Holiday rentals with a patio in Kissonerga

The property in Elysia Park is great for exploring Paphos and the surrounding streets. You can walk to the promenade in about 15 minutes. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is also very quiet there and the complex is very nice.

Light, well furnished, clean, spacious apartment . We used the balcony a lot... lovely outlook, sea view from one side. Generous welcome goodies, bowl of fruit etc. So helpful ...washing powder under sink, so didn't need to buy a whole pack for one wash. Under 10 minutes walk to main bus route with good connections to everywhere. A couple of minutes longer to seafront and miles of promenade walk. Fabulous location

Very good location, renovated apartment with many amenities!

From when we booked to when we departed Nitzan was always available if required. The apartment is set in a lovely block with communal pool, 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants on King of Tombs road. Used the local buses to get to coral beach and the town centre which has more lovely restaurants. Weather was fantastic and we could not have asked for more. We spend 5 days in Sergei’s and Markus’s apartment. It was more than lovely. Even they have a nicely printed book of intorduction, instructions and program guides included in it. The terrace is even better in live. The kitchen is perfect, we could cook and using the washing machine. Also plus point should given because every AC/DC has stickers what related to it, so turn on-off - you can’t miss (also the washing machine has english stickers so cou can pick your washing program perfectly). The bedroom is cosy, we slept well there. There are two air conditioner (Gree) so it’s moders and has humidity mode. By walk you reach 3 shops, many restaurants and the Coral-bay beach is in 5 min walk! Bus line 615 can take you to Paphos in approximately 15-25 min ( depends on how many passengers travelling to different locations and 615 goes to Tombs of Kings station, from there take 611 to reach the harbour - 4 more stops). Apartment as described. Clean, nice, functional, well equipped and spacious. Small balcony with great views. Lovely manicured pool. On the other hand, high and quite out of the way, having a car is better. Parking is available in (a few spaces) or on the street just in front. A few shops next door and a nice neighborhood just 1km away with an old church, a nice square and an excellent "I love" tavern to eat on the terrace! Hearty and good portions... Be careful, the GPS indication is not fair and it's complicated when you arrive at night!! It's best to note the aparthotel next door "Sunny Hill Hotel Apartments Paphos". We had a great communication with Sari who is very reactive. We had a great time!

The Villa was beautiful with great amenities and plenty of space. We visited as a family of 5 and booked very last minute, the Villa Group were very responsive and accommodating in getting the villa ready at such short notice. Stunning views that took our breath away. Everything exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable experience!”

The house was really nice with a perfect garden. Jacuzzi and pool were great. It was private enough, but still close to everything.

Just returned from a 1 week stay. Check in instructions sent a few days before and Anna was kind enough to arrange a taxi transfer for us. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The pool is much bigger than it looks in photographs. The villa itself was in a perfect location with a number of restaurants, supermarkets and the kings avenue mall all within walking distance. Tea for two which is a two minute walk a way was one of our favourites. There was further construction work nearby although we couldn’t hear any noise and didn’t affect our stay. Anna was contactable during our stay and responded straight away. We already looking at future dates to return.

We were very happy to be guests at Emmanouel's and felt very comfortable. A very nicely furnished apartment with style and good amenities. Very comfortable, everything we needed was there. The location is a bit off the beaten track in a quiet location with wonderful views! Having a private pool is fun! Absolutely recommended

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

The room was clean and we had everything we needed plus there is a shop downstairs which was very practical. Nikos was a super friendly host who gave us recommendations for what to do in Paphos, he answered my messages within 5 minutes and always tried to help.

We had a great time with a friend and our pets, which is important for us! A very beautiful place, trails, mountain ranges, vineyards, and much more! The stunning starry sky and silence immerse you in lightness and oblivion from the city bustle! Very good-natured hosts! We got a little lost at the beginning, and Michalina met us and escorted us to the place of residence!We were also treated to fresh eggs and fruit, which we thoroughly enjoyed! Delight and only! We will definitely come back! Thank you!

The villa is absolutely wonderful. Lots of thought and style in the external space plus some wonderful features inside. Kyriacos went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and at home in the villa with some lovely thoughtful extras. He was also very proactive in sending though information about the villa as we got closer to our holiday. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The roof terrace gives the opportunity to see some fabulous sunsets. We would highly recommend this place for a peaceful quiet holiday. Although there is current ongoing building activity in the area it is hardly noticeable when sitting around the pool or inside the villa. Car is highly recommended as it is a way out of town or to the nearest supermarket. So many amazing things to do around the island

This is the best Airbnb in Cyprus I ever been to magnificent view. Spotless place. Got everything you need. Host is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended. I give it 5 stars. Thank you very much for hosting me. Had excellent time.

Sylvia’s apartment was lovely, clean and well located. Private parking, patio and a well looked after pool only a step away. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, ample storage space, clean towels, toiletries, kitchen equipment, Netflix, dining table and chairs, settee. Also outside seating & table etc.. including 2 new Sun beds etc.. Ironing board, Iron, hairdryer everything you need! Sylvia was always only a message away if needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend apartment for location and value.

Was a great apartment in a peaceful location in the hills. Had everything as described. Was a quick drive to paphos airport as well as local coastline and historical sites.

Very friendly host, great location and facilities. Only thing is bring your own internet as it connects ok on phone but for tv, will need a hotspot :) other than that perfect place and great restaurants nearby

Great location with amazing view

The accommodation was very clean and spacious. It had a nice big balcony with a large table and four chairs. Everything was exactly as Alexander described it. I can highly recommend and would happily book it again.

we loved Blue Nest. The house is large enough for 4 people. Furnishings cozy and cozy. Nice that each bedroom has a bathroom. Pool large and located in a beautiful green garden with trees and flowers. We were almost always alone at the pool. Edita always responded quickly, very nice. We ourselves were not so away from the village of Mandria but Paphos, on the other hand, we liked it. Thank you Edita!
