Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kelana Jaya, SS7

I was using the place for my wedding, place is good and spacious for me to host about 70 guests in morning tea ceremony. Thanks for renting the space and giving me a beautiful memories.

The Luxury Cozy Home was a wonderful place for our group. It comfortably accommodated six adults and three children during our short stay before returning to the States. The amenities provided were excellent, and the home’s convenient location near the mall and dining options added to our enjoyable experience. While the surrounding homes gave us a slight feeling of unease, the presence of security cameras provided reassurance regarding our safety. Overall, this is a lovely home that is well-suited for families looking to relax in the heart of a bustling city like Subang. We appreciate the effort put into making our stay comfortable and look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place was clean, comfortable and just nice for my family. The kitchen had all the basic items I needed, which made things a lot easier, especially since I was travelling with my 10mo baby. There were enough power points around the house, which is convenient. The host was friendly and responsive. p/s I accidentally left behind my favourite thermos and its carry bag - totally my fault! Overall, our family had a lovely stay and a good rest while attending a wedding nearby. Recommended.

Cleanliness 5/5, facilities all working and in good condition, all rooms fully air conditioned, can fit up to 10 people per stay, spacious living room & porch, suitable for social activities and great quality time with family & friends

Great deal for what we paid, easy check in process. The unit was clean. Nothing much to comment about since we only stayed for a short night (midnight check in and left early morning).

Had a really great stay at Gary’s place! Super clean, comfy, and exactly like the photos. The location was super convenient too. Hosts were really helpful and friendly. check-in and check-out were super smooth with clear instructions. Would definitely stay again if I’m back in KL. Thanks so much for everything! 😊

I had a wonderful two-day stay at this condominium unit. The place was spotless — the floors were clean and shiny, giving the space a fresh and welcoming feel. The pantry was tidy, well-arranged, and stocked with the essentials, which made it easy to settle in. All daily necessities were thoughtfully provided — toilet rolls, tissue papers, clean towels, toiletries, utensils, washing detergent, and even a hair dryer. It felt very much like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the beautiful night view from the unit. Whether enjoying a quiet evening indoors or stepping out onto the balcony, the city lights created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place with a lovely view. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very responsive and very helpful host. The place is also very clean, very cute room and walkable distance to a nearby big mall TRX. Breakfast at the cafe of the apartment is also very good. We also saw a mini park and a swimming pool which we would have wanted to explore but unfortunately we didn’t have time. Big TV with Netflix in the room and the aircon and warm blanket makes it a very cozy atmosphere. Would highly recommend this place for couples or single travellers.

The place is perfect for a single person or a couple. There’s a lot to do, A great swimming pool, gym, badminton, and some great views from the 66th Floor. I’d highly recommend the place and a helpful host Jerry, Who is always willing to help and ensure the guests are comfortable. Some restaurants, Marts and coffee shops are right outside and on walking distance. It is worth it!

Peksee is a reliable, friendly and responsive host. Her place is really cozy, super clean and great for a single person or couple. Location is fantastic. Short walk to Bangsar village and also to the LRT. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Max and Catherine were incredibly responsive and accommodating—from the basic essentials to helping out when small things came up, everything was handled superbly. 👍😊 The location is perfect—very easy access to public transport (the MRT is just a short walk away 🚆), and there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby 🛍️🍜. It made getting around and enjoying the area so convenient! Most importantly, Max and Catherine are genuinely kind and thoughtful people 💕. Their hospitality made us feel right at home, even though we were far from it. The flat is as described and even better. The view, the amenities and layout are great, we definitely felt lucky to be there during our stay in KL. Man is an excellent host, he was always there to support us should we need anything. Proactive, excellent communication, he did his best to accomodate us and make our stay better and he succeeded. He as exquisite taste, the flat was well decorated and furnished.

Isaac keeps his apartment well equipped, spotless and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and hope the place is available on my next visit. Isaac was responsive whenever I called him, even late evening or early in the morning.

We had a delightful and very comfortable one-night stay at this property. The check-in process was clearly instructed and easy to follow, making our arrival smooth and hassle-free. The house was in tip-top condition—absolutely spotless and very well maintained. All the beds were super comfy, and the toilets were impeccably clean. The living space was spacious and perfect for our family of 5. We also appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of a water dispenser, which added convenience to our stay. A couple of minor downsides: the shower area in the bathrooms is a wee bit tight, especially for L/XL-sized individuals. Additionally, the washer is a top-load unit without a dryer function, and there was limited space and no drying racks, which made doing laundry a bit of a challenge. Despite these small points, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for its cleanliness, comfort.

I've been stay here since 2020. Once a year for sure. It's so peaceful and privacy. The unit was completed and for me host has upgraded and well maintained the unit since 5 years ago. Water pressure so good. Can cook and complete with fridge and washing machine. Felt like to rent it forever 😂.

We absolutely loved our stay.The apartment was not only great looking but also felt wonderfully cozy and like a true home. It was impeccably clean and we felt completely safe throughout our visit

Nice apartment, my second time staying at this condo but first time in this unit. Everything was as in the photos and description and I would stay here again. Had an aircon issue but it was fixed straight away. Takes a while before messages are read - it does say communication can take up to five hours for a reply - in an emergency this would be a long time. Suggestions - a small pair of kitchen scissors, some garbage bags for the bin and a kettle upgrade as the button doesn’t work properly. Thank you again

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the check-in instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Just a 3-minute walk away, there’s a shopping mall with few of food options and a Jaya Grocer, which made everything really convenient. We chose this place because we were planning to visit Sunway Lagoon , it only took us around 10–15 minutes by car to get there. If you’re traveling with a group, I think this place is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!
