Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ko Pha-ngan District

I have never stayed in an airbnb that was so thoughtfully planned out. They went above and beyond. EVERYTHING you'd need and more. It was really nice to feel so at home being so far away. Thanks for making this place so amazing. Pros: The bed, The well stocked kitchen, the ice maker, the fan, speakers, Super quiet, nice shades (important for light sensitive sleepers) No strong smells from cleaners or fabric softeners, mold ext. Really a great size, huge closet, comfy couch. Cons: Just something to note: The road in is a little rough but it's doable and this is all over the island.

A secluded place, with a spectacular view, gave us a lot of quiet, the manager of the property Bowie was very friendly and attentive to our needs, the house is very clean, a very comfortable sleeping mattress, a clean and very spacious pool, a place with privacy, they announced in advance on which days and hours they will enter to clean the house and the pool, the apartment has everything you need to make a long stay. The villa is in a very isolated place relative to Copenhagen, so you have to take into account that you have to take a motorcycle/ car, it is worth getting around (generally in all of Copenhagen)

We had an amazing stay at this villa and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. The location is super convenient if you have a scooter, as it gives you easy access to all the nearby hotspots while still being tucked away in a quiet, relaxing area. The villa itself was perfect for me and my girlfriend. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and really well thought out in terms of layout and amenities. Everything we needed was there—from kitchenware, towels to a great TV setup and cozy touches that made it feel like home. You can tell that a lot of care was put into making the space welcoming and functional. Shoutout to Cecile and Johann—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and super quick to respond any time we had a question or needed anything. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. You really feel taken care of. Thanks again, def. would wanna come back!!

We had a perfect stay with Aaron! The apartment was spotless, fully equipped and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed and Aaron was just a text message away for any questions we had. He was extremely kind and helpful and made our incredible stay ever better. The pool was a great bonus :) I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet but central location. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our stay, so peaceful. staff were all lovely, we had access to the resort, the food there was great and staff were all really friendly and helpful. beautiful beach and everything was walking distance. The boat house was so beyond our expectations. we have been travelling Thailand and this was our best stay, we really didn't want to leave. we will definitely be back and we will recommend the boat house to friends and family. Good and easy communication with the host. thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the beach and pool. We used the kitchen for all are meals except for a few we dined out. It’s near things but down a quiet road so it’s peaceful. Ratchi and her sister were very nice. I had left a pair of leather shoes behind and she mailed them to me.

I had a wonderful stay – the place is incredibly quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host Marcus was very kind and helpful, offering lots of great local recommendations. I’d definitely love to come back again!

We had an amazing stay at Phillips Villa! Such a beautiful view…the pool was a highlight! Hosts were very accommodating! They cleaned out the villa while we were out and provided us a taxi service! Would love to stay again!

The apartment was amazing with the best view you could possibly have! The private beach made it our most beautiful 4 weeks in Thailand. Lance responds quickly and is super helpful with anything you need. Definitely recommended!

Wonderful location with very nice host . We enjoyed a lot with family and our little dog . We come back because three nights in phangan are like one day anywhere else . Can only recommend

We absolutely loved our stay at ‘our little gem’. We felt right at home in our spacious unit. We were super close to tons of great food options and enjoyed our scenic scooter rides to the beach. We didn’t have neighbours for most of our stay so really enjoyed how quiet it was. Our host was so lovely and the property cats were the sweetest.. we miss them! Will 100% book again for our next stay on Koh Phangan. Thanks again x

We spent 6 beautiful nights here and will happily return if we get the chance! The apartment is pristine, well appointed, comfortable, plus the view is even better in real life. There are lots of small thoughtful touches throughout the apartment to ensure you really feel at home. Aircon in both the bedroom AND the lounge room is a huge bonus, as many places in Koh Tao only have aircon in the bedroom. Communication was fantastic, and we were even given a late check out which was much appreciated. This place is also really reasonably priced, honestly, it completely exceeded our expectations. We truly loved our time here :)

Our stay at this Koh Samui apartment was amazing! The location was ideal — super convenient and close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it easy to get around. We had no issues with communication, and Ahmed was always responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

Our stay at this air bnb was incredible, the stunning sunset views from the balcony were an evening highlight. The apartment is pristine with beautiful interior decor and has every amenity you could think of for your stay. Mel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer our questions. The Welcome basket on arrival is very thoughtful, ours included some wine, beer and lovely local snacks and chocolates. We loved the location, which was close to everything including the airport. We had a private Yoga and Sound healing Session on the last night, it was incredible, thank you for the recommendation Mel. We cannot recommend Mel and the property highly enough.

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

Great place to stay with a fantastic view and a great host that made us feel very welcome. The place was nice and clean when we arrived and the view was incredible especially as a first timer in the islands of Thailand. Overrall very pleased with our stay and extremely satisfied with the hosts hospitality. We will be visiting again soon :)

This property is lovely and just like the photos. The location is great being next to some really beautiful beaches and bays. The hosts were very friendly and willing to assist you in getting taxis ext. would recommend if you’re on Koh Tao

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul’s condominium. It was just as he described, spacious and comfortable with a great view. We felt very safe and secure and usually left our front door and back slider wide open to take advantage of a great cross breeze thru the condo. It was our first time staying in an Airbnb, where we had to pay the electricity and water separately, which turned out to be no problem. Although the temperatures were in the mid 80s, we only had to use the air conditioning in the bedroom at night time while sleeping. We stayed nine nights and had the cleaners come in one time and the total charge was just over 800 Baht (about $2.50 per day). The hill to walk into town mentioned by Paul is very steep! Walking up it in the afternoon sun was a killer. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to our friends and family.

Brian is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He arranged our pickup from Nathon Pier (since we took the ferry from Krabi) and can also help organize a motorbike, which we’d highly recommend for getting around (the hill is steep, but the location is worth it!). His guestbook is full of great recommendations, and his hospitality made our stay seamless. The condo itself is stunning, with unbeatable ocean and cliff views from the balcony—waking up to that scenery felt surreal! It’s also super spacious, clean, and just 2 minutes from Bo Phut Temple and 13 minutes from Fisherman’s Village (which we visited often). The pool area is lovely, and the whole place has a peaceful, luxurious vibe. We wish we could give 10 stars—for the price this was one of our favorite stays in Thailand, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Brian, for an unforgettable experience!
