House holiday rentals in Kep

Great villa, only proplem is getting to it as the road is a dirt track and gets very muddy , also difficult for tuktuk to get to as the normal route was closed because of repairs to a road next to the Chinese cemetery .

Sreyrort is a kind, friendly, and helpful host. It is like being part of the family. He has four rooms for rent. Afaik each had its own bathroom with shower. It is located right on the river, and there is a large covered, shared space overlooking the river. Comfortable seats and sofas. Hammock. They have a kitchen in this area. . Be warned that Friday's there is loud music through the night from nearby. He is still adding to it. A pool is in the works and I'm sure he has more plans.

We had a wonderful stay at your villa in Kep! The place was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for the warm hospitality and quick responsiveness despite our late booking. We’d definitely love to come back in the future!

Great place

Mandy and her husband were very friendly hosts who furnished the house very nicely and modernly. It was also very clean and we felt comfortable immediately. The small but fine pool was the highlight for us, as we were looking for privacy. I can really only recommend it 😍

Stayed for a month+ in July 2018 and onwards. The house and garden is amazing. Old World charm. From the large balcony (there are two) you have sea view to the one side, and jungle view to the other. The garden is large and green with palm, papaya, mango and avocado trees and a pond for fish. A short walk to the ocean, and a short drive to Kep beach & city and to the national park. Kampot is half an hour away in tuk-tuk.
