Holiday rentals with a patio in Ko Siboya

This was our second stay at Sanuk Villa, and it felt like home once again! The pool is a fantastic size, and you'll only share with the house above (there's not always ppl there so can be private to you!) Deborah is a very friendly and proactive host, who would reply to our messages quickly. Thank you! A/C in the bedrooms is very cold which is appreciated after a hot day in the sun. Fans work brilliantly in the open dining/living space too. There is Netflix on the tv! Be careful of the cheeky monkeys on the road up to the villa. They do sometimes come around the pool, so watch your belongings. You need a bike or a car to get around as you're about a 5 min drive away from lovely restaurants and shops. You could walk it, but we would recommend driving. All in all, we loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

We enjoyed our stay here, we visited Ao Nang Beach quite frequently and it was no issue getting to and from. The flat was very clean with comfy beds and a spacious bathroom. Would recommend for the price.

l'accueil était super. la chambre correspondait à la description et était propre. il est possible de louer des scooters et des excursions directement avec Sofiya. également laver son linge. la plage est a 5 minutes à pieds.

Vraiment très bel accueil, gentillesse extraordinaire ! Propreté irréprochable et lits très confortables. Tous les jours on avait droit à une petite visite pour voir si tout était parfait. Un gros plus, l'appartement est équipé d' un appareil ultra performant pour la filtration de l'eau... c'est un plus, pas besoin d'acheter de l'eau !

This is a great combination of everything a traveler needs. Alex and his team are very helpful, the location is perfect- not too far from the beach and close to all of the great food - plus the rooms have a beautiful view. Looking forward to stay again!

My partner and I are on a several month long trip around Southeast Asia and this spot was a perfect place for us to relax during our stay in Ko Lanta! We love cooking while we travel and the apartment has all of the home amenities we are used to, from simple things like a cheese grater, vegetable peeler, basic cooking seasonings, a full sized fridge, AN OVEN (we haven’t had a place with an oven since we started our trip two months ago) and a grocery store nearby we were able to make our meals with ease! The washer on the property was a total bonus as well (since we’d been traveling for quite a while already)! Scott and Nong are also wonderful hosts! They got us situated with a transfer from the ferry dock and handled all of the motorbike rental details ahead of time so check in and check out were a complete breeze! Would 11 out of 10 recommend this spot to anyone visiting Ko Lanta, great hosts, great location, great price and a WONDERFUL apartment! We definitely intend to return!

I cannot recommend this lovely house enough!! Essentially 10 mins to Ao Nang & 10 mins to Krabi Town. If you’re looking for something quiet, peaceful & surrounded by nature, this house is for you. We thoroughly enjoyed how open the house was, the views are breathtaking taking. This house is beautifully tucked away, but only a short walk to 7/11 & most importantly near lots of food stores!! We adored our host Pavinee, I look forward to staying here again 🥰 Can’t thank you enough 🫶🏻

I had an amazing stay at Somruch's property! The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything was well-maintained and spotless, making the space feel very comfortable and inviting. Somruch was an outstanding host—extremely responsive and attentive to any questions or needs throughout my stay. her excellent communication and friendly demeanor made the experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and look forward to staying here again!

Absolutely stunning accommodation, with the most wonderful views. The staff are so kind, thoughtful and lovely! Probably one of the most beautiful villas I've ever stayed in - the attention to detail and interior design was immaculate, especially the bathroom with the outside showers (don't worry, there's two inside too), two sinks (his & hers) and the beautiful bathtub. The restaurant had such wonderful vibes each night, especially the section set into the water (which was opened up especially for us!). The staff truly know how to make your visit here memorable and special! The bike hire was a smooth transaction and I hirely recommend (the area is a little remote, but it's ideal for a private getaway) It's worth a mention the laundry is very expensive, but I suppose with it being such a up market venue, maybe it's to be expected. Overall a fabulous stay - I hope to visit again in the future!!

Such an amazing place to stay. The hosts were great too, super helpful getting us checked in and the process was seamless from the airport. Highly recommended and will be back.

The host was very kind and due to our flights, we had an early check-in and late check-out. The house is great, everything was clean and welcoming. It is one of several villas in that road with security. Short walk to the beach, also to go shopping. This villa was right beside the tennis court (they could have painted that grey concrete wall as you are looking straight onto it when sitting outside). We have been there in the green season, so not many villas occupied at that time. When in the pool or around the pool area, you won't have a lot of privacy when every villa is booked, so we have been lucky at that time of the year. Staff was very friendly and helpful, always smiling and really nothing to complain. We would go there again! Thank you very much :0)

Superbe logement et Hote. Emanuela est une personne très gentille qui saura vous conseiller tout au long de votre séjour. L’emplacement est parfait, à deux pas de la mer. Vous pouvez d’ailleurs louer un scooter via emmanuela. Nous avons tout adoré !

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen aufmerksam und hat uns bei allen Fragen schnell und freundlich weitergeholfen. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass sie sich sogar um einen Roller für uns gekümmert hat – das war eine große Hilfe. Ein weiteres Highlight war die süße schwarze Hauskatze, die uns jeden Tag herzlich begrüßt hat – wir haben sie richtig ins Herz geschlossen. Insgesamt können wir diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen, man muss sich nur bewusst sein das es etwas abgelegen liegt und man definitiv mobil sein muss , mit einem Roller klappt es super . Vielen Dank für alles! 🩷

Rent, fräscht, gott om plats & nära till stranden.

A great base to stay in Ao Nang , close to everything yet quiet at night time. The apartments are up a ssteep hill but has a free shuttle service from 8am till 9pm . Highly recommend staying here also has a washing machine on the balcony which is a big plus . Reception were very helpful when needed.

virkelig god lejlighed, perfekt til børnefamilier. Tæt på stranden, man skulle dog gå 100 meter til højre på stranden, da stranden lige neden forvvar fyldt med sten. Det eneste minus var, at der ikke var poolhåndklæder, som lovet, og de kunne heller ikke skaffes i løbet af de 17 dage vi var der. Strømmen er DYR, så vær opmærksom på det. Vi brugte ikke ret meget aircondition og vi betalte 2500 bath for de 17 dage.

This airbnb was more like a hotel but we didn’t mind it at all, everything was perfect. The host and the whole team was really kind and friendly. The place was exactly like on the pictures, maybe even nicer in real life. The view was amazing too! If you wanna stay in a nice airbnb I highly recommend this place!

I really enjoyed my stay at this appartment. It is new and cozy. You get a great view from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable. I also liked 2 air conditioners, you can choose which one to use. You also get all the utensils necessary for cooking. The only problem for me was the absence of an iron, as I have delicate clothing that were not ironed correctly at the laundry service downstairs. The building itself is very modern. It has a swimming pool and a sauna (which I enjoyed). The internet was really fast, as promised. Aslo, Noree was very friendly and caring. I am grateful for such a wonderful stay
