Beachfront holiday rentals in Kini

Wir waren zu zweit 14 Tage in Maria Christinas Haus und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es handelt sich um ein Einzelhaus in wunderschöner Hanglage am Rande der Bucht von Kini oberhalb der Hafenmole, 200 Meter bis zum Sandstrand. Zugang über eine relativ steile Steintreppe (zirka 70 Stufen), mit Gepäck etwas beschwerlich. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man bis zur Treppe auf der Mole vorfahren, kurz halten und ausladen. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es im Ort. Das Haus hat 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit komfortablen Matratzen , ein kleines Wohnzimmer und eine für Selbstversorger super ausgestattete große Küche. Alle Zimmer sind mit Mückenschutzgittern ausgestattet und von überalll hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Kini. Das Bad ist stylisch in Betonoptik, aber für mehr als 2 Personen relativ klein. Alles wirkt frisch renoviert. Es gibt 3 Terrassen, einen Balkon und einen gepflegten Garten. Kini und die Unterkunft waren für uns perfekt, auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin.

Great house with plenty of space and many balconies to have a meal or just hang out. Lovely hosts, very helpful and responsive. The house is super close to the local beach and not far from a small cafe. The AC was a must in August as it gets quite hot. Everything was great, although the only suggestion we would make is add a second toilet somewhere else than in the single bathroom as it can get ‘logistically’ complicated with large groups. Thanks!

Everything was as a described, with a perfectly clean house (there was even twice a week changing of bed linen/towels, plus cleaning). Location is perfect, as it is in the middle of the island and within walking distance of arguably the best beach and restaurant in Tinos. Would stay again.

It was a great place in a very quiet peaceful location. It was a short walk to a beach and some local restaurants and a very short taxi ride from downtown. They were very helpful with calling a taxi for us to the apartment and responsive for any questions we had.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable au 'grand bleu' dans la maison de Rosalie. L'habitation est spacieuse, très bien équipée, très bien située dans un endroit calme. La grande terrasse donnant sur la mer est un lieu de vie très agréable. Le logement comporte un étage avec deux chambres et une salle de bain avec WC. L'escalier qui y conduit est assez raide. Il y a une autre salle de bain avec WC au rez-de chaussée ce qui est très pratique. Tout est très soigné (salle à manger, cuisine, salon...). Un point d'eau à l'extérieur permet de se rincer après la baignade. Merci à Rosalie pour sa gentillesse et nous serons heureux de revenir chez elle lors d'un prochain séjour à Tinos.

Appartement très bien situé, avec une vue imprenable depuis les terrasses. Environnement très calme, parking disponible. A quelques minutes de plusieurs plages et restaurants très sympathiques. Propreté irréprochable à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La piscine paisible est un atout de la résidence. La communication avec l’hôte est facile et très claire. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Je recommande ce logement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir. Cette superbe résidence nous a permis de passer d’excellentes vacances à Syros

Tinos is a hidden gem and the house is well positioned between Tinos Town and Pyrgos just up the hill from a lovely local beach enjoying great views over the Aegean sunsets. It is one of a small group of apartments with their own terraces a shared pool. The house is well furnished and very comfortable. We were welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay with any issues quickly resolved. Lovely house on a lovely island. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a place with all conveniences, a wellness spa feel and superquiet nights, despites sleeping only a 5 minute walk from the Agiothopes beach: don.t look any further. You found a place where you can enjoy and relax some peacefull days, choosing either the pool or discovering cute little beaches surrounding the bay like a jweled necklage; some pebbled, some perfect for sunset and swimming, all with a delicious seabreeze and lazy shade. Within the jewelbox of Poseidonia you'll also find calm restaurants like the Perroquet Tranquille and taverna's around the corner, to discover with gourmandise for joy and taste. and the bay,s best Bakery patissier in Finikas. Do not even try the little choclate cakes, if you're hesitant to stay; because these will win you over forever. The owners are gentle helpfull calm people, that make you feel at ease like the Poseidonia breeze.

We had a fantastic five days at Aqua Blu. We were lucky that we had the entire place (4 cottages/apartments plus pool) to ourselves. It’s well equipped, very quiet, great if small pool and literally 5 mins for the best beach (and beach bar) on the island. There is also a cheap good quality Taverna onsite, and boats for hire at the end of the drive. We reckon it’s the best location on the island!

