I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

הילה הייתה ממש יפה ומרווחת כמו בתמונות, יאניס ואשתו היו מאוד מזמינים ועזרו לנו בכל שאלה ובקשה שהייתה לנו. החיסרון היחיד הוא שהמיקום קצת מרוחק, אין סופרמרקט קרוב ויש שתי מסעדות במרחק 10-15 דקות הליכה, ולכן כדאי להגיע עם רכב.

We had such an amazing time staying at this villa in Agia Varvara while we celebrated our wedding in Cyprus. Eva was so helpful and very responsive to all of our questions. The villa itself was absolutely gorgeous and the surrounding neighborhood had everything we could have needed at a walkable distance (coffee shop, grocery store, restaurant, and pharmacy). We loved this villa and would 100% stay here again!

George is an excellent host. He always responds so quickly to any issues, although I hardly had any problems, and he is very hospitable (offering to have a beer with you, or sharing some Cyprus meatballs he’s made!). George also respects your privacy, and will check in via messaging just to make sure everything is okay. The apartment was very clean and (most importantly to me) extremely quiet. The quietness, especially at night was such a surprise to me, and I was so thankful not have to deal with vehicle noise or late night foot traffic passing by the house. The bed was comfy and the sheets and towels were very clean. The house was a great spot to come back to and rest in after spending a day of exploring the town or the surrounding areas. The AC in the bedroom was most appreciated to have for escaping the heat! I had an excellent stay there and I would very much stay at George’s historical home again if I visit Cyprus again!!

A superb spacious villa with everything you needed to relax. Beautiful manicured gardens with stunning flora and fauna which you could enjoy all day /night in the outdoor space whilst relaxing in and out of the huge pool. Location was very quiet and Views at the front /side were amazing. Bonus outdoor areas all around from a separate shady seated area to a BBQ area and the car port aswell keeping car cool! An all round highly recommended villa not just for couples but for families too as it had everything.

Perfect for a family break. We had 7 nights and there was plenty to do in the area. All communication was excellent and Andy even recommended a local supermarket that would be open before we arrived. A beautiful house, lovely interior with lots of little touches, candles, board games and a fabulous courtyard which is bigger than it looks on the photos. All bedrooms are clutter free and have their own en-suite. The kitchen is large and has all the basics you need to cook meals etc. There is a large washing machine and new dishwasher with pods provided which is a nice touch. We were warmly welcomed at Tochni Tavern and then a 3 minute walk to the house and then shown around. The village is very quiet and peaceful with a supermarket, a free Astro pitch for eager football players and the local Tavern is a real treat on your door step. A fabulous traditional home in the heart of a beautiful village. The house has great views and the courtyard has a great mixture of sunshine and shade.

La maison est située sur les hauteurs de la baie de Pissouri - à 5 min à pied vous pouvez aller voir un beau point de vue de la côte de Chypre. C’est un endroit calme idéal pour se reposer. La localisation est très bien pour profiter du sud-ouest de l’île. Vous trouverez tout l’équipement nécessaire dans la maison, le lave vaisselle est un peu fatigué mais il fait le job. La piscine est agréable mais non chauffée, lorsque nous y étions l’eau était un peu trop froide à notre goût. Vrionis a toujours répondu présent à nos sollicitations et nous a fournit tous les renseignements nécessaires au séjour. Nous recommandons la maison.

We truly enjoyed our peaceful staycation at this beautiful villa. Mid/end April, we were lucky to have the pool heated, allowing us - especially our son - to enjoy our daily swims and relaxing pool days. All amenities you can think off are there of which the beautiful garden and furniture, outside gas bbq, dishwasher and washing machine made our stay even more enjoyable. It was very quiet and the views from the garden are stunning. There are many stray cats though who kept coming back to our house several times a day. Our son likes the cats, so it was not big of a deal, but perhaps something to consider. Would recommend and book again!

George was a very welcoming host and was waiting on the street to guide us to the parking at the rear of the property, then briefly took us through a couple of security aspects etc. On the second day I broke a tooth at lunch and he sent me the address of a dentist who travelled from Paphos to his clinic to treat me on a public holiday. George ensured we had clean bed linen and towels for out second week and was responsive to any queries we had about appliances. The house was brilliantly located for all the facilities in Pissouri Bay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Highly recommended!

Wir waren von dem Haus, den vielen kleinen Dingen, die dem Haus eine persönliche Note und Atmosphäre verliehen haben, der umlaufenden Terasse, dem wunderschönen Garten, der Lage und dem Blick begeistert! Besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können. Wer einfach nur Ruhe und Auftanken mit allen Sinnen sucht, wird hier genau das finden. Bis auf die Grillen herrscht völlige Ruhe von Sonnenauf- bis -untergang. Der Willkommenskorb war mit leckeren Dingen gefüllt, und auch alles andere, was man auch für den Urlaubsalltag gebrauchen kann, aber nie mitbringen würde, war vorhanden. Danke - für diese besondere Gastfreundschaft und das Gefühl, dass man in diesem Haus in Geschichten eintauchen kann !

