Stay in the countryside in a cozy cottage with river views. The cottage is small,tidy with everything you need. Electric sauna,shower,toilet,stove,dishes,refrigerator and cooking utensils There's a trail to the beach and a rowing boat in use. The beach is rocky and doesn't have a dock, so you need to be able to swim if you take a dip in the river. An air source heat pump that just came in to keep the apartment nice and warmth in the winter.

Marko is a great host: very nice, friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. With his friends Timo and Jarno, they are always available and helpful, making every moment a memorable experience. The house was warm, located in a very quiet area in the suburbs of Kemi. It is close to a long frozen river in winter, ideal for enjoying the scenery. This is also a great place to spot the Northern Lights. Marko is very familiar with local activities, and there is no better person to discover them. I would recommend this stay without hesitation!

Since this trip was in May I had the pleasure of experiencing this beautiful spot in two very different seasons. It is a beautiful magical place and I will be back again! We had a great stay at Aapo's place. The location directly on the Baltic Sea coast in conjunction with the barbecue hut and sauna is unique. The property is very well equipped. Aapo was flexible with our need for a crib and provided us with flexibility - thank you for that. We 100% recommend the place.