Rigina is an amazing host. She is very friendly and went above and beyond to help me and my partner during our stay. The premises itself is stunning with a beautiful pool and sun beds. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous week's stay with family and our little fluffy pup. Dimitra (the host) was super friendly, went above and beyond to recommend the best places, helped us book a boat and wine tour locally, always responsive, attentive, very polite and just amazingly hospitable. She even sourced some local wines for us on arrival on request, and we were met with a beautiful basket of local delicacies. We felt right at home. The property is modern and minimalistic, small but intimate and cute, with amazing sunset views and sits right above the best beach/bay on the island, a 2-min. walk away. The property and pool was cleaned every morning, the staff were super polite, you never felt intruded or interrupted. The only small downside I found was there were no en-suite bathrooms, which was not a major issue other than we were sharing with parents. Also don't trust the GPS here, it takes you via off-roads, ask for directions. Will definitely be returning. Thanks Dimitra! for a great week!

Mandy and Nefeli were two exceptional hosts. Mandy was very kind to us and our children, she took care of us and cooked many delicious things, we felt like we were at mom's house. Nefeli guided us to the right places since our arrival, giving us advice on beaches, villages and taverns. The house is in a strategic central position, 10 minutes from the port and maximum 45 minutes from all the beaches and villages of the island. We highly recommend it! Thank you Mandy and Nefeli for your warm hospitality!

Had a lovely time at Charoula’s place. Everything was in walking distance, two beaches, couple restaurants, little market. I did not rent a car and was able to catch the bus to other beaches and back into town for groceries. (It’s 2 euros for the bus each time). The view from the balcony and overall experience went beyond Charoula’s description. Perfect for a non touristy stay. The people on this island were very kind and helpful when I needed directions.

Beautiful apartment, excellent value for money. Petros was very responsive and accommodating, with flexible check-in/check-out. Close to city center and all the amenities. Would stay there again.

Wir haben wundervolle Tage auf Tinos verbracht. Die Unterkunft von Caroline ist genauso wie auf den Bildern und die Ausstattung wie in der Beschreibung! Die Betten sind sehr bequem mit sehr guter Matratze und Topper. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Da unser Kühlschrank am 1.Tag noch leer war, sind wir, von Caroline empfohlen, zum Frühstücken den Berg hoch gelaufen zu den Vegas Appartements und haben ein sensationelles Frühstück mit herrlicher Aussicht bekommen. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht haben wir dann auch an allen weiteren Tagen auf unserer Terrasse genossen. Man sitzt hier herrlich geschützt, was im Mai und an windigen Tagen sehr angenehm war. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison auf Tinos. Der Nachteil war, dass fast alle Strandbars noch geschlossen hatten. Wir wurden dann letztendlich noch fündig am Strand Agios Fokas war das „Marathia“. Auch haben wir an allen Abenden hervorragend gegessen in unterschiedlichen Tavernen und Restaurants. Unser herzlichster Dank an Caroline für alle Tipps

Kyriaki nous a bien reçu. Le logement était très propre et bien situé. La plage et l’arrêt d’autobus directement en avant du logement avec un mini market juste en dessous, ce qui est très pratique. De très bons restaurants et bars au port dans le centre-ville à seulement 10-15 minutes en autobus. Idéalement il faut louer une voiture pour accéder à tous les beaux endroits de l’île, de très belles plages. Merci à Kyriaki et sa mère pour leur gentillesse 😊🇬🇷🇨🇦

Louis & Thanos's place was lovely and just like described. They were really proactive in their communication and helpfull in their tips for restaurants and beaches. Thanos was there to greet us and showed us around when we arrived. There were also two beaches just next to the house, one rocky with lot of fish and other with sand. They even provided beach umbrellas and diving masks and kids beach toys. Travelling with a kid and family the set-up with two "separate" apartments with us downstairs with out 3 year old was really handy as then everyone didn't have to wake up at 6 o'clock. We couldn't have expect for a better experience!

Highly recommended place on all aspects. Plus the view is astonishing. Even better than the pictures!

This was truly a wonderful experience, the place offered everything we could wish for, including a very hospitable host & a magical ocean view. We are definitely coming back, next time for a longer stay.