Cozy House in a Quiet Cypriot Village – Perfect for a Family Getaway We had a wonderful family vacation (two adults and three children) staying in this lovely house! It's a two-story home located in a peaceful village surrounded by nature. The atmosphere is calm, the air is fresh, and the view from the veranda is simply stunning — a perfect escape from the noise of the city. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, a cozy living room, a bedroom, a toilet, and access to a veranda with a beautiful view. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony. Everything was very clean and convenient. A special thanks to the host, who asked in advance about the number and age of our children to prepare the house accordingly. When we arrived, everything was ready — there were some basic food items on the table, and milk and cheese in the fridge, which was a huge help after our flight. The kids were also thrilled to find

Wow, Villa de la Familia was seriously lovely! We only stayed a couple of nights but really enjoyed the lovingly curated feel of the place. It was a charming change from the other accommodation we had found in Cyprus, emphasizing the historic rather than the modern yet retaining the comfort & luxury. Like the villa, Pano Lefkara itself is a welcome change from much of modern Cyprus. It was rather sleepy at the end of October, but a good place to explore from for a couple of days. Paola & Costas were charming hosts. They met us there on arrival & were easy to communicate with during our stay. They should be very proud of the space they have created at Villa de la Familia!

Zyprischer Traum! Tolles Haus, süße Dorfkatzen, sehr ruhig, sehr gemütlich und eine perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Die Terasse teilt man sich ab und an, das ist wichtig zu wissen. Zum Supermarkt im Dorf kann man auch gut zu Fuß und es ist alles sehr schön. Hat uns total gut gefallen!

Dom z 2 sypialniami, salonem, 2 łazienkami i dużą kuchnią zaopatrzoną we wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Jest to dom z podwórkiem, wnętrze nie jest nowoczesne, ale można poczuć się w nim jak w domu. Gospodarz zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości, a na miejscu przywita Cię mama gospodyni - wspaniała i pomocna kobieta, która odpowie na wszystkie pytania, da wskazówki, a nawet pokaże najbliższą okolicę. Jeśli planujesz np. naukę w Bayswater Cyprus, dom jest 5 minut spacerem od tej szkoły. Daleko do plaży, ale zawsze można dojechać komunikacją miejską, lub Boltem. Blisko Lidl i inny supermarket, w okolicy burger, kebab i Tawerna z pysznym, lokalnym jedzeniem. Polecam pobyt w tym miejscu🙂

Mr. Stavros was very friendly, very helpful and responded to all my calls immediately. The house was very clean, in a very good location.

This is a really special cottage in beautiful surroundings. We loved having our morning coffee and evening meal out on the veranda, taking in the view and listening to birdsong! It’s well located to get to the Kalidonia and Millomeris waterfall trails on foot, and the Artemis/Atalante trail as well as some lovely vineyards are a short drive. There’s a good restaurant within walking distance in Platres village. I think some of the comments about the decor here miss the point - in a world of samey greige airbnbs, this is a beautiful well used family home, and while decor is traditional, it’s set up with all the mod cons you could need! The driveway up to the property is a very steep and narrow road shared between multiple properties. Unless you have a four wheel drive and/or are comfortable navigating a hill steeper than surrounding mountain roads, I’d recommend parking at the bottom of the hill - Annie will tell you where!

Lovely old world accommodation with museum like fixtures and fittings. As soon as you step through the door it was like stepping back in time. Very homely feel, clean and had everything you need for a quiet, peaceful stay. A bottle of local wine and ice in the freezer was a welcome touch, often overlooked. Aircon was good when required and plenty of hot water when needed. Plenty of space to chill inside and a nice deck area outside with lovely views over the village and down to the sea. Communication from the owner was excellent throughout. Lefkara itself is a beautiful mountain village with plenty of options for dining and drinking just a short stroll away if desired. No parking as it’s a village centre house, however free public parking just a few minutes walk away. Overall an excellent experience and one we were privileged to be able to have, thank you for opening up your home.

The place is really comfortable and peaceful. Also the host has lots of recommendations of plans, restaurants on a book which mades everything easier. The house counts with everything you may need for your staying and more.

Filippos is a great host and his place is amazing and definitely worth to visit. Quiet village, the highest in Cyprus. Lots of fresh air even during the summer time. Incredible views from huge terrace. If there is a season you can collect cherries right from your balcony. Three bedrooms, convenient layout. Lots of tableware and other stuff for easy staying. Great village experience

We’ve been to many AirBnBs and have had a lot of wonderful experiences. At Florontia’s beautiful, stunningly artful, private and relaxing house, we had the best stay in all these years. Everything worked wonderfully and we highly recommend her house to everyone who wants to feel cosy and delighted on their holidays. It’s made in a lovely old country style with fine art and has a very welcoming touch. Even one of the fantastic artworks was made by Florentia herself. Everything worked perfectly - a fantastic kitchen where we sometimes cooked our favourite dishes when not at one of the many fine and landly restaurants in the area. A very high quality TV, antique furniture which was very comfortable as well as the beds upstairs. The courtyard is the perfect place for eating or relaxing with a good book. We will recommend her house to our friends and family too. Many thanks to Florentia for her kind help and many fine recommendations. We’ll be back.
