Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kissamos

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die Unterkunft ist wunderbar und wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat einen privaten Garten und eine Terrasse mit Aussicht zur Alleinnutzung. Beides war sehr toll. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, es fehlte uns nichts. Kommunikation mit Michalis hat auch super geklappt. Die Tipps haben wir ausprobiert, in der Taverne in der Nähe der Unterkunft waren wir gleich mehrmals. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

This is a family home. You can feel the memories and laughter from the years. It is adorable and cozy and Laura is so kind. I loved the hammock out front. A full kitchen available. Walkable to restaurants and the water.

Four of us, two couples, spent a very enjoyable week at Roula's stone cottage. A special and stunning location and suspect a rare opportunity to spend time in a traditional style house in a rural cretan mountain village. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. May be better suited to a family stay as the downstairs room has no separate access to bathroom. We enjoyed the peaceful location immensely- great to getup and have breakfast outside with the fresh air and distant sound of goat bells. We travelled to Chania or the beaches along the coast every day and certainly didn't find the village too remote to do so. Nearby Tavernas and gorge walk are a must. Roula, along with her mother, were always quick, helpful and generous when questions were asked and supplied us with eggs and oranges and some home cooked food. Surely one of the best hosts I've experienced on airbnb. Would gladly return.

Cette maison de pêcheurs est un endroit de rêve d’un calme absolu, bercé par le bruit des vagues comme si nous étions sur un bateau. L’endroit est parfait pour se reposer. Les terrasses disposées différemment sont un vrai bonheur. Notre hôte était d’une gentillesse incroyable et prévenant. Nous avons été accueillis avec des des fruits, des figues confites du cake et des biscuits, fait maison, excellent et sa maman nous avait confectionné un plat typique grec, délicieux. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ,nous reviendrons sans hésiter car c’est vraiment le plus bel endroit où l’on a passé des vacances pourtant nous avons beaucoup voyagé.

Le logement restauré et décoré avec beaucoup de goût est situé au milieu des oliviers à côté d’autres maisons du village. Le logement est spacieux avec de chaque côté de la maison, une terrasse très agréable. Les voisins sont charmants. Nous étions accueillis par de nombreux chats, comme dans toute la Crète. La communication avec Nancy ou Kallia était très réactive. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cette maison pour le calme, la vue sur les montagnes et la proximité des magasins et restaurants de qualités. Merci merci Catherine et Michel de Belgique

Schöne kleine Wohnung direkt am Hang mit Blick auf Berge, Meer und Olivenhaine, ein Traum. Der Ausblick ist noch besser, als auf den Fotos. Despina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sie hat uns wirklich verwöhnt, mit selbst gekochtem Essen und tollen Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Strände von Phalasarna sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Eine kleine 20 Minütige Wanderung zum Schiffswrack in der Nähe des antiken Phalasarnas war unser Highlight.

We absolutely loved our stay, it far exceeded our expectations. The apartment was as described, really clean and comfortable. The rooms were a good size with 2 decent sized en-suite bathrooms and the kitchen well appointed. We enjoyed BBQing on the terrace and eating outside. The private pool was much bigger than we expected and the kids loved jumping into it at the end of the day whilst we had cocktails, available from reception! The apartment is in an agricultural area surrounded by olives trees and poly tunnels growing tomatoes. This meant it was lovely and peaceful. The sunsets were amazing and view uninterrupted. Phalasarna beach was a short drive and out of season it was relaxing and a really great place to be. The shallow water meant it was really safe for the kids to enjoy jumping in the waves on windy days and swimming and exploring little caves on the calm days. Alexandros was a fantastic host, helpful and quick to respond any questions we had. We hope to come back one day!

Perfekte Unterkunft – zum zweiten Mal begeistert! Wir waren dieses Jahr und auch schon letztes Jahr in dieser Unterkunft – und wieder rundum zufrieden! Alles war super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und privat, genau richtig zum Entspannen, aber trotzdem erreicht man mit dem Auto allen bekannten Stränden und auch die Stadt gut. Der Whirlpool war wie alles andere in einem top Zustand – einfach ideal, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Besonders schön fanden wir die liebevollen Details: Es gab Spiele, frisches Obst, Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank und sogar Kaffee – solche kleinen Gesten machen den Aufenthalt besonders. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Leuteris. Seine Mutter Efi hat uns herzlichst empfangen und uns tolle Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Restaurants gegeben! Das Highlight unseres Apartments war definitiv der riesige nach Westen ausgerichtete Balkon. Neben zwei Tischen mit Stühlen gibt es noch eine kleine Chill-Area und eine Hängematte, auf denen man toll die Sonnenuntergangsstimmung genießen kann. Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Strand, Restaurants, beim nächsten Supermarkt und im kleinen Örtchen Kissamos. Für Ausflugsziele entlang der Westküste, ob im Norden oder Süden, waren wir gut gelegen. Man kann sich bei Bedarf kostenlos Sonnenschirme, Luftmatratzen, Kühltaschen und vieles mehr ausleihen. Alles in allem ein rundum angenehmer und toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns für alles bei Efi und Leuteris🧡

We had a very warm welcome in an ultra clean apartment. Everything and more was provided. Loved our stay and the area! Thank you for having us, we would love to come back!

