Holiday rentals with a patio in Kelmend

Logement très bien situé, avec place de parking, quartier très calme proche du centre ville. Logement très propre, très belle vue, impeccable. Un petit plus : des rideaux occultants, le soleil se lève tôt et nous a réveillé.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was cozy, spacious, and had everything I needed. The location is fantastic—just minutes from the city center, which made it super convenient to explore. There’s also a mall right next to the building with fresh fruits and veggies, which was a nice bonus. Plenty of bars and restaurants are within walking distance, and both the main train and bus stations are less than a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Evin arkasında büyük bir market cafeler restaruantlar var , konumu açısından heryere elverişli sessiz sakin bir yerdedir evde, otoparkı var aracınızı isyediğiniz yere bırakabilirsiniz, evde aradığınız bütün malzemeler bulunuyor herşey fotoğrafta anlatıldığı gibiydi , terlik, saç kurutma makinesi şampuanlar mikrodalga bulaşık ve çamaşır makinesi vardır klima yeni ve güzel çalışıyor ayrıca ev temizdir apartman sessizdi, bu evden çok memnun kaldım ve tekrar bu evi tutacağım.

Does what it says on the tin- you get what you pay for. Super close to the airport, skadar Lake and a few good authentic restaurants.

Bu apart, bir konaklama mekânı olmanın ötesinde, "evden uzaktaki ev" hissini yaşattı. Temizlik, konfor ve samimiyetin bir arada sunulduğu bu adres, kesinlikle tekrar tercih edilecek bir durak. Yolculuklarında sıcak bir atmosfer arayanlar için şiddetle tavsiye ederim! 🙂

What a wonderful home away from home Zarko’s place was and is!! I felt very comfortable in the apartment as it had everything I needed for my 12 days there. Zarko and his wife Milena are truly wonderful and excellent hosts. They helped with my transfer from the airport, checked in with me regularly, and helped again with getting a taxi to the bus station. They went out of their way and could not have been more kind and helpful!! I highly recommend Zarko’s apartment and hope to be there again in the future. Many thanks to Melina and Zarko!

If you are looking for a remote and beautiful place by the lake this place is perfect. Lidija and her family are kind and made us wonderful food and drinks for a weekend and showed us great hospitality. We got picked up by boat (make sure you don’t take too much baggage when you go) and had a little tour on the lake which was amazing. There was some issues with electricity but they quickly fixed it for us and we had a comfortable stay!

Le logement est exceptionnel dans un écrin de verdure loin de l’agitation urbaine. La ferme d’à coté ne cause absolument aucune nuisance. Les ânes sont très peu bruyants. La piscine est juste parfaite et les différents espaces dans le jardin sont très agréables. L’accès au logement est très chaotique, préférez un suv ou une voiture qui ne craint rien. Un grand merci à Marko.

This house is amazing! The view from the balcony is so beautiful you won’t believe. The house itself is gorgeous, an old style with lovely vintage furniture. And as for cleanliness, it’s completely spotless. The local area is so beautiful, truly one of the most incredible places in Europe. All the beds are very comfortable. Varja was a great host and put us in touch with local people to go on boat trips etc. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Logement compact, propre, calme et bien placé dans la vieille ville d'où l'on peut rayonner à pied. Un voisin adorable nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Restaurant La Lanterna et un salon de thé/bar Kaldorma très proches à recommander

Amazing apartment in the heart of Podgorica

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Podgorica, die Unterkunft ist gut mit Linie 21 erreichbar für einen Städtetrip. Wir buchten uns erst für die Weiterfahrt einen Mietwagen. Die Gegend ist dörflich und ruhig. Die Wohnung selbst war gross, hell, sauber. alles was man braucht. Ich empfehle weiter. 5 Sterne

Marko responded immediately every time we communicated with him. The place was very comfortable. Everything worked. They had everything we needed and some. He was very helpful and the family was friendly, including their dog. The pretty much let us alone but asked if we needed help or assistance with anything. When he saw me adjusting something in our vehicle he made sure we were ok and offered to help if needed. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Todella kaunis huoneisto, upeat näkymät kaupungille ja moskeijaan ja puistoon. Saimme hyviä majoittajalta tekemiseen k kaupungilla, olemme hyvin tyytyväisiä ja suosittelemme tätä todella siistiä paikkaa kaikille☀️👍

If we could give ana a 6/5 we would. She is extremely responsive and friendly. She waa helpful when it came to storing our luggages and was even nice enough to offer a super late check out since the apartment happen to be available the nexy day. It was of great help to us as we had a night flight to catch. Her place is clean, functional and simple. Some great food options nearby and on glovo. Not too far from the main bus station or the airport. A cab to the bus station and the airpprt should cost you 4.5 euros and 11 euros respectively. Despite not being in the city center, we found the walk doable and snacked on whatever food establishments on the way(ice cream, bars, cafes). The building the apartment is in is new and has a well functioning lift(great for our bulky luggages). Corridors are clean and we felt extremely safe. All in all, we definitely reccomend both Ana as a host and her place. Thank you Ana for making our stay in Podgorica so enjoyable ❤️

We stayed for 6 nights and I must say this was one of the best flats we’ve been to, but not just how it looked, also the host. The communication was smooth, fast answers all the time whenever we had a question, we got a lot of suggestions on where to go as well. In terms of the flat – 2 very nice balconies with nice views, everything inside looks almost luxury, the variation of lights, the comfy chairs. The kitchen was also well equipped for cooking and there is a quite modern washing machine. The Internet was good for any type of calls/videocalls/work. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the main bus station, very close to the central walking area as well, and the bus station to the castle is just across the street. In general everything was super cosy and pleasant. Highly recommended and would come back again.

Toll gelegen, etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Aber innerhalb von 30min zu Fuß ist man direkt in der City. Das Apartment Hat alles was man braucht. Alles super

alojamiento confortable, muy bien provisto para una agradable estancia. bien ubicado, con facil acceso a la entrada y salida de la ciudad. Con un gran hipermercado enfrente, asi como tambien tiendas y restaurantes. Milos siempre estuvo presente Lo recomendamos.
