The villa is located only a few kilometers away from the cosmopolitan village of Batsi. 2 bedroom villa with a living area, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped with a modern kitchen and terrace with sea views. 1 separate guesthouse at the top level too accessible from its own entrance has a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and terrace with mountain and sea view.

A traditional old stone Cycladic house in Aprovatou overlooking the endless blue, which we recently restored without altering the features of its original construction that dates back many, perhaps several centuries. The house is located next to our paternal house in a farm of 10 acres with cistern, vineyard, olives, lemons, oranges and other crops. The unique Andrian architecture combined with the warm welcome, the high level of personal servicemakes the space very special.

The couple room is a room with special view the sunset and the beach of Mpatsi .The square of Mpatsi is 200meters from the room and 100meters from the taxi station.The couple room is the best solution for couples that want romance and spend the day at the beach.behind the room we have a garden as you see at the photos.**clarification(the bed that you see at couple room is suitable for two persons)This year we restored the wc new photos are uploaded!!!

Πρόκειται για μία οικία η οποία βρίσκεται στο Μπατσί της Άνδρου, 20 μέτρα από την κεντρική παραλία, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη και χωρισμένη σε τέσσερα ανεξάρτητα διαμερίσματα, με ξεχωριστή είσοδο το καθένα. Περιμετρικά του κτιρίου υπάρχει κήπος με πηγάδι, διάφορα δέντρα και φυτά που μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να περάσει ευχάριστες ώρες ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης.
