Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The space was well-decorated, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It really felt like a home away from home. I will definitely be coming back for future trips!

A perfect place for solo travelling

The first stay was reasonably priced, and the environment was good, and it was also good for swimming

It’s a great stay since my kids enjoy it very much specially with the pool and playground amenities along. Just that certain of the light accessory it’s broken (caution for toddlers). Other than that the place it’s splendid, it’s a bit costly than the normal units at this building, but it worth with the interior design specially at the living room.

Penny's place is easy to access to trendy shopping malls and many of tourists attractions. Good restaurants and cafes are also very accessible within a reasonable walk. The room has a sense of home equipped with all the things you need. You can start a life right away without anything. We'd love to stay again. Thank you so much, Penny!

The accommodation is very good: beautiful views from the 31st floor, well located in KL, a very large shopping center with a good supermarket in the building, 2 very good pools. The instructions are very clear. The apartment is very well equipped. I liked everything, but I would highlight Gary's good team because they inform you of everything, meet with you at the agreed time, etc. Lovely. I do want to remind the team that they need to fix the toilet clog problem, it's not a big inconvenience but they need to fix it. I would stay again without hesitation and I recommend it 100%

Place is exactly as listed. Excellent location. At unit, all amenities work well with thoughtful additions like clothes dryer, and we had a very comfortable and homely stay. The kitchen is well equipped to make simple food. Beds comfy, fans and AC work well. Ours is an outlier experience but with our unexpected late check in , we had trouble finding the right tower for parking (interconnected towers, very confusing for first timers). Access to the unit from the parking spot is not intuitive and we were hopelessly lost and had to call host who did guide us. Best to take the help of caretaker, which we could not do as it was late and we felt awkward. Also to note that exiting the car park was tense through the narrow winding slope, esp if you have a big car. Not sure if you can do it often, we usually drive to KL and do cabs locally. Note that access to building & lift is only with card (guests get 2); (not intuitive for seniors who need to be accompanied always) .

It is a beautiful place, with trees and lake background and a Homestay that caters all our need to make our holiday enjoyable and most memorable. Even the children really enjoy the small pool. Ohw there was so many things we can do here... Bbq grilling, cycling, jogging, strolling by the lake.. even fishing... Or juz sit n relax at the back patio enjoying your coffee while viewing the panaromic lake view, cruises and water taxi passing by. And of coz our great host, Hafiz make it all possible for us, even kindly allow us for early check in. Tq so much.

Mr Tong has a nice place. Quiet neighbour. Place kept clean. It’s a double storey house with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on ground floor. Overall pleasant stay

The flat is as described and even better. The view, the amenities and layout are great, we definitely felt lucky to be there during our stay in KL. Man is an excellent host, he was always there to support us should we need anything. Proactive, excellent communication, he did his best to accomodate us and make our stay better and he succeeded. He as exquisite taste, the flat was well decorated and furnished.

I had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Urban Retreat Studio! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for two guests. Teresa was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Nice apartment, my second time staying at this condo but first time in this unit. Everything was as in the photos and description and I would stay here again. Had an aircon issue but it was fixed straight away. Takes a while before messages are read - it does say communication can take up to five hours for a reply - in an emergency this would be a long time. Suggestions - a small pair of kitchen scissors, some garbage bags for the bin and a kettle upgrade as the button doesn’t work properly. Thank you again
