Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

I had a pleasant stay here. The place was clean, well-maintained, and matched the pictures accurately. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The microwave was generally clean but had some small crumbs around the plate — nothing major. Overall, it was a comfortable and smooth stay. Thank you for hosting!

I have given five star rating as everything was great during our stay. Only concern which bothered us during our 4 nights 5 days stay was there was no cleaning, house keeping, dish washing and bed making. Host could provide at-least one cleaning schedule for long staying hosts.

We wanted something close to JICC to attend a seminar and we were so lucky to find this apartment right across the road! Setiawan was such a great and accommodating host. He even went out of his way to help me with some doc printing! The apartment is clean and sufficient for our needs. There are also eateries right outside the condo. Thank you so much Setiawan for the hospitality!

Stephanie is absolutely incredible. Always quick to respond and her staff delivers any requested items within the hour (sometimes within minutes). One of the most responsive host. Was very impressed. The condo complex itself was brilliant. For an 8 year old condo it was extremely well maintained and well staffed. The outdoor swimming pool was not heated but was not cold even on days when it just rained. The gym was decent and had everything for a standard workout. Indoor swimming pool was warm ish. The lifts was always fast and well ventilated. The lobby was nice and cool and plenty of comfy seats. The place itself was fantastic. High pressure hot water. A ok size bath tub. Toilets flushed well. 3 very cold air con. Internet speed measured 30-40mbps download. Fast enough for a child on constant Roblox and Netflix. Washing machine and fridge were both looking new. The floor was high and the view was of the swimming pool. Walking distance to 3 malls which was amazingly convenient.

Great place, clean house, smells good and got PS 5. Complete cooking equipments. Easy check in and located in a very secure neighbourhood.

It was an enjoyable stay for us and the owner is very helpful and responsive. Glad that he is also flexible and willing to support us for our long stay in his house. I feel like living in our own house. Many thanks to Mr Felix who is the owner of the house.

the right place for those of us who are having an event at ice BSD City. The cluster atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Complete house facilities. Complete Kitchen appliances. The living room is a bit hot, so the door needs to be opened even though there is a fan. But the 2 rooms upstairs are very comfortable and cool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place, and we will likely return to rent if there is another event there. Thank you

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

Located a bit outside the city but close to the airport. It's a large condo with a great swimming pool. The dwelling is on the top floor and so a bit remote from the city noises. There are a few supermarket options inside the condo and one just outside. Great if you look for a few days of calm next to the city.
