Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kayseri

The apartment consists of two rooms with high ceilings and a very chic living concept. It was totally clean and well furnished. The location is also top. Only recommended.

Fantastic stay! the host is very responsive, friendly and helpful! he helped us out a lot of things and drove us around! the place has a very nice view and we get to enjoy some snow while the heating system worked perfectly. looking forward to return!

Our trip to Erciyes, which lasted 3 days, was extremely enjoyable and comfortable thanks to the thoughtful houses of Mr. Mehmet and his wife. First of all, the welcome was very friendly and delightful, every detail that made the guests at home was thought out. There was even wood prepared especially for the cousin.. The potatoes, mushrooms and of course the kayseri sausage added a high level of pleasure to our holiday.. Our barbecue pleasure in the garden gave us a very nice time in the snowy garden of the house. We had an extremely warm stay thanks to the heating system of the house. The house is very comfortable and there is everything you can think of at home.. We would like to thank Mehmet and his wife very much for this beautiful experience. We would recommend peace of mind to everyone.

The host is very friendly and communication is very smooth; the homestay has the characteristics of local residents, with a private large yard, planted a lot of fruits, I like it very much, it is very suitable for families to live in, it is very cozy and happy to live in

First and foremost the host is such a friendly and helpful person, he is so kind. 2nd the place is very good, kitchen has everything which is a huge extra point. And last but not least the location is AMAZING, it is near to many important places to see in Cappadocia, also very near to markets and restaurants street. Definitely recommended, and definitely a go to for my next visit to Cappadocia 🙏💜

The communication was very good, he took care of us very well. He was a very sweet person. The only problem was the lack of communication at night and the lack of service at breakfast.

Very calm in the city of Mustafapasa with a nice view. The flat is big enough for 4 people. I recommend.

Mr Yilmaz was there to greet us on arrival. Welcomed us with some Turkish sweets and cakes freshly made by Mrs Yilmaz. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and was of a very high standard. Yilmaz and his son Abdulla were very commutative and gave us information regarding the local area. It was a convenient base for us to explore the Coppadocia sights by car. There are good restaurants and supermarkets near by. Yilmaz and his family were fantastic hosts.

Everthing was excellent and we recommend it to everyone. We hope so that we will be back someday 😊

My journey to Kayseri was shorter than I expected, they speeded up my check-in process and delivered the room quickly. A friendly and solution-oriented business. Thanks for having me.

Our family of four enjoyed our time at this stay. The kitchen had the kitchen equipment needed to prepare meals (no microwave) and we were within walking distance of several grocery stores (Migros had most everything we needed). We liked not being located right in the heart of the touristy area and enjoyed seeing the local people go about their daily business. The touristy part of Urgup is ~10 minute walk down the main road. It was a bit of a drive to get to some of the sites, but we didn't mind that. We enjoyed seeing the balloons in the distance from the balcony. The place offered plenty of space for four people, with 2 bedrooms, a large living area, and 2 outside areas. It was between 70-85 Fahrenheit during our stay and it never got overly warm inside without air conditioning. I will note that no shampoo / bath soap is provided and we were unable to find trash bags or toilet paper beyond the one of each provided. Not a deal killer, but good to know going in.
