Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kavala

Thanks to Dimitra and her husband, it was a very good time. House is situated in a small peaceful city. Very quiet place, locals are very friendly. Everyone speaks English in the stores and at the awesome local market (thanks for the recommendation). There is a grill outside the house and the local fish store has very good and fresh seafood. I recommend this house to everyone who dreams of a quiet vacation without crowds of tourists on the streets All the delights of the Greek coastline in 15 minutes by car through beautiful scenery.

Velmi pěkné místo, krásná velká terasa s výhledem na moře. Byt malý, ale útulný. Hned naproti dobrá restaurace. Pobyt jsme si užili!

Prima dată când folosesc această aplicație și trebuie să recunosc că am fost un pic reticent... Dar acum pot spune că am făcut o alegere foarte bună cu această proprietate minunată. Totul a fost ca în descriere iar Alexandros a fost foarte atent la nevoile noastre împreună cu Natalia care ne-a răspuns la toate întrebările și ne-a făcut rezervări la restaurante pentru o experiență cât mai plăcută. A fost o vacanță reușită și datorită lor și vrem să le mulțumim pe această cale. Vom reveni cu siguranță în acest sătuc idilic de pe această insulă fascinantă!

Alles war perfekt! Jeden Tag zu diesem Ausblick aufzuwachen war wirklich unbeschreiblich. Wir wollten am liebsten gar nicht abreisen. Die Kommunikation zu Melissa war auch super nett.

Am avut o vacanță minunată la pebbles beach house! Cele două restaurante din apropiere sunt foarte ok, ajungeam pe jos mergând pe plajă în doar 5 minute. Plaja e cu pietre dar cu încălțări adecvate nu e nicio problemă. Apa e mică și pietre sunt doar la intrare. Copiii au fost foarte entuziasmați să găsescă diferite pietre pe plajă. Alte plaje cu nisip fin se găsesc în apropiere, preferată noastră a fost Atspas Beach, la doar 10 Minute de mers cu mașina. Am avut o vacanță relaxantă și ne-am întoarce oricând aici.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Mein Aufenthalt bei Orestis war einfach nur top! Die Villa war mit allem ausgestattet, was man (auch für einen längeren) Aufenthalt braucht und sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Auf dem Gelände gibt es noch wenige andere Villen, aber man hat trotzdem ausreichend Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist eher am Ortsrand und sehr ruhig. Ein Auto während des Aufenthalts ist ratsam, da der nächste Supermarkt etc. zwar nicht weit ist, aber auch nicht direkt ums Eck. Orestis hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und auch proaktiv Tipps etc. gegeben. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Everything was perfect. The house is surrounded with magnolia trees you can enjoy in the beautiful garden. We had a great time there we felt just like home. Maria and her husband are great hosts. So friendly and helpful. When we arrive to the house Maria had made a cake for us and she gave local recommendations to us. The house is spotless clean and you can find whatever you need. There are 2 close beaches to the house that has crystal clear waters. Highly recommended. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had great time at Thenia's place. It was spacious (we were 6 adults and 2 kids), located very close to the beach and overall close to Kavala and the nearby beaches. Thenia is a great host - very responsive and easy to communicate. We had everything necessary for a great stay. Highly recommend.

Πολύ καλή εμπειρία! Το σπίτι είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν, ηταν πεντακάθαρο και εργονομικό, μείναμε μονο 3 μέρες αλλά άνετα μέναμε και παραπάνω. Η τοποθεσία ηταν πολύ βολική για τις ανάγκες μας. Κοντά σε μίνι μάρκετ, εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο, άνετο παρκάρισμα, κοντά στην έξοδο της πόλης για τις παραλίες που θέλαμε να παμε. Η Σουζάνα γλυκύτατη, εξυπηρετική και ευγενική. Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.

David is a great host, and the apartment is absolutely stunning. A wonderful view, everything is clean and tidy, and the apartment is very well equipped. David helped us with various recommendations that were extremely useful! We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely apartment with garden, very near to the beach. Clean, cozy and cool, with all amenities. The landlord is very helpful, assists in everything. I am very happy with my choice and my stay.