In all my years of traveling all over the world, I’ve never met a better host than Elena. She was absolutely the best! The apartment was beautiful and the view incredible. Elena gifted us delicious local treats and their own olive oil, raki and wine. We felt so at home and taken care of. I would definitely return and stay here again. The only thing to keep in mind is that one of the bedrooms doesn’t have a window but it’s great for anyone who likes to sleep in the dark. We had an amazing time staying here as a family.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in Chania. Elina was responsive, a generous host, and gave some amazing recommendations! The apartment is clean and stocked for everything you will need for your stay. It is incredibly spacious and private. We would absolutely stay here again.

Can’t thank Theo amd Parthenia enough for all their help recommendations and flexibility . The apartment is very well equipped , really felt at home . Incredible views , despite being above all the restaurants , the rooms are well sound proofed and there was no noise at all .. Will definitely be back to visit again .. had a wonderful stay and holiday ❤️

This is more than house. It is a nest. You've got everything, kitchen is great, netflix, air-conditioning, you name it. The place è is quite and you can sleep as a baby. You've got your own parking too! The most powerful thing in the house is the hosts Paula. It was like meeting a family member that you didn't see for years. She was so caring, so kind, lovely. It is hard to describe. Thanks you!

Very nice home and location very nice, walkable to harbor and old town which was very nice! Lots of restaurants! The house was very clean and comfortable and really pretty view of the sea from living room area. The layout was very nice as bathroom on floor of living are and second floor with bedrooms with full bath very nice, lots of room!! My only complaint was, in my opinion, the portrait over master bed was very provocative and also, in my opinion, offensive being a female. Don’t understand why there must be naked pictures of female. Non abbiamo incontrato Vasilis, ma la sua mamma Efi ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza e ci ha fatti sentire immediatamente a casa, quasi parte di una famiglia che ci stava aspettando. Davvero super carina, ha lasciato preziosi consigli e suggerimenti su come muoversi in zona e cosa visitare. L’alloggio è esattamente come viene descritto, spazi comodi e vivibili come un vero appartamento a differenza di tante altre soluzioni pensate solo come “casa vacanze”. Consigliatissimo, noi torneremo sicuramente!!!!! GRAZIE EFI!!!❤️

Top-Ferienwohnung Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an in dieser hervorragenden Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet,mega sauber, hat mega Duschen mit Massagenfunktion bzw.Regendusche und richtig viel Platz. Die Betten sind total bequem, wie neu. Die Küche beinhaltet viel mehr Geschirr und Besteck als man benötigt. Auch ansonsten ist alles in der Küche vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist riesig mit Grill und schönem Blick. Restaurants, Strand und Bootsverleih sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das haben wir sehr genossen.Die Gastgeberin ist einfach nur super, besser geht es nicht. Sie antwortet innerhalb von Minuten, hat super Tips für alles mögliche rund um den Urlaub und ist sehr herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es ein herrliches Mittagessen und der Kühlschrank war mit dem Ersteinkauf bereits gefüllt, inklusive frisch geernteten Tomaten,etc. So macht Urlaub richtig Spass und man kann von Anfang an einfach relaxen.Gerne würden wir wieder dort Urlaub machen..

This is absolutely our favorite Airbnb that we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). The place is adorable. Katerina is very responsive and lives right by the apartment. The view is wonderful, and both the living room and twin bedroom have doors that open onto that view. It has everything you need and more, with Katerina providing treats and even cereal and milk for that first morning. The air conditioning worked well, but there is also a lovely breeze from the sea. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just below the apartment as well as with 5 and 10 minutes walk in Old Town. It would be comfortable for a couple and a third person (such as a child) or two people, each with their own room. The washing machine was great to have, and you can dry clothes on the lines off the balcony. We did not want to leave.

Unser Aufenthalt in Chania war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die Aussenbereiche wunderschön. Ioanna war sehr gut erreichbar und freundlich.

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Nikos. La vue est incroyable, on a envie de passer ses journées sur le balcon! La literie est confortable, et il y a tout à disposition pour passer un très bon séjour. Nikos a été très accueillant et discret, il nous a recommandé un lieu pour se garer facilement et rejoindre le centre de Chania à pieds, ce qui a été très pratique! Bref nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances dans ce logement et le recommandons à 100%. Merci Nikos!

The apartment was situated a short walking distance from the Venetian harbor and old town of Chania and was a perfect base for exploring the area. The apartment was also very clean. The host was very helpful and provided detailed instructions to find the location. I arrived on a late flight and the check-in process went very smoothly. Overall I can fully recommend the apartment for a stay in the beautiful city of Chania.
