Вилла с шикарным видом но закат солнца в последний момент прячется за левым холмом. Мы жили 20 дней. уборка немного хромает но если её сразу взять за рога всё пройдёт отлично, т.к. пропустите одну следующая через 4 дня. Сервис отличный, доставка еды, няня, бесплатное такси до пляжа, встречают, провожают, устраняют неполадки день в день, общение по вацап, короче всё отлично. Бассейн чистый, жили с детьми, они в восторге. И главное это безопасно, каждую ночь закрывали верхний въезд, оставался один внизу через охранника и видео камеру, он не останавливал но походу записывал номера, и каждый час или пол ездил по территории с фонариком на лбу, шарил так сказать. В общем уезжали со слезами что уезжаем из практический собственного дома но жить 3 семьи (друзья) в одном доме более было невыносимо)

Wir waren total überwältigt als wir angekommen sind. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig, hat 2 große Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad im oberen Stock und eine längliche Terasse mit unglaublichen Ausblick auf das Meer. Im unteren Stock eine große offene Küche mit Wohnzimmer, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Stockbett gut geeignet für Kinder und noch einem Badezimmer. Die Terasse bietet genug Platz zum gemütlichen Liegen am großen Pool oder zum spielen und essen am Tisch. Der Ausblick ist unbezahlbar mit tollem Sonnenuntergang abends. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine ist sehr modern und hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Es wird ein Lieferdienst von außerhalb angeboten, der nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun hat, allerdings können wir diesen nicht empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und es wird eine WhatsApp Gruppe von Hotel angelegt, wo man ganz unkompliziert kommunizieren kann. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung! :)

The rooms were absolutely beautiful, such good value for money as it felt like a treat staying there. Super comfy bed, all modern appliances and the cafe on site was brilliant too. Worth bearing in mind that some fairly big spiders can make their way into the top bedroom through the roof (we had two over four nights!), and some friendly lizards too. But if you don’t mind that it is absolutely brilliant!

We, a Family with 2 children, stayed 6 weeks at Dobis Place. We really enjoyed it. In the beginning there have been some complications but in every case Dobi was really fast and motivated to fix it as soon as possible. They were really friendly to the Kids as well and gave them presents. It is really central especially when you like to party but the house itself is very quiet and peaceful. But anyway: nothing is really far on this island :-). Thank you!

暗くなるとホテルの入り口が分かりづらかったのですが、連絡するとすぐに迎えに来てくれました。 チェックアウトもゆっくりできました。 とても良い生活を送れました。

Amazing place for a big group! Great pool, spacious villa, amazing views and scenery, and a decent location. And they offer a lot of services and the staff were overall incredible helpful. Main downsides: Very steep hill to reach the place so very difficult to walk from/to the house, and you have to pay a cash security deposit that’s not through Airbnb. Overall, would definitely highly recommend booking here if you’re staying in Koh Phangan.

los trabajadores del hotel siempre muy amables y atentos. La ubicación es encima una colina por lo que tienes las ventajas de grandes vistas (extraordinarias) desde la piscina y el comedor y mucha tranquilidad pero tiene el inconveniente que si no alquilas transporte andando hay una gran pendiente hasta el hotel. Tuvimos un pequeño percance con la reserva porqué hubo dudas del tipo de habitación una vez pagada la reserva pero el anfitrión fue muy atento y nos pusimos de acuerdo mediante la misma aplicación de Airbnb. Nos quedamos con las vistas (aunque no desde la habitación), la piscina y el restaurante (buenísimo). Recomendable.

Die Anlage war sehr schön, mit sehr großem Pool und Meereszugang. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Perfect stay

The location is simply a dream. Waking up to that view every morning was truly priceless. The hosts were incredibly kind and always helpful. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. They also manage a beautiful viewpoint right next to the accommodation which offers an amazing view. Everything went smoothly and I could not have asked for a better experience.

Notre séjour à Koh Tao fut très agréable dans un logement super jolie ! Le personnel est au service des clients et toujours aimable. La communication avec Krittika fut bonne, elle a su être réactive pour répondre à nos demandes. Pour les prochaines réservations, il faudrait améliorer les instructions sur l’arrivée à savoir qu’une personne de l’hôtel vient nous chercher au port avec une navette gratuite jusqu’à l’hôtel mais aussi que le petit déjeuner est bien inclus dans la réservation.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Koh Samui was absolutely incredible! The house itself was stunning and generally as described, though it could use some minor cosmetic touch-ups. That being said, the overall experience more than made up for it. Miss Poe and Mr. Myo were the true stars of our trip! They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed—cleaning our rooms, providing fresh towels, and cooking some of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had. We genuinely wish we could have taken them home with us! The property manager, Caine, was also fantastic—quick to respond to any requests and extremely helpful in arranging bookings. Koh Samui is a breathtaking island, and we feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to experience it in such a beautiful setting. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Wow, what a beautiful place. Exactly like the photos, check-in process is a breeze, the beautiful hosts had a very detailed list of restaurants to check out nearby, activities and so forth, as well as being very accomodating with booking things should we need to. Very peaceful and serene, far from the hustle and craziness but close to so many gems. The details within and outside the house are amazing and would definitely book this place again to experience for a much longer time. Thank you Stephen & Neaw

Kristin est une hôte adorable, extrêmement accueillante et sympathique, elle est présente et prévenante, à l’écoute de nos besoins éventuels Elle et son staff sont aux petits soins pour nous durant les bons petits déjeuners ou le reste du temps Son lodge est très fleuri, très calme et paisible. Parfait pour un séjour relax et tranquille, pour lire, nager dans la piscine, se reposer loin du bruit et de l’agitation de Lamai car situé dans la cocoteraie, sur une colline Nous avons loué un scooter pour visiter l’île et accéder aux cafés, restaurants, bord de mer … Donc 7 nuits dans une chambre agréable, joliment décorée, tout confort : une très bonne literie, un petit canapé, 1 save box, des petites attentions de Kristin à grignoter, des bouteilles d’eau chaque jour… un joli accueil et un joli endroit intimiste à Lamai !

Sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft, nur leider ist die Lage wirklich nicht optimal, wenn man gerne viel unternimmt. Ohne Roller ist man dort quasi aufgeschmissen. Der Pool und das Zimmer waren ein Traum. In der Gemeinschaftsküche wäre ein bisschen mehr Geschirr und Messer nötig gewesen, um selbst gut kochen zu können.

Eine atemberaubende Unterkunft. Wer hier übernachtet, erhält eine wirklich luxuriöse Betreuung und spektakuläre Insta Bilder :) Wir haben und für die Suite mit Pool Zugang entschieden und was soll ich sagen - Wow + Design und Architektur ***** + Ausblick ***** + Service ***** + Die Küche ***** + Sonnenuntergang 🌅🌅🌅🌅🌅 + und noch vieles mehr Einziges Minus ist die Lage. Die Anfahrt hat es in sich. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und mussten ein paar mal Luft holen um hoch zu kommen. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es aus der wunderschönen Natur, nichts. Wer Ruhe und Luxus sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Ein absolutes Highlight in meinen 10 Jahren hier auf AirBnB.
