Apartment holiday rentals in Kita Ward

It was close to Kita 18-Jo Station on the Namboku Line and very convenient.I was also happy that laundry detergent was available in the room. Recommended!

Clean place at a good location. The host was very helpful and accommodating as well.

The accommodation was clean and the surrounding environment was nice and quiet. However, it is a few stops away from the center of Sapporo, so you have to use the subway to get there. There were no restaurants nearby to eat breakfast, so I used a convenience store, and it was a good accommodation in general.

Great location, walkable to so many places. High floor, great view of the sunset. Responsive and helpful host. Pleasant stay.

The hosts welcomed us to our apartment, and they made sure we were comfortable:) The apartment was very clean and cozy. The toilet and the shower were located inside the house but separately, which was very convenient for me and my friend as it saved a lot of time. The apartment is located within a 5 minute walk from the Sumikawa Station, and there were several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There is also a beautiful park on the opposite street on the main road, and we enjoyed a peaceful stroll there:) The train was really fast to reach Susukino and Sapporo stations, so the apartment is not too far out from the main city. Emi was also very quick to respond to our queries, and made sure that we felt comfortable:) Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Sapporo! Thank you Emi for a pleasant stay! We will never forget our trip to Sapporo:)

Such a lovely place! Everything was perfect and exactly same as described and the place was really well cared. Just a couple of stations away from main Sapporo downtown area, and there are also good restaurants and supermaket nearby.

The room Is clean and the space is enough for us to rest and eat in the living room, and the place is convenient for us to get to the subways.

A little bit further away from the main tourist area, however it was made up by the spacious and comfortable unit, and the absolutely beautiful area it was located in. I enjoyed walking to/from horohirabashi station everyday. The host was very communicative and friendly throughout our stay, I would highly recommend this location for anyone who is staying in Sapporo for a longer stay and/or is looking to be away from the touristy areas!

Location was ok.. 15 min walk from nearest station (Sōen)/convenience store, but pretty cheap to uber to and back from Sapporo Station. We stayed when there’s still snow and ice so plan ahead if you want to walk in that, especially with luggages. Neighborhood was quiet. Loved that it was on the first floor. Room was perfect for two. Not a lot of space to open luggages for both so we had to take turns but overall was a good room. Simple and clean. Host and instructions were clear and well communicative. Would book again.

nice apartment and easily accessible to the downtown area with lots of shopping and restaurants. the popular food does require reservations so make sure you book in advance 😁

It was cozy for four nights. The communication was very smooth from the process of going down to the check out, and the host would also be attentive during the stay if anything else was needed, the room was clean and bright enough to see how attentive the host took care of it. We were touched by the fact that we had a baby dining chair with over a year old and thoughtfully prepared. The room is two double beds, enough for us two big and one small good rest. Will definitely visit again if there is another chance.

I was satisfied with the facilities as pictured.The neighborhood was peaceful and convenient, and the subway and bus access were convenient.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

I stayed comfortably in a very pretty and clean accommodation. Everything was perfect, from the fluffy and soft bed, clean bathroom and toilet, nice living room, convenient kitchen, to the fragrant and cozy towels. It was clean and pleasant, so I was really satisfied. 🥰 There was a large AEON mart right next to the accommodation, so it was easy to shop, and I was able to walk to Maruyama Zoo. It was fun to find hidden restaurants and cafes, and I really enjoyed walking through the quiet and beautiful neighborhood to Maruyama Koen Station. Thanks to the wonderful accommodation, my trip to Sapporo was more enjoyable and meaningful. I highly recommend Risa's accommodation ❤️

Excellent location, spacious accommodations with nice views. Host initiated contact early on and leading up to our arrival. Host also provided local recommendations and directions for shopping, restaurants and attractions. Flexible check-in options of in-person or automated lock box. We had automated lock box and the detailed instructions provided made it very easy to retrieve keys. Totally enjoyed our stay.

The place is very comfortable and walkable distance or short subway from everything.

It’s a very nice place with good views from the house and it is near subway station and walkable to susukino. Convenience store is also just right downstairs across the road. Will definitely stay again if I’m in Sapporo again.

Accessible area, 3mins from train station. very near the park and has convenient stores around the area. We will stay here again if we visit sapporo.

It's a little difficult to enter when entering,, The one in the center of the entrance is the reset button, and if you don't press the button, turn it 360 degrees in the opposite direction of the clock, enter the password, and turn it 360 degrees clockwise again. There are two buildings, but one has a passcode lock, and there is no one, so you can just look at it and go in. The accommodation was very clean and spacious, so I stayed with 3 people, but I didn't use one of the rooms at all. There's nothing missing from the tableware, but there's this? I liked that there were separate disposable tableware. The hot springs were also really nice. I think I'll come again.

Great location - close to Nakajima park and river side walk path. Lots of local cafes and restaurants nearby. Great host - always responsive to communications. Would highly recommend this place to anyone staying at Sapporo.

We are happy with the apartment, only thing is that the room next to the living room has no door and limits the privacy of the person staying in that room. Overall, the apartment is nice and near the subway station, within walking distance to convenience stores. The host is kind and responsive too. We recommend you book the place when you are at Sapporo.
