Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett 180 x 200 cm, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken und Badewanne mit Glasduschwand. Eine zweite Schlafcouch befindet sich auf der Gallerie. Kindersicherung: eine Klappe am oberen Treppenende.

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.
