Holiday rentals with a patio in Kepez

Fabulous stay in Antalya! We recently rented the two bedrooms, two bathrooms apartment above the Karaf Bistro in Antalya, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was modern, clean, well-equipped, and maintained to exceptionally good standard. The excellent location made it easy to explore the city. The host is incredibly friendly, helpful, and dependable. Yaren was always available to answer any questions. Downstairs the bistro serves excellent food. I am not a fan of pizza, but their pizza was the best I have ever tasted. Pasta and the Turkish cheese salad are excellent too. The bistro also offers room delivery, which is convenient after a busy day. We would recommend this apartment (and the bistro) for anyone looking to stay in Antalya.

We've spent great time at Hakan's place. It's nice and clean. Really big private balcony with gorgeous mountain view. 15min walking from Konyalty beach and 10 min from tram and bus stations to Old city. Hakan is the best host. If you need he gives you some good advices about food and market on the area. We would be happy to come back here again.

Das Haus von Herrn Ismail liegt wie beschrieben ruhig und etwas abseits des Ortes. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft! Wir fanden alles, was wir benötigten, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alle Angaben sind korrekt. Herr Ismail war stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider fiel das Internet immer wieder aus. Herr Ismail hat sogar den Router tauschen lassen, aber es half leider nichts. er kümmerte sich sehr liebenswert! Alles andere war wirklich super! Wir kommen gerne wieder und waren sehr zufrieden. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It was very new, clean and tidy, with a reliable cleaning service that kept everything fresh. The location is ideal, just outside the busy traffic areas, but still within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Gaye and Hüseyin apartment ! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to details. The host provided clear instructions on how to get in, making check-in a breeze. The space itself was beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were surprised that there are only 5 apartments in the building (1 per floor)-so no neighbors around you 👍. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary snacks, tee and water. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and public transport. Bakery is just round the corner. The tram station is just 2 minutes walking. I felt completely at home and safe throughout my stay in this quiet neighborhood. If you’re looking for a top-notch experience, this is the place to book. A very cozy and chic apartment in the heart of old town Antalya. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and short stay. The view from the back roof garden was an extra bonus. Once you figure out the location then it’s easy to come back and forth and find your way around the city. Mustafa was very nice and quick to respond.

Excellent accommodation! The host welcomed us in the evening despite our flight delay due to a cancellation. The apartment has everything you need. You can step out onto the balcony from the kitchen and watch cats sleeping on the lawn

Sakin, rahat, konforluydu. Dinlenmek için ideal bir konaklama. Denize çok yakın, ulaşıma yakın, markete yakın.

Bizim Döşemealtı’nda düğünümüz olduğu için aile yakınları olarak gidip kaldık. Genel olarak çok güzeldi. Misafirim olarak gelen kişiler de gayet beğendiler, keyifli vakit geçirdik. Küçük bir havuzu var, serinlemek için ideal ama yüzme amaçlı pek keyif vermez. Bahçesi ve balkonları gayet büyük ve vakit geçirmesi çok güzel. Barbeküyü de kullandık, biraz karanlıkta kaldık ışığı arızalı olduğu için ama çok sorun etmedik. Eve ilk girdiğimizde pırıl pırıldı, hijyen ve dizayn olarak beklentimizin çok üstündeydi. Yatak-çarşaf durumları da gayet iyiydi, rahat ve temizlerdi. Tek sıkıntısı sitede bakıldığında konumu şehir merkezine 3-4 cadde daha yakın gibi gösteriyordu, gittiğimizde daha arkalarda aralarda olduğunu farkettik. Ev sahibi/yardımcıları gayet ilgililerdi, onlara ulaşmakta hiçbir sorun yaşamadık.

Öncelikle Serap hanımın iletişimi çok güzel, ilgili ve hızlıydı. Ebeveynleri de eve giriş yaparken çok cana yakın ve ilgiliydiler. Doğa içinde yürüyüş yapmak ve sessiz keyifli bir seyahat için çok güzel bir konaklamaydı. Ev temiz, rahat ve güvenliydi. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Arrived late hours host was at hand to give directions . The apartment was great value in comparison to surrounding accommodation . We had the pool all to our selves even though we had concerns there was a flat above us . The rooms were clean and security good … privacy with family felt safe too . If you are an average family and want to feel special for good value . Look no further I will definitely be back at this accommodation .The pool was clean and my daughter absolutely loved it !!! Within the old town not far from good places to eat … our last night we stayed at a more expensive hotel at his accommodation was fully booked and it was not half as good!! There was a lady who came to empty bins and had a lovely gesture with some sweeties … Only been back few days and we miss it already !!! I definetly recommend this accommodation for value / cleanliness

