白馬五竜スキー場からも八方尾根スキー場からも近く、家も綺麗で快適だった。

高齢の両親を含めて4家族で伺いました。こちらのオーナー様の物件を一昨年利用させてもらってますが、いつも感動をさせて頂いてます。 ザムーはとにかく広くてキレイ！こんなデカイ家があるのかっ！？ってくらい12名で利用しましたが、窮屈さは全く感じませんでした。子供たちが走り回っても気にならない広さ。広すぎてホームアローンの家を思い出しました😊 バーベキューセットも当日にすぐご用意頂き、初日にテレビの映りが悪かったので連絡をしたらスタッフさんがすぐに来て対応してくれました。キッチンが素敵だったのでケータリングのシェフさんとかを予約すれば良かったと少し後悔してます。あのダイニングではプロのシェフの料理を食べることをオススメします！

We had an amazing stay at “@Tsugaike” with Marc and Heather! The ski-in, ski-out access made it so convenient to hit the slopes every day. Marc and Heather were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with fantastic recommendations to make the most of our trip. The evening chats with them were a highlight—such great company! We also booked some ski lessons with their son Daniel, which were excellent and really helped improve our skills. This place truly offers the perfect combination of hospitality and convenience. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. Great for families. We’ll definitely be back!

Phil was an absolute legend. He went above and beyond to help us out with what we needed around the town. Harmony house was the perfect spot to stay in Hakuba and we will definitely be back.

Equipped with everything you need for a luxurious mountain stay. Comfortable, clean bedrooms. A living area bigger than the pictures shown with excellent spaces for gathering (we were 6 adults). Gorgeous views!! Easy 5 minute walk to bakeries and restaurants. Very enjoyable.

The Chalet was very spacious with 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, great recreational areas and a brilliant commercial kitchen which accommodated our large family over 2 weeks. The location is very good and the 2 vans provided by Geoff provided our family additional opportunities to visit local areas. I would strongly recommend any family groups and friends with up to 15 people would enjoy this chalet. The staff with pick ups and drop offs were all very friendly and helpful with information about the area and local shopping.

Honestly had the most wonderful stay here! 6 nights just didn’t feel long enough. Will definitely return in the future. The villa was spotlessly clean! I would give 10 stars if I could. Brand new with great appliances for cooking - the coffee machine-life saver! Nice and warm with reverse style aircon the bottom level also had heated floors. Washing machine fast and efficient for a combo. For Japan the beds were comfortable! The futons for the floor especially ,they have purchased western style futons for us Aussies who complain about hard beds.We had lots of snow the owners came in the morning to remove the snow from driveway which was very helpfully and appreciated. Location is good just out of the hustle and bustle but very close to echoland which has a very hip and happening little street! We had a car so had no issues getting around, may be complicated staying here if walking to the shuttle locations with snow boards and kids. Owners very fast to respond to any questions we had

The Beaver Lodge was great for our ski trip! It was cosy and warm with lots of character and we were just a 3min walk to the shuttle that took us to all the resorts. We were also close to Echoland restaurants and shops which was great.

A Wonderful Stay with a Helpful Host! The place is cozy, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. What made our stay even better was the host's kindness. When we had trouble with our car battery, they quickly offered to help by providing jumper cables and guiding us through the process. Their assistance was a lifesaver and made our trip stress-free. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming stay with thoughtful hosts!

A beautiful house makes you feel like home! The house is super clean and fully equipped with everything you need. We can make breakfast every morning before going to the mountains. The house is fully heated, so comfortable and nice, which makes our stay so pleasant. Our host is very responsive with lots of good advice. It is also located within residential area so its very quiet, and beautiful in snow.

Thankyou Kale, we had a fabulous family holiday and will definitely be back again.
