Welcome to this basement duplex with all the amenities you can think of. Bedroom #1 features a queen tempurpedic mattress on an adjustable frame. Bedroom #2 has a full and twin bed. This stunning home is located on Garrison Bay (Lake Sakakawea) in the Garrison Creek Subdivision in the heart of walleye fishing and deer/pheasant hunting. Cabin has 3 bedrooms, 3 bath on the main floor, including a huge master suite with a walk-in closet and a shower. There is a beautiful family room and a living room each with a fireplace, so you can cozy up no matter where you are in the house.

Relax with the whole family, for a hunting trip, birdwatching, fishing, hiking, or just to get away. House is located 2 miles north of Lake Audubon, 12 miles east of Garrison, 6 miles from Totten Trail, and 3 miles from boat launches. Canoes for rent, plenty of parking, hunting dogs welcome (please call on other pets.) Dogs must be in a kennel in the house. Dogs not allowed in the beds or on the furniture. Currently some exterior grounds construction. Basement is separate.