도착 전부터 집에 대한 설명을 정말 친절하게 해주시고 혹시나 집 못찾을까봐 영상 설명까지 있는거 보고 놀랐음. 야간버스타고 안탈리아로 넘어오는 일정이라 얼리체크인 안 되면 힘들었을 것 같은데 얼리체크인 가능하다구하셔서 도착하자마자 체크인 할 수 있어서 너무 좋았음. 숙소 컨디션은 사진 그대로이고 다소 각 방의 방음이 안 되긴 하지만 쾌적하고 시설이 좋은 숙소임. 무엇보다 세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 장기간 여행 중간에 딱 좋았던 숙소임. 수건이 하나만 제공되고 세탁해서 사용해야되는 불편?함은 있었지만 2시간이면 세탁과 건조가 가능해서 괜찮았음. 주방용품도 다 갖춰져 있었고 뒤에 발코니에 빨래도 말릴 수 있어서 수영 후 말리기에 딱 좋았음. 문의에 대한 답변도 굉장히 빨라서 지내는 동안 큰 불편 없었고 많은 배려를 해주셔서 편하게 지낼 수 있었음. 다소 샤워기에서 녹물이 나오는 건지 샤워기 필터가 굉장히 더러워졌지만 .. 이건 샤워 필터 쓰면 괜찮은 부분임 .. 뷰부터 숙소 컨디션까지 너무 좋았음.

Мы проживали с детьми. Спасибо госпоже Шехназ она предусмотрительно установила кроватку и детский стульчик в квартире. Квартира хорошая, вид из балкона просто супер. Сам район тоже хороший все в пешей доступности. По ночам была живая музыка, но ни нам, ни детям это не мешало.

Ekaterina is friendly and quick to respond. She also has workers available on site, who may not speak English but are the salt-to-the-earth, and do everything in their power to make your stay comfortable. The place itself is highlighted by the gorgeous pool. Heated (although don’t expect jacuzzi hot temperatures), with 3 waterfalls and bubbles, long length for lap swimming, this pool is really amazing and left immaculately clean and me and my family we swam in it everyday. It has a decent sized outdoor sauna that seats 4 people comfortably. The house is private, and feels safe. It has 3 homes connected with two bathrooms each and an outdoor shower each. There’s a great restaurant within walking distance and a corner store. Groceries are a short drive away, or a slightly longer walk. Wifi is available. For the price and location this home was well worth it.

Sedat was great! helped with everything we needed. the villa was a bit small and outdated but we did not spend much time there as there was plenty of restaurants and bars walking distance. I would definitely stay again!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Appartment und das Gebäude waren sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber und die Familie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch ideal. Man findet alles in Fußnähe. Wir werden das Appartment definitiv weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank :)

Arrivée de nuit à l'aéroport d'Antalya, facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport. Proche du centre ville. Parking à disposition. Excellent accueil alors que nous sommes arrivé pendant la nuit. Eau, café à disposition. Nous étions 4 les 2 chambres et l'appartement était suffisant. Merci pour l'accueil et le logement.

The accommodation was clean and pretty.Good location from antalya airport. 24 hours security service. we enjoyed with our family.

We had a perfect staying at Taci place . The location is unbeatable , 7 min to old town, also strategically positioned to get to Lara caddesi in minutes . The apartment has anything you need , we did not cook but you could definitely do, washing machine , spacious bedroom , comfortable living room , easy to get in and out . The parking is on a busy street indeed but we never really had an issue to find a spot even on the street close by. There is a small beach literally 5 min away. We never met Taci, we only connected via what’s up when we checked in mostly, but this is a good thing , because everything was perfect and we did not need to bug him about anything 😀 We definitely recommend the place , 💯. And we will return !

Wir sind mit unserer 4 monatigen Tochter angereist. Der Alex hatte uns die Nr von seinen Vater hinterlassen der zur der Zeit auch vor Ort war und genau nebenan wohnt. Der hat uns herzlich empfangen und die Schlüsselübergabe gemacht. So ein toller herzenslieber Mensch gewesen wir haben uns so gut verstanden mit ihm, wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man immer bei ihm klopfen. Der hat unsere Tochter so geliebt und immer für sie gesorgt wenn er mal am Pool vorbeiging,hat er immer gefragt was macht unsere Prinzessin. Einfach ein sehr toller Mensch gewesen. Die Wohnung ist schön klein, man hat alles was man zum Leben braucht. Sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und man gelangt von der Terrasse aus direkt zum Pool, das ist richtig gut gewesen. 200 Meter weiter ist ein Mirgos wo man seine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann.Abends ist es schön da in der Meile spazieren zu gehen aber einfach alles zu überteuert und Touristenabzocke, mit Auto rausfahren besser

The host and his wife were very nice people and they were very helpful in matter of fact they took us with their car and get us stuffthey felt like family, the house was super clean everything was on point and the place is great just like the photos yet more beautiful, the pool perfect and was 100% private and definitely we are planing to go back again

I had a great stay! The host was incredibly kind, polite, and always quick to help — every small issue was solved instantly. I’m very thankful for the warm welcome. The apartment looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-kept, and everything works perfectly. It’s in a quiet, prestigious area with easy access by car and public transport. While it’s not the closest place to the sea, it’s perfect for those who want a peaceful, local experience away from tourist crowds. There’s a Migros and other shops nearby, a barber shop just across the street, a pharmacy in the building, and good restaurants and a park not far away. The neighbors were quiet too — I felt truly at home. Highly recommended!
