Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kato Paphos

Idealne miejsce do wypoczynku. Spokojna okolica. Apartament ma wszystkie udogodnienia. Bardzo blisko do miejskiej plaży i portu. Lokale gastronomiczne z bardzo dobrą różnorodną kuchnią na tej samej ulicy. Od początku rezerwacji aż do wyjazdu stały kontakt z właścicielką p. Eleftheria, która była pomocna na każdym etapie naszego pobytu. Napewno warto skorzystać z tego apartamentu.

We booked Maria's cosy place at the last minute for 2 nights. Never been to Konia before, and we were not disappointed. Number 702 is a minimalist gem snuggled in amongst mature trees. Although small, it feels spacious with its high ceilings and floor to roof windows. We ate out at the Mansion of Stavroula. Reserving a table is highly recommended at weekends. The food is delicious. We had the good fortune to meet Maria who is lovely and helpful. We will definitely be returning 😊

Just returned from a 1 week stay. Check in instructions sent a few days before and Anna was kind enough to arrange a taxi transfer for us. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The pool is much bigger than it looks in photographs. The villa itself was in a perfect location with a number of restaurants, supermarkets and the kings avenue mall all within walking distance. Tea for two which is a two minute walk a way was one of our favourites. There was further construction work nearby although we couldn’t hear any noise and didn’t affect our stay. Anna was contactable during our stay and responded straight away. We already looking at future dates to return.

Great communication from Matheos in the lead up to our arrival and while there, and the villa looks just as pictured with that absolutely stunning pool really sealing the deal! Even though the villa is in a gated community, it really felt so peaceful and like we were alone looking out to the surrounding hills and valley. If you are sensitive to pool temperatures then I suggest requesting heating beforehand, but doubt this is an issue in the summer time (already got quite warm from the Sun in May) and there’s also a great hot tub to hand for the evening. Also be aware that this villa has traditional plumbing infrastructure (typical in many homes on the island).

We enjoyed our stay at this new villa with spectacular views. Communication with the host @Nomadsproperties was excellent. We did manage to find it with the map pin as the road is as yet unnamed. The property is spotlessly clean, contemporary and has all the equipment you need. It is quiet and peaceful and a short drive to Coral Bay. You definitely need a car as it is a little remote, but thats part of its charm. Thank you Nomads

We booked this visit whilst staying at Margarita’s last year. We’ve been counting the days since and when we arrived it was like we hadn’t been away. The peace and tranquility of the setting hasn’t changed and we slipped into holiday mode instantly. The accommodation has everything you need for your stay and the gardens / pool make you not want to leave the terrace area from sunrise to sunset. Margarita was very helpful with check in instructions as we were arriving later than we’d like due to the flight we had booked. She was also very responsive to any questions we had and provided us with information on local events and how they may effect us (local holidays and Potential shop closures) Loopie the resident cat was there to greet us every morning and would pop by in the evening to see us for a little chat and a head scratch. I have never visited the same holiday accommodation more than twice, but this place is so perfect we have already booked for our 3rd visit next May.

The apartment was exactly as described. Beautiful decorated inside with a lot of thought gone into the finer details. extremely clear instructions interms of checking in, finding the property and details about water heaters, ac’s etc. great kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could need.

Everything was Ok. The owner was ready to help at any time and he gave us clear instructions and fast answers whenever we needed it during our stay. Besides, the place is very bright and comfortable and the area really interesting and beautiful with many nice activities to enjoy.

Super clear communication about how to check-in and very responsive host! The place was clean and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches throughout. It was so nice to have a peaceful little haven tucked away from the lively boardwalk and restaurants.

The location and the price are perfect. Most of the appliance was brand new and something is not (like doors and windows), but the location is quit so it is not a problem. There was around 27-30 degrees outside and I did not use air cooling, so the place is great for the summer. I will definitely want to come to this place if I will be in Paphos again.

Apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszytko czego potrzebujesz do przygotowania posiłków. Wszytko działało sprawnie. W odległości 10-15 minut spaceru są sklepy, restauracja, piękna promenada i port. Jest to bardzo fajna miejscówka do eksplorowania okolic Pafos. Bardzo dobrze połączone również komunikacyjnie. Ale jeżeli chcesz wybrać się do wąwozu Awakaz, obejrzeć plażę Lara Beach czy Łaźnie Adonisa to zdecydowanie polecam samochód. Bez tego ani rusz. Polecam piękną plażę piaszczystą Sandy Beach w odległości około 7 km od miejsca zamieszkania. Poza tym najbliższa plaża podana w opisie to wg mnie nie jest plaża tylko wybetonowane miejsce z zejściem do morza . Poza tym wszytko jak najbardziej godne polecenia, kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry, miły i gościnny . Polecam .

Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung und ein sauberer Pool zum Entspannen. Ruhig gelegen. Die Promonade ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

We enjoyed a very relaxed holiday staying at Wolfgang’s very clean, comfortable & modern apartment. Loved the balcony for sitting out before & after exploring during the day. We used the pool to chill on hot days (for us) ! Perfectly quiet & private Used the washing machine several times as we only took cabin bags for 11 nights. Clothes dried overnight & the iron is brilliant. As previous reviewers have stated all local amenities are within walking distance including local buses if not hiring a car. Wolfgang has been a real super host with excellent communication, advice & recommendations, friendly and hospitable. His partner Tanja & Wolfgang invited us in for drinks on their balcony & to his birthday bbq on the roof terrace - great start to our holiday. At the end, we were able to enjoy a late checkout (as no one was in the following day) before heading to the airport - very easy by bus from Tomb of the Kings bus station €2pp or €3 after 9pm. Simon's description of his apartment & neighbourhood is totally honest and accurate. It is clean, fresh and airy and perfect for those just wanting to chill, or for those who simply want a base for exploring further afield. It has everything necessary to enable self-catering whilst being really well situated to allow for very reasonably priced eating out. With wise choices, you can quickly learn how to eat out cheaper than to self-cater! There is also a commercial laundry just outside the gate, a small coffee shop & supermarket, and various excellent grills & tavernas. The apartment is definitely not the best for those who love people-watching but a 10-minute walk will take you to the beach area where you can rent a sun-lounger & umbrella for £5 per day. A 15 min. walk along the beautiful front will take you to the harbour area, again with plenty options for eating out & stunning sunsets at the end of the day. Simon is always ready to advise - nothing seems too much trouble!

Lovely accommodation! Great location close to all the restaurants and bars but not too close so it’s nice and quiet at night. Clear instructions on how to find the place, which was a bonus as we did not arrive until past midnight.

We had an amazing stay at Margarita Gardens. The location is perfect for getting around Paphos and we used the buses to get to the waterpark, tomb of the Kings, Venus Beach and other places. Antoine was so quick at communicating and arranged a taxi for us when our flight was delayed. He was very friendly and came to check on us and provide recommendations for local spots. The pool was amazing and everything in the apartment was clean and easy to use. It’s even better than the photos!

This is a great place to stay, has everything you need and is close to a lot of activities and not far from the main tourist areas. Demetris was a great host and was always available to answer our questions. Would recommend staying here.

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

Spotlessly clean on arrival. Fully equipped kitchen. Convenient location and very walkable to nearby beach, harbor, castle, mall. Nearest groceries supermarket just 3 minute walk away. Easily accommodated our family of 4 which included two late teens children. Not the quietest of neighborhoods, but that did not interfere with our enjoyment of the apartment and was a small price to pay for the convenience of the location. Would recommend.

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

Lovely peaceful area loved sitting on the balcony watching the sea the apartment had everything you needed Glenis was a wonderful host and Jane was also brilliant with her support and local knowledge I certainly would recommend a visit

Kevin is a great host, met me at the venue and took me to the apartment. Private parking for the apartment is available and undercover which is needed in the summer periods The apartment is clean, fresh, modern and ideally situated within walking distance to shops and the beach. The outside area is open but still feels private and both the living room and the bedrooms open up to the outside area, there is a communal pool that is also very well maintained. The apartment is an home from home with all the amenities, the complex where the apartment is situated is very safe and secure. Would definitely be looking to rebook later in the year *****

The place and host was absolutely 💯 .Very helpful on check in and check out. We had early check in and late check out. He doesn't charge anything and been very very friendly
