Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

I stayed at Xanthi's place with my three girlfriends and we had a fantastic time there. The house is lovely and cozy, equipped with everything that we needed. It was very clean and comfortable, with spacious terrace and garden (with turtles in the backyard!). There were fans both in the house and outside, which allowed us to survive the high temperatures. Additionally, all windows and door have an anti mosquitoes net so we didn't have any bugs in the house. Xanthi's house is located walking distance from both ports - Skala and Megalochori. The nearest beach and supermarket are 5 minutes walking from the house. Xanthi is a lovely host- we felt very welcome and she was ready to reply to all our inquiries. She also let us check-in earlier which was much appreciated as we were tired after a long travel. After the check-out we were allowed to leave our luggage on the terrace, as we still had a couple of hours until our ferry was departing. Overally, this was a wonderful stay!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicoletta’s Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, bakeries and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even providing local tips, restaurants , and things to do. Every little detail was clearly considered to ensure a great experience. I especially appreciated the balcony view. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Nous avons séjourné plusieurs jours dans ce logement en juin 2025. Le logement est situé au premier étage d'un petit bâtiment bien entretenu qui est situé à l'extrémité de la plage. Le studio est très confortable (éclairage, literie, ...). La grande terrasse privative est aussi bien aménagée et on n'y souffre pas de la chaleur en raison d'une légère brise continue. Idéal pour voir le lever et le coucher du soleil face à la mer avec un café ou un verre de vin à la main. La cuisine est bien équipée pour les petits déjeuners et pour y préparer des plats froids. Nikiforos avait proposé de nous installer des plaques de cuisson électriques sur la terrasse, mais nous y avons finalement renoncé. Nikiforos nous a mis en contact avec un restaurant qui livre des plats préparés et il y a plusieurs commerces accessibles à pied (boulangeries, épiceries, restaurants au bord de l'eau, ...).. Nikiforos a mis des chaises longues de plage juste en face du studio. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Nous avons tout aimé, l’hébergement était chaleureux. On nous a recommandé deux endroits à visiter dans les environs à ne pas manqué merci pour les recommandations. Il y avait des attentions pour le déjeuné et l’appartement était propre et sentait très bon!

Beautiful house with incredible view and wonderful hostess

Beautiful apartment convenient to Athens International Airport. Worked great for a last night in Greece after returning from the countryside (or islands) before flying out the next morning.

De ruimte is mooi met een aantrekkelijk uitzicht. Je loopt zo over de loop boulevard naar het dorp. op zaterdagavond en nacht hoor je wel wat muziek van een club in de buurt. Verder heb je daar geen last van.

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

Perfect place to stay for relaxing and exploring the area (Epidauros, Mycenae, Nafplio). The apartment is amazing. We loved the scenic panoramic view from the roof top terrace or from the sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was spotless and clean. We enjoyed a welcome basket with e.g., a great white wine and coffee. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely a place to come back.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einem kleinen Hafen. Wir haben den Ausblick vom Balkon sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr schnell und einfach. Er hat uns sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Koni. Sie war super nett, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight, genauso wie der atemberaubende Ausblick. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr sauber, was uns besonders wichtig ist. Man merkt allerdings, dass einige Ecken schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Ein paar Renovierungen würden dem Ganzen wirklich guttun – gerade in dieser Preisklasse wäre das ein schöner Bonus. Trotzdem: Die Atmosphäre, die Freundlichkeit und die Lage machen den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert. Danke, Koni!

Avra Apartment in Chalkida is a cozy and functional stay, located near some restaurants, a supermarket, and just a short 300m stroll to the lovely Paralia Kourenti beach. Being central, street parking can be a bit tricky, but we managed to find a spot nearby. A good choice for a short stay close to the beach.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super – schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders nett fanden wir, dass wir sogar früher einchecken durften. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

The Loft is a fantastic base from which to explore Athens. It was the jacuzzi that drew me to it and it did not disappoint after long days of walking. Whilst slightly out.of the centre, it was still easy to walk and a metro station just around the corner. Andres was responsive to all my queries and requests and very accommodating to our need for a slightly later check out. Entry to the building and the apartment is via a smart app which worked well...just need to be careful that your phone doesn't run out of charge! Fantastic place and host...would 100% recommend. This was such a great place to stay!! So clean, peaceful, and private! The views were breathtaking! WHAT a picturesque sunset going down in the mountains! The best! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks to Nikos for being an absolutely amazing host!

The place was a great. It was nice to be on a neighborhood a little away from the crowds. It was peaceful on the terrace. There were two really good restaurants within a block and half. Along with some bakeries, coffee shops and mini markets. Made it very convenient! Place was very clean and comfortable.

Our stay was beyond expectation. The view was even better than the pictures. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equiped. We were welcomed by many treats and even free caps. The apartment is located within walking distance of all the sites and good restaurants. Thank you for an excellent stay in Athens!
