The property looks same as it is in the photos. The caretaker is helpfull as well. All the amenities were great and the place is just 10 mins away from beach and is easy to find. The pools big and clean as well. Will like to visit again!💫

One of the most homely and beautiful stays at a highly affordable price

Our stay at this Villa was amazing. The villa is very beautiful and well maintained. It had sufficient space for 7 folks. The surrounding area was very peaceful and serene. The owner of the Villa- Bhoomi was always very helpful and of friendly nature. Overall I loved the experience of staying here in this Villa.

What a wonderful and splendid stay in the villa . It felt like we are in home. Everything was so neat and clean . The caretaker boy nitish was so cooperative. I highly recommend this for a peaceful stay .

We had an absolute fantastic stay at Pratik's place! The Property is well mentioned and beautifully decorated. A well-organized crockery unit is something that is really appealing to Us. Pratik was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He provides really delicious breakfast. Whatever we ask he is getting it for us. We really enjoyed staying at this place.

Bee Villa was just right for a chilled getaway for our reunion trip. Away from the commercial hustle bustle but a quick ride to get whatever we needed. Bunty the caretaker and the rest of the staff there were available and prompt in getting us whatever we needed. They helped arrange for meals so that we didn’t have to bother anything. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The two kids in our group played on the terrace all day and didn’t want to come home :-) The villa is a quick walk from a quiet part of the beach so just right to saunter about. We travelled with our pet dog who also was comfortable in the house. Excellent venue for our friend reunion! We were a group of 8. The place is spacious enough to easily host 12-16 persons.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and surrounded by lush mango trees — we even got to enjoy some fresh mangoes which were absolutely delicious. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well-kept. The beach is nearby, and food delivery apps like Swiggy and Zomato were available, which made things very convenient. However, the highlight was definitely the food prepared by the caretaker — it was homely, fresh, and full of flavor. We requested them to cook for us, and they took care of everything. The owner was also incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay. This place truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back again!

Sushanti Villa is one of the few places in Nagaon Alibag which is well built, has proper parking space. The interiors of the villa are well lit. The furniture is top notch, has all the amenities listed in the description. Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Leena is a very kind host which made us felt at home! Overall our stay was excellent and would recommend!

One of the biggest highlights was the rain dance setup—it added such a fun and festive vibe to our evenings! Additionally their friendly dogs leo and cookie made it feel even more warm and welcoming. The kids especially loved playing with them.The outdoor space was absolutely stunning, with lush greenery and ample seating areas to relax, read, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings. The interiors were not just well-furnished but also tastefully referenced, clearly showing the owners’ attention to detail and love for design. Highly recommend this place for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking to unwind in style and comfort.

I had visited with my family of 4 including myself. We are extremely satisfied with our stay at the property . The cleanliness is nothing short of "spick and span". Special shoutout to Preeti for her amazing hospitality.

This has to be one of the best and most luxurious properties I’ve ever stayed at. Circulla Villa is exactly like the pictures actually, I felt it looked even better in real life. Every corner of the villa has an aesthetic and premium touch, you can feel it’s been designed with a lot of thought. The in-house food was also really good, tasty and fresh. It was a perfect place for our get-together. Super peaceful, private and relaxing. Also noticed they have another villa named Triangulla in the same compound. I’m definitely planning to book that one next time to experience that too. Only small con – the last 100 metres of road is a bit narrow. But apart from that, everything was just perfect. Highly recommend.

The place was amazing, we had an amazing time at the villa. the villa is well maintained and is beautiful, it has all the amenities. the food cooked by caretaker inhouse is excellent and at same time they have very customer first driven policy.we told them there was some frequent power cuts and due to that ac' S were not working, they arranged inverter within 30 mins for the same.

Ajinkya is very proactive and responsive. His team was always available to cater most of our requests . Place is easy to find and close to beach(5 minutes drive).

The host Preeti and the care taker were extremely cooperative and helpful throughout the stay. The location and the villa is apt for a big group.

The villa is amazing with a private lake ensuring a calm and peaceful environment which is what we all came for. All rooms were well managed and the bathrooms were super clean which is a big plus. Our Host Ajinkya was very kind and extremely cooperative and so was the caretaker who prepared delicious food! The villa is 2 storey and has a private elevator which is unheard of. Our overall group stay was great with no hiccups whatsoever and we will surely consider staying here in near future as it is value for money and has the perfect host!

We had gone for my husband’s birthday celebration. The place was amazing and perfect. Food was amazing. Host was very friendly and cooperative & even arranged cake for the celebration without even us asking for it. The caretaker staff & the cook were very cooperative too. Arranged breakfast for us early in the morning as we had to check out early. The pool area was uber clean & the gazebo was the main attraction. Worth every penny. Will like to stay a longer next time.