Прекарахме добре.Бяхме тук по време на Великден.На масата имаше оставени боядисани яйчица ,както и автентични гръцки курабийки.Беше много мил жест от страна на собственика.Апартаментът е малък и уютен,терасата също е комфортна за сутрешно кафе.Сградата е близо до магазини и заведения. Чувствахме се чудесно и бихме отседнали отново през следващото ни пътуване до Кавала. Препоръчвам мястото !

We loved our stay! Our host was so lovely and helpful, replied to our questions quickly and was super friendly. The flat is cute, has everything you could need with a great bedroom, homey kitchen and spacious living room. The terrace is also huge and peaceful! Very easy to find and has shaded parking right underneath. The beach is literally 5 minutes walking down the road, with a beach cafe right on the golden sands. There is also a fantastic restaurant almost right across the road. It’s perfect for a little family holiday. So happy with everything! Had the best stay and would definitely go back.

Marina is a wonderful, kind, and attentive host. The apartment was amazing; we stayed there for 6 days with four people (two adults and two children), and everything was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. And what a stunning view from the terrace! We were very pleased and highly recommend it! The apartment is very close to the sea. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Gerçekten ismi gibi cennet bir yer. Yeşil bahçesi, güzel meyve ağaçları ve çiçeklerle bir tatili geçirmek çok güzeldi. Ev sahiplerimiz ise tanıştığımız en muhteşem, en cana yakın ev sahipleri. Geldiğimiz andan itibaren bize bir çok ikram da bulundular. Ayrılırken de bizi hediyelerle uğurladılar. Sakin ve huzurlu bir yer tercih ediyorsanız kesinlikle doğru adres burası. Bahçe gece ve gündüz ayrı ayrı çok güzel manzaraya sahip. Deniz çok yakın ve tüm sahil inanılmaz sakin. Evin temizliği çok güzeldi. Evde ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey vardı. Tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle yine burayı tercih ederiz.

Öncelikle kapalı otopark olması çok büyük bir avantaj. Dubleks ev tertemizdi. Beş kişi kaldık. Herkes kendi odasında ve kimseyi rahatsız etmeden konaklayabildi. Güvenlik açısından da hiçbir sorun olmadı. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Kavala da çok keyifli, küçük bir şehir. Teşekkürler

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The apartment is spotless, very well equipped, it has everything you would need, in a nice neighbourhood, the hosts were nice and polite. It's also really close to the city centre, less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is that there were no parking spaces at the building. There were some free parking spots down the street, but keep in mind that there is a steep street that you have to walk through to reach the building. Overall we had a great time here!

Daha kapıdan girer girmez, sevgili Vasili bize harika bir pasta ikram etti. Oğlumuzun ve bizim konaklama boyunca rahat etmesi için her şeyi düşündü. Evden çıkarken de bizleri kendi evinde kahvaltıya davet etti ve hep birlikte harika saatler geçirdik. Döndükten sonra bile hala sizleri hatırlıyor ve sizler hakkında konuşuyoruz. Ev sahibi çok samimi cana yakın davrandı, çıkışta 15 dk geçikme olması konusunda anlayışlı davrandı her şey çok güzeldi, dolaptaki içecek ve meyve ikramları için çok teşekkür ederim, bir sonraki seyahatimde aynı evi kullanmak isterim

היה מעולה! דירה חמודה ונוחה. נקייה מאד. עיצוב חדשני ונעים. מיקום מעולה במרכז של הכל! חניה ציבורית חינם צמודה לבניין. מעלית שעזרה לנו מאד להתנייד עם העגלה. יאניס ומריאנה היו שירותיים מאד ונחמדים. מומלץ בחום.

Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν πάρα πολύ βοηθητικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και πάρα πολύ άνετος. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετική στο κέντρο

Mary is our most favourite host. This is our second stay in her place and hopefully not the last one. She is an extremely kind, responsive, friendly and nice person. She makes us feel at home every time. The communication with her is very easy and fast, no wait to answer you back. The apartment is extremely clean, convenient and spacious enough for comfortable stay. It has everything you might need. Our favorite part of the apartment is the lovely terrace with an amazing view of the port of Kavala. The location is top - the heart of the old town, walk distance away from the nice tavernas, shops, bars and cafes. We absolutely recommend and would happily come back again.
