Friendly place

Our 4-day stay at this property was absolutely exceptional. From the start, Israel was prompt, professional, and welcoming, he even offered to organize for an airport pickup, which was a thoughtful touch. He greeted us personally on arrival and made sure we felt at home right away. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. It features a large living and dining area with comfortable seating, a fully equipped kitchen, and seven bedrooms all master ensuite. The secure, quiet compound offered peace of mind and a great environment to relax. Israel and his brother David were outstanding hosts. They checked in regularly to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made this more than just a place to stay, it felt like a home away from home. This was by far the best Airbnb experience my colleagues and I have had. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kigali and will definitely return.

Very calm and very pleasant

Nicely decorated house in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and well-equipped, and it came with a staff who was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The host and staff made the experience effortless and seamless, going above and beyond to assist with everything I needed. The location is perfect—private, peaceful, and just what I was looking for. I truly wish my stay was longer because everything was so great. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

We felt well taken care of by Joel. He accepted our reservation very last minute and made sure we found it fine. He apologized for any inconvenience, but we had no problems. The house was clean, secure, and in a great location. We hope to come back soon. Joel was very involved through the whole process and went out of his way to make us comfortable.

My group and I needed a getaway, and this stay was exactly that. It offered a somewhat secluded feel while still being conveniently located—just 7 to 10 minutes from businesses and near the university—making it a perfect fit for us. The home was nice, and overall, we had a great stay. I have to commend the host for their responsiveness; there were a few minor issues, but they addressed them promptly and to the best of their ability. Communication was excellent, and they made a great effort to ensure my group and I enjoyed our time. I would definitely book with them again. Just a heads-up: the last 5 minutes of the drive to the house are on unfinished roads due to ongoing development in the area, so be prepared for that.

Beautiful apartment, very well maintained and secure. The view of the golf course was spectacular. Host was friendly and responsive. Would stay here again.

All Semanywa's listed amenities were exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool is perfect for an evening swim and the place is just so peaceful and private. The house manager was extremely helpful and even though there was a communication barrier, she and Semanywa made us feel right at home. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kigali and need both serenity and reasonable proximity from Kigali Center.

Tyler as a host went above and beyond in every way in a relaxed and chilled out way! He is helpful with local culture, transport, and tourism sights. The pool was a cool reprieve anytime of the day. His accommodation was a safe haven during our stay in Kigali. We would stay again and recommend to anyone.

THE LOCATION IS NOT LISTED CORRECTLY! it is 15 minute drive to the east (!) of the airport otherwise: the place was great overall, explicitly because the staff is so helpful! they got us a car for rent, they did our laundry, they brought everything we wanted right to our door. place is very clean, nothing to complain.

We enjoyed our stay at Lexor apartments. Martin and his team were extremely responsive to all our requests and everything generally worked fine. We will definitely stay here again 100%

Really great stay in Kimihurura. A lot of great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed. Monique and David were really responsive and proactive with communication. We felt really welcomed in their place and highly recommend their airbnb as a place to stay in Kigali.

Michael was a very good host. He is very respectful and is very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay at his place, the neighborhood is so beautiful, the house was clean and matched the pictures. The only thing that made our stay a bit difficult is that the location is a bit far from the big city. But overall, we had a great experience, I definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the modern minimalist apartment near the kigali airport. The hospitality was exceptional—our host (Ndungutse) was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The staff were equally courteous and responsive, making sure all our needs were promptly met. The property itself is situated in a serene and peaceful environment, providing the perfect setting to relax and unwind. The host recommended fun activities and local hangouts for us which added so much to our experience and helped us enjoy the native culture in such an authentic way. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We truly appreciated the level of care and attention given to ensure our comfort. The place is really nice, as described, and more beautiful in person. Everything was very clean and well organised. Entertainment is good. Lots of movies of different types to watch. Everyone's services was extremely good, from the gate keeper to the manager of the property. It was really cool to have balconies from every room, and the city views were really great. Nice neighbourhood, supermarkets nearby, but just a little bit of hardship getting around the area, but to ease that it would beneficial to make arrangements with the manager first, he later sorted the problem for us and was very friendly and helpful.
