Family-friendly holiday rentals in Kiti

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

It's good value for money. The "luxury" part depends on what you expect from a place, it is indeed large and has a jacuzzi, but to us it didn't feel like a luxury flat - it needs some updates & renovations, as it shows it's age. Otherwise you're just like in a private villa, it occupies the entire upper floor. 3 mins from the sea by foot, not a very busy area and parking included. A bigger tv would be needed as couch is really far from it :) We recommend it nonetheless.

Everything great, minus the Wifi that wasn't working during my stay. Host fixed heating next morning. Great host, amazing location, near the main street. Safe and clean building. Room gets dark to sleep in the morning. Space is big enough for 2 or 3 people.

We had a few issues at the start which Elena fixed as soon as she could. This is a host that will go through fire to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The place is modern and beautiful with a balcony to relax on during slow days. There are a few minor things that could be improved upon: - The couch is pretty small. If you're a plus size person, you won't be able to sit comfortably watching tv. - The beds does not have any mattress pads and in certain positions you can feel the spring in the mattress. I believe this place is a 5/5 if the above are taken care of.

Beautiful, very tastefully decorated small apartment in a small village near the coast. The sea is in sight, on the roof terrace there is a jacuzzi and all the sights are within max one hour by car. Christoph , his wife and their super nice little children live in the same house. There is also a restaurant in the house with eco-cuisine.

We had a very pleasant stay! The jacuzzi was really good Everything was clean and there was plenty of space. We also had a barbecue and were provided with the barbecue grill. Definitely a very good choice!

Lovely setting and a beautiful view from the balcony

Great urban/semi rural location in Latsia. 10 minute walk to bus stop, 30 minute bus ride to Nicosia. The apartment is very clean and welcoming, has loads of space and everything was as described. Our 2nd time staying here, we hope to return. Thank you Alex.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. In December, we especially appreciated the air conditioning, which efficiently heated the space, as well as the constant access to hot water. The location in the center of Larnaca was excellent – everything was within walking distance, and the views from the windows were breathtaking. On one side, we had a panorama of the city and the sea, and on the other, the Troodos Mountains – absolutely stunning! The apartment was very well equipped – everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. From dishes and pots to a cezve for making coffee – the hosts thought of every detail. We were very happy with our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Larnaca.

Very comfortable cozy little house only 10mins walk from the sea and restaurants. Close enough to the action but calm enough to get good sleep. All the amenities you need, comfortable beds, clean, good shower, and utensils for cooking as well as avaliable coffee and sugar for breakfast. David and Elina which I met upon departure are very kind and looking forward to seeing them again with the family!

Location, location, location…We could not have been in better place. Beautiful views, close to shops, the beach, the buses, the airport. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Perfect base for travelling around. The flat has everything you need. Andreas was an excellent host, I have been using Airbnb for over 15 years and this is so far the best host and the best experience I had. Highly recommended.

Renting the property from Sue & Tim was a blessing. We had a great time and relaxing at the pool was amazing. Communication with the host was great and they were very friendly. Would recommend it to others and also we would go back and rent the same property again :) !

What a lovely little space in the heart of Kalavasos! A short walk away from delightful restaurants and quaint town square. The apartment is clean and homely, we loved having access to the roof-top pool. Hosts were very friendly and responsive! Highly recommend!!

It was an amazing place, well equipped!

Andreas was very responsive & very accommodating.The house is located in a lovely complex and it is very private & peaceful. It is a large house & has a lot of space for a big family.The outside area is the show stopper & it will be a wonderful summer vacation spot as the swimming pool area is wonderful.We had a few issues with the heating which was addressed immediately even though it was over the Xmas & NY holidays where many local tradesmen were not working. Andreas ensured it was sorted immediately.We also had an issue with the cleanliness of the house this was sorted out immediately. I would suggest to the hosts to find a more thorough cleaning service as the house wasn’t as clean as it should have been and their cleaning company is not very efficient or thorough.That is the only negative we found This can be rectified if they hire a more professional and thorough cleaning service to ensure toilets,floors,inside all cupboards are cleaned.We would stay again,lovely hosts.Thank you

We were a group of 15 visiting Cyprus for a friend's wedding and stayed at the villa for a week. This place offered everything you may possibly need: it's huge, everyone got a double bedroom most of which are with en-suite bathrooms, there is a large pool alongside barbeque area with a big table that could accommodate all of us, fruit trees, massive parking and no neighbours in the vicinity. Any shops you may need can be found at the town of Kiti which is 3 minutes drive from the villa, airport is 15 minutes away. Villa's location is simply ideal if you have a car. There is some wear and tear visible, but it's all within reason, had no technical issues during our stay. The Villa itself is very well designed architecturally and cozy. The host is very responsive to requests, zero issues there. If we ever decide to come to Cyprus with a large group of friends, will definitely be looking at this place again. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our stay would definitely go back

It was lovely staying at Mene’s place. The pool is beautiful and it was fantastic spending our time relaxing and swimming. The house is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. There were shops nearby we could drive to, and local spots to go for food etc. Mene was really flexible and let us check out late as our flights were later in the day. Very much recommended!
