deshalb sind wir dennoch sehr zufrieden. Ansonsten ist noch anzumerken, dass hier auch auf die Kleinigkeiten geachtet wird, sodass wir bei Ankunft bereits mehrere gekühlte und ungekühlte Flaschen Wasser. Außerdem war ein Teller mit kleinen Snacks vorbereitet und es gab eine soundanlage, was ich auch nicht als selbstverständlich erachte. Also klare Empfehlung unsererseits. :)

My family and I had a pleasant stay, there was 10 of us— the place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. One thing to note is that there’s a noisy bar right next door that stays open late, which might be a concern for light sleepers. The location is a bit secluded, so you’ll need to rely on taxis or rideshares to get around. Overall, a good stay if you’re okay with a bit of nightlife nearby and don’t mind traveling for access to amenities.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa. Benoît est hyper serviable et flexible, il peut arranger pour vous la location de scooter, les transferts à l’aéroport et il a un book d’arrivé très pratique avec toutes les informations dont vous aurez besoin pour bien exploiter phuket. Le logement est propre et très moderne avec une belle piscine.

Mark was very accommodating and when the villa we booked had electrical issues, he upgraded us to one of his bigger villas. Highly recommend

We enjoyed staying here in Patong and thought that the villa was perfect for what we needed for our short stay. There is only one downside worth mentioning: the villa is situated at the bottom of a very steep hill. When it is raining out, the hill is very slippery and becomes treacherous both for walking and driving. It was not the end of the world, but it is worth considering. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . Me and my friend had a wonderfull time here, hope the next guests also find themselves at home when traveling Phuket . Thank you Alexandre .

We had a wonderful stay of 9 nights at Bangtao Sweet Home. Our host was extremely helpful and looked after us like family. She even assisted us in booking a trip. She arrived when we arrived to show us everything and we were offered a taxi from the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with many cute cafes around. We particularly enjoyed walking around 20 mins to the closest beach clubs. The location of sweet home was ideal as it’s near the west side of the island where you can see a beautiful sunset over the sea. We truly felt looked after on this trip, and we would recommend to all. It is very private and secure. The hot tub was a lovely touch and very relaxing. We found this place to be the perfect size for two people. When we took a taxi out and about we would recommend to have it picked up from the road rather than the apartment as it’s quite difficult for the car to get to, unless it you are using a motorbike. Thank you for a lovely trip! We can’t wait to come back.

My friends and I had such a great stay in Rawai. The place was beautiful, very clean and cozy, and exactly as described. The location was quiet but still close to everything we needed. The host was kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again!

We were 3 guests and we had a great stay, the pool and house were amazing! Initially we were sent the wrong location but they cleared it up quickly for us. Although the location is a tricky to get to, we would definitely book again ☺️.

Michael's place was perfect for our stay in Phuket. The view is stunning, and the apartment was comfortable for 4 people. Michael was extremely responsive and provided advice regarding tours, etc. I would stay there again without hesitation.

The place was just as described. The location is amazing, less than a minute walk down the hill at you're in the water. The convenient stores are right outside the gate and you can even enjoy some fancy dining and bars at the resorts nearby, all walking distance. Overall the property is quiet and peaceful and I would definitely enjoy staying there again.

This place is wonderful. its even more beautiful in real life. The view is sensational. it's also great being connected to the restaurant as the food and cocktails are first class. if I was to get married again I would get married on the beach, stay at the amazing house and party at the restaurant 😁

Phuket is amazing! We loved our stay at this beautiful beachside villa. There are restaurants all along the road, massage parlor next door, and moped rentals across the street. The villa itself was very clean and well-maintained (the AC saved us from the crazy heat). We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere die Dame, die die Übergabe gemacht hat. Kameras zur eigenen Sicherheit vorhanden. Leider aber auch im Poolbereich. Aber auf Anfrage und Wunsch wurden die Kameras von dem Poolbereich weggedreht, wodurch die Privatsphäre geschützt wurde. Das Nachbarhaus hat eine Kamera, die etwas in den Sitzbereich am Pool aufnehmen kann. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden. Gastgeber konnte uns auch eine gute Vermietung für ein Auto empfehlen. Die Lage ist allerdings etwas „außerhalb“. Man bräuchte ein Auto oder ein Scooter. Grab/Taxi ist natürlich auch eine Option. Vielen Dank für alles.

It was a beautiful experience living in this Villa it was beautiful quiet and peaceful I enjoyed the pool a lot also the kitchen have everything you need last but not last our host Mikhail was so nice and very helpful

The villa was amazing and had all amenities! We really enjoyed the pool too. The place was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The housekeeper Goi was sweet and very helpful. She gifted us fresh sweet mangoes on our last day there! Overall an amazing stay and experience, would definitely want to stay there the next time we visit the area

Sehr schönes bungalow mit Pool, der Pool wird 2x wöchentlich professionell gereinigt. Anbieter hat eine WA-Gruppe gemacht in der alles in Minuten geklärt werden konnte wie zb. Einen Roller zu bekommen der in die Unterkunft geliefert wurde. Alles bestens, danke!

Maria ist leicht zu erreichen, es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Anlage. Schöne ruhige Gegend, Anlage war dauernd überwacht und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.
