Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Ko Pha-ngan District

Having spent a lot of time on KP and having seen & lived in quite a few different homes here I would highly recommend Matilda’s place. Benefits being: it’s private and located in a walled garden. Tastefully decorated. Kitchen is lovely. Bathroom is lovely. Huge living and dining room to relax in. Mosquito screens on all windows and doors were also a major plus. Matilda herself is very friendly and check in was easy. Location is a bit out of the way but we know the island well so that wasn’t a surprise to us. Only takes 10-15 mins to reach the more popular places. Only thing I would say is the second bed is suitable for children but not the best for adults for longer than a few nights. Over all: would definitely recommend.

our stay was simply AMAZING!!!! the villa is really beautiful and has such an amazing interior design. Additionally it was very clean and during our 4 weeks of stay we got cleaning service once a week and clean towels every few days. The owner lives also right next to the house and was always available when we needed support. The cherry o the top was the drinking water supply that is included and also the great coffee machine (not to forget also to mention the Netflix account for rainy days ;) one little remark but this did not bother us is that the location is not the one as on the map so you definitely need a scooter - but if you have one you are pretty fast to get to Srithanu in a few minutes. Thanks a lot for making our stay so wonderful....we will definitely come back and can recommend everyone to experience this beautiful villa

Sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft. Einfach zu finden und problemloser Kontakt. Einziges Manko: Neben dem hinteren dritten Schlafzimmer ist ein kleiner Raum mit Generator oder ähnlichem, welcher nachts äußert laut ist. Sollte man also Probleme mit Geräuschen haben, besser Oropax mitnehmen. Ansonsten wirklich alles top!

Жили на вилле 1 месяц вдвоем. Вилла очень просторная: большая гостиная в доме, открытая веранда с видом на море, кресла у бассейна. Большой бассейн. Хорошая кухня. Нам все очень понравилось. Наверху большая спальня. Внизу 2 небольшие спальни, которые разделяются дверью. В отдельном доме живет персонал. Раз в 2 дня делают уборку. Раз в 4 дня меняют белье. Стирают вещи по запросу. Заезд очень простой. Вилла на отдалении от главной дороги, поэтому шума от нее нет. Но рядом проходит местная дорога. Поэтому в верхней спальне слышен шум машин и байков – особенно утром. 2 раза в неделю по вечерам шум от соседних баров до 2 часов ночи. На вилле живет очень милая кошка. Мы ее звали Бусинка. Мы ее очень полюбили. Она любит влажный корм с курицей и тунцом – голубые пакетики из 7-11. Кошка, когда хочет играть или чем-то недовольна, немного кусает за ноги. Но в целом, очень ласковая и любит людей. Рядом много хороших кафе. До пляжа минуты 2 на байке. До пляжа Ко Ма с рыбками – минут 15.

We had an amazing time at the Exotic Villa. Our host Amm was really supportive and kind. They are able to organize everything you need during your stay like scooter rental, taxi service or even massage at the Villa. We felt at home on holiday and will definitely come back.

Ich spreche für alle 7 Gäste und wir hatten eine unfassbar gute Zeit in der Villa. Die Villa ist riesig und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. 3 Schlafzimmer (das große hat ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa), die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, die Bäder super gestaltet. Die Kommunikation mit Tarik dem Manager war unglaublich - hier ein großes Danke. Tarik hat sich einfach um alles gekümmert, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten war er da, hat sofort geantwortet. Besser geht es einfach nicht. Wir würden wieder buchen! :)

Spent a week at Tal’s villa and it was spot-on. You’re about 10 steps from the sand, yet trees out front keep things private. House is freshly done, super clean, comfy beds and soft linen—no worn-out stuff here. Kitchen has everything: sharp knives, big fridge, proper espresso machine. We cooked most nights. Biggest win for me was the 1 Gbps fibre. There’s a real work desk with a monitor and an Ethernet cable—Zoom was rock-solid while the kids streamed Netflix. Pool is perfect for cooling off and watching the sunset. Five-minute scooter ride to Thong Sala for food runs. Tal answered every question in minutes and helped arrange scooter rental. All in, great value for a quiet beachfront stay. Would book again without thinking twice.

אחלה של וילה, באמת הכל מעולה, קרוב לאחת המסעדות המעולות באי. הדבר היחיד שביאס אותי שאין מגן בסלון. אבל מעבר לזה הוילה ממש נהדרת

Eddie was an amazing host – very welcoming, quick to respond, and the place was spotless and cozy. I felt right at home and would 100% stay again!

The house is amazing, just like the owners are. We had a very good communication with Pam before, during and after our stay. The house is spacious and lush and it‘s tastefully decorated. The house is secluded in a private estate but still near to beaches and the nearby town. Perfect for family’s or groups up to six friends.

We loved our stay at Blake’s villa. They are amazing hosts with one of the best locations on the island. If you get the pleasure of staying here - you won’t want to leave. We even had some monkey sightings from the balcony which was really beautiful.
