The apartment has a direct sea view, is clean, and conveniently located near local eateries. The host was very helpful and supportive throughout our stay, and renting a scooter was easy and hassle-free.

I enjoyed everything day at Kaia, the host is very sweet and helpful. was always available if I needed something. the garden is beautiful and is such a nice feature staying in a busy city. phuong kindly helped me with luggage or breakfast when ever I needed . even though I was staying alone it felt nice having nice company around.

Harley and the apartment were fabulous. Top floor, clean, and equal parts close to the private beach and main road into Hoi An. Great communicator, possibly the quickest responder ever! I had a lovely stay and most certainly recommend.

Даже на первом этаже достаточно светло и тихо. Кровать комфортная, мебель современная, в квартире много разных умных фишек и даже ворота ночью можно открыть через приложение. Достаточно чисто, но если приглядываться, есть волосы и какие-то места, где помыть забыли. Бронировал на 3 дня, но договорился остаться тут на месяц. Всё нравится, только далеко от всего, нужен мотоцикл, граб байки и доставка еды приезжают быстро, но это всё быстро надоедает. Вокруг только местные точки, магазин и какие-то мелкие мастерские.

Well-maintained and clean apartment with two big rooms and living/dining areas, ample closet space, sizeable washrooms, and a very handy washer and dryer. Instructions for self check-in were clear and the process was easy. Host was very responsive to questions, even during night time. Nearby there is a cheap local eatery and a good spa place. Would be happy to stay again in future visits to Da Nang.

The view in nice, but there is a new construction undergoing beside, so it blocks the sea view partially. The room is big and good for a group of friends to stay a few days.

Amazing location right across from the beach which is only a 2-3 minute walk away. Lively area with many places to eat and drink. The wifi was great, amazing ac unit, and comfortable bed. Very safe building. Nice massage area and pool on the top floor. One of the best airbnbs in da nang

Amazing experience, great location, right on the beach, and an amazing Host! Tung always replies very quickly and answered all of our questions instantly. There was a short power outage and Tung sent a mechanic within 5 minutes to solve it for us. Thank you Tung for the wonderful experience, we would love to stay with you again in the future.

처음 다낭으로 여행이라 숙소가 멀지 않을까 사진만 좋지 않을까 걱정반 기대반으로 들어갔습니다. 숙소에 들어가자마자 걱정은 쓸데 없는 거였단거를 알게 되었습니다. 입구서부터 반겨주는 커다란 수영장과 큰 집이 저희를 반겨주고 있었고 내부도 너무 크고 멋져서 친구들에게 칭찬을 받아서 저도 기분좋게 다낭 여행을 잘 마치고 좋은 추억만 남기고 왔습니다. 호스트 반응도 아주 빨리 대응 해주셔서 더욱 걱정 없는 숙소 입니다. 다음 번에 다낭 여행때는 가족들과 같이 여행을 오도록 하겠습니다. 좋은 여행 만들어주셔서 감사합니다^^

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

My family enjoyed our first stay so much that we stayed for an additional 2 weeks. Every staff member we have encountered has been incredibly kind and welcoming. The property is well maintained and exactly as described. The furnishings are a very good quality, including comfortable beds in all bedrooms and sturdy furniture in the lounge and kitchen. The linens provided are a very good quality. There are air cons in each room and all work well. The property also has WiFi that is fast and reliable. Communication with the host is excellent and we highly recommend staying in this property.

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

평화롭고 한적한 휴가를 즐길 수 있습니다. 2 가족이 머무르기에 좋습니다. 체크인전 출입방법을 더 명확하게 안내해주시면 좋을것 같습니다. 몇호 빌라인지 미리 안내해주시면 체크인이 더 수월하게 진행될 듯 합니다.

질문이 있을때마다 굉장히 빠르게 응답해주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 그랩은 최대 7인승만 가능하기에 단체로 장거리를 갈 때 호스트 분의 차량을 이용하니 참 좋았구요. 수영장도 아이들, 어른들이 놀기에도 좋았습니다. 수영장은 다른사람들이 걸어다니면서 보이지 않는 곳에 위치하여 있어서 프라이빗 한 느낌이었어요. 청소는 윗층은 하지않고 밑에 부엌포함 거실만 해줍니다. 수건은 매일 갈아주고요. 챰골오 역이는 삼튱쫘리 뷜롸이고 맨위츙에읶늉두봥은 화댱쉴을 같잉써야훼요. 삼츙봥쓔는살암은 왔돠갔돠만 해둬 살이 저졀로 뽜질곱뉘댜. 샤웡긔 물응 쬴쬴쬴 보돠 죠큼 더 쌘 졍도얘요. 푸라마 리조트에있는 카지노도 가까워서 좋았어요. 무엇보다 호스트의 친절함이 가장 좋았습니다 잘 놀다갑니다 ^^
