Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kazbegi Municipality

Great place to stay with a big company for a few nights! The place has everything one needs, from the outside firepit to tons of dishes for a nice BBQ dinner. There's also quite a few beds and they are all comfortable. The location is also great!

We had a really nice stay at Givi’s place. The views are breathtaking and the location is great as well. Would definitely recommend and are considering a return trip later this year.

Нам очень понравился домик. В нем не очень много места, но мы были вдвоем, поэтому было достаточно комфортно. Было все необходимое (единственное - не было микроволновки, но нам она и не требовалась), очень красивые виды и уединенное место. Хозяин быстро отвечал на сообщения. С удовольствием вернулись бы в это место еще раз

We loved staying at Aleksi’s place. The views were amazing and the house was very well done, with the right amenities. Aleksi was always reachable and we did not encounter any problems at all. Strongly recommend.

Nino was easy to communicate with and was flexible with our arrival and departure times. The place was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The views were incredible! We would definitely stay here again, especially if we had a large group.

The location is in 10-15 walking distance from the bus station, unfortunately the closest Tbilisi street is under rebuild, but that’s nothing Lia can de about 😁 so the stay has wonderful view, if lucky enough you will see Kazbeg peak. Water is hot and pressure is fine, tap water is drinking, supermarkets, pharmacies are in walking distance. Lia also prepare breakfasts and lunches (but we didn’t try). Please, keep in mind there is no kitchen in the suit, but there is a bbq area that’s possible to use. Generally; I loved the stay and Lia is friendly and helpful and easy to communicate. Great place

We were 3 families, and we loved the place. The kids enjoyed the entire stay and felt like right at our own home... Excellent support from the host during the stay and they waited until late evening to receive us so that our checkin would be smooth. Snow was at the doorstep during 3rd week of December which kids loved, restaurants and other necessary amenities are so near to the place.

Отличные апартаменты в 2-х минутах от подъемника. Рядом кафе, прокаты, супермаркет и трек для пешей прогулки. Идеальное расположение. В самих апартаментах есть все необходимое - плита, холодильник, телевизор, классная барная стойка. Ремонт свежий, чисто, уютно и классный панорамный вид на горы. Наталья - отзывчивая хозяйка, отвечает быстро, все четко. Рекомендую!

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit einem tollen Balkon und Blick auf die Berge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Restaurants sind fussläufig nach einem lagen Tag in der Natur schnell zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Hinweis für Kaffee Junkies wie ich: in der Küche gibt es keinen Kaffeezubereiter. Aber einen Wasserkocher für Instant Kaffee. Was nur ein kleines Manko bei der Lage ist.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place, and the host was very pleasant and helpful. The cottage is located in the best part of Sno—yes, it truly is the best location. It’s quiet, isolated from neighbors, and perfect for relaxation. At night, you can enjoy a sky full of stars (especially during late-night walks), along with beautiful horses and donkeys roaming around. The view of Kazbegi is stunning 24/7, annd especially in the morning. We highly recommend booking this place!

Checking fácil e simplificado. O apartamento fica em uma região tranquila e super confortavel. Possui uma cozinha completa, com tudo que você precisa para preparar qualquer alimento. Internet com boa velocidade, Smart Tv na sala de estar, aquecimento em todos os cômodos da casa. A localização é conveniente com supermercados ha uma curta distancia a pé. Recomendo.

This place is absolutely perfect. It has all you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels, blankets and toilet paper. The place is clean and warm. We never even used the fire place. The balcony is facing the sun in the afternoon making for the perfect after ski hangout. The place also comes with a ski locker which is downstairs oposite a ski rent inside the building. The host Sofi is also super friendly and arranged our transfer from the airport to the apartment. Definitely recommend this place.

just as expected and as seen in the pictures. would've been nice to have amenities like tea, coffee, sugar, salt, etc.... bed was comfortable and pillows soft, kitchenette was accommodating enough. will return if i have the option.

We had a wonderful stay at Shako’s place! The accommodation was perfect—clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The view from the property was stunning, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. Shako is an exceptional host. He checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond by helping us arrange tours in Kazbegi, including an unforgettable horse-riding experience. Breathtaking & fantastic view! I love to watch the mountain while preparing food for my family in the kitchen. Everything about this house is so perfect. I recommend everyone to stay here.

Gigi's cabin is a perfect place to spend the vacation under the foot hills of the Kazbegi mountains. Gigo was very friendly, communicate and fast to respond when we needed any help

Нам очень понравился дом! Вид на горы просто завораживает! Удобно добираться до места, откуда начинаются тропы для хайкинга. По соседству очень вкусный ресторан. В доме очень уютно, много приятных деталей интерьера, настольные игры, есть все предметы первой необходимости. Хозяйка очень приятная, дружелюбная, отзывчивая. Благодарим за гостеприимство!

Our stay at this charming Airbnb in Stepantsminda was an unforgettable experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Gergeti Trinity Church, which we could admire from the comfort of our accommodation. Waking up to the sight of the church against the backdrop of the majestic Caucasus Mountains was truly magical. The location was perfect for exploring the natural beauty of the area, with hiking trails and other attractions nearby. Beautiful place with breathtaking views. Although it is not the touristy season, the cottage and kitchen were clean and all amenities were fully functional. Good place fo hiking tours. Can only recommend.
