Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kings County

Our stay was more beautiful than we could possibly have imagined. The stunning landscape right out the back never ceased taking our breath away, with some profound sunsets right over the bay. We loved sitting on the deck with our books and coffee, and especially loved walking down along the water, watching the tide go out and in. The restfulness of everything was absolutely healing and rejuvenating. Between the views, the beach, the critters (we saw the fox and some deer), the deck, and the easy communication with the host, staying here again would be a reason to revisit Nova Scotia, which is a 16 hour drive from our home! But it was totally worth it. I should also mention that there were too many amenities to take advantage of in the week we stayed there!

A hidden gem. So peaceful and in a perfect location. The house itself was a perfect size with comfortable beds and everything you’d need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Stunning water-front home! The Oceanside Oasis is truly a home away from home. The hosts had everything we needed and so many amenities and personal touches to make us not want to leave. The views and sounds of the water are breathtaking. Close to local food & activities, outdoor adventures, and town essentials. Highly recommend this home & hosts- the epitome of maritime hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to visit the surrounding area such as the local Wineries, Lunenburg and Peggy’s Cove. At the end of the day, the log home was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sunset on the lake. We made great memories this week. Thank you for sharing this beautiful log home with us.

Just as described in listing. Very beautiful location and extremely private. Screened porch with BBQ and a FirePit in the evening. Private dock and great spot to swim. Excellent directions to get to Cabin with a scenic drive was a pleasure! Thanks we will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was equipped with everything we needed. Jeffrey was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable.

Great spot, friendly hosts, would come back

The place was fantastic, beautiful decor and so many things to do in the Wolfville area. The pool and sauna were especially enjoyable, and the spot to watch the sunset was the perfect end to a great day.

The place was perfect for us, near every vineyards we wanted to visit. We also made good use of the installations on site. Would recommend!

What a hidden gem this hotel and special space was! The location is really beautiful, the view from the lookout was something I didn’t expect. Being able to spread out and have private space in amongst the beautiful environment and amenities(hot tub/pool) of the hotel was really great. The design of this apartment was gorgeous and I really appreciated the little touches and loved hearing the records and the crickets/birds chirp together! Lovely little inn in Grand Pre. Easy to find, easy check in. Room had nice up to date furnishings. The restaurant Longfellow was excellent. Food and service outstanding. 1 minute away is lovely winery where we did tasting and following day we rode bike trail to Wolfville for lunch. Loved the area and our accommodations

Very nice room, very clean and comfortable! Responsive host when asked if the pool could be opened up on our first night. Great location nearby to many wineries and Wolfville.

Loved this Inn! The beds were amazing, the rooms large, and the bathrooms were squeaky clean! The outdoor hot tub has a perfect atmosphere!

To say we were satisfied is an understatement. We most definitely will be booking again to utilize in the summer season. We rented this time to be closer to the venue holding my sons wedding, and having such a wonderful home and hosts made is so much easier on us ❤️

Me and my GF stayed here for 2 nights and from the moment we arrived we felt we made the right choice booking this beautifully located cabin by the lake. Everything was as described. Tina was an exceptional host who made us feel welcomed. This little slice of paradise was secluded enough to offer peace and quiet yet close enough to wolfville and surrounding areas to go out and enjoy some nice food at the local restaurants. Id highly recommend this spot if youre looking for a nice relaxing weekend by the lake to kick back and unwind.

The cottage was exactly what we were looking for, even better than we expected! We can’t wait to go back in the Fall. We think it will be awesome once the leaves begin to turn! Highly recommend for a mini retreat!

If you are looking for a place to kick back, relax and make some memories this is the place. The sunrises from the loft were magnificent- and the short walk to enjoy coffee on the lake was well worth it. Indoor and outdoor areas were well thought out, and just added to our overall experience. We will definitely be back :)

Lina and family were so friendly, kind, and accommodating. When we couldn’t figure out the fire table she was so quick to help us figure it out— to be very clear, it was definitely user error lol. The location was beautiful, the hot tub was divine. It was the best way to spend my 30th birthday. We are so impressed with the whole experience. Thank you times a million to our sweet host. :)

The location of this cottage was perfect for us to explore the area by car and to experience a cottage where we could wall along the coast and throughout a small coastal settlement. On the inside the cottage is more than a cottage. A comfortable bed, lovely and cozy linens, a wonderfully equipped kitchen, and spa like bathroom with attention to detail throughout. Cindy has done a magnificent job preparing this cottage for guests. We highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a cottage atmosphere but we also found point out that this cottage is close enough to the Wolfville (by our standards) area to enjoy both urban and the bay in the one day. We only wish we lived closer to return to this spot in winter. We believe it would be an enchanting experience! This cottage is a pure 10/10!

Chelsey has developed an absolute hidden gem in Nova Scotia! If you are debating on coming here, don’t. The various types of tiny homes are incredibly unique, from all over the world. The bathroom facilities are excellent and the property has beautiful lake access, bikes, sauna, kayaks and so much to keep busy with. Super close to the valley for restaurants, wineries and breweries. Support this small business owner!
