Holiday rentals with beach access in Kato Agios Markos

Wir waren positiv überrascht von dieser Unterkunft!🤩 Die Ausstattung und die Beschreibung war nicht nur so wie angegeben, sondern besser. Es gab zusätzlich kostenloses Waschmittel, Kaffepulver oder z.B. Müllbeutel. Die Umgebung war gut. Man ist super angebunden und kann entweder im Ort verbleiben, oder mit dem Bus zum nächsten Ort fahren. Die Unterkunft war dazu sehr ruhig, super ordentlich und sehr schön gemütlich. Das Bad und die Küche waren einwandfrei. Uns wurden innerhalb unseren Aufenthalts auch nochmal frische Handtücher gebracht. Insgesamt hat uns die Unterkunft alles gegeben, was wir brauchten und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war mega! Für einen Partnerurlaub die perfekte Unterkunft:) Wenn wir nochmal nach Korfu kommen würden, würden wir uns sicher wieder für das Air-Bnb entscheiden!!🌞

l'appartement est magnifique, superbe vue, mer à quelques mètres, endroit très calme, parfait pour rayonner autour de l'île Sophia nous a fourni des renseignements utiles sur les restaurants et lieux à visiter, pour l'arrivée son fils nous a parfaitement accueilli nous reviendrons sur cette île merveilleuse

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt auf Korfu. Das Apartment war genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben und wies keinerlei Mängel auf. Der Strand ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und Supermärkte und Restaurants waren ebenfalls in der Gegend. Der Check-in war ebenfalls unkompliziert. Zudem war der Kontakt zu Miranda sehr schnell, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Gerne noch mal !

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is well appointed, and the view can’t be beat. We used the shared rooftop space frequently, and we almost always had it to ourselves. The apartment is within walking distance of a handful of restaurants, a bakery, and a small grocery store. It’s a hike to and from the below beach area, but once you get there, it’s a perfect swimming spot. Complimentary cleaning was offered twice a week, so the place was always spotless. The parking area has a bit of an incline, so be cautious of your bumper.

Leo’s apartment, with its open terrace and the incredible view of the bay and Corfu across the bay are a sight to behold. Would recommend to anyone thinking of spending time in Sarande.

Klara est une hôte très attentionnée et surtout très réactive quant à l’accueil de ses locataires. Je recommande vivement le logement de Klara qui est superbe pour un séjour de rêve !

I can highly recommend staying there. The view from the apartment is amazing, everything as described and very spacious. The host is extremely responsive and gave clear instructions for parking the car and accessing the apartment. The walk to the beach is short even though via some steep stairs. Note that on Friday and Saturday night we could hear the music of a club which was rather inconvenient.

Amazing location, wonderful house, very clear communication with Aimonas and Olga. Overall an amazing stay! However, just a few minor notes: - the water tank on the balcony is quite noisy (although it’s the only way to always have water in the house, so it’s a good enough trade off) - there’s a quiet hours law (23:00 - 7:00) and the neighbors will immediately complain whenever people are talking on the balcony, even with an incredibly low voice, but Aimonas and Olga are very understanding about this matter. Once again, wonderful house and amazing stay! Honorable mention to Mavros, the spotted cat who lives in the area!

We stayed at Theo’s place with my parents, and we absolutely loved it! The apartment had a beautiful sea view—we could sit on the terrace and enjoy our morning coffee or evening chats. It had everything we needed, which made our stay very comfortable. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the nearest beach, Barbati. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it might be a bit challenging for people with mobility issues, as the area is quite hilly. The beach has pebbles, so it’s very clean. There’s also a bus stop about 5 minutes away, which takes you to Corfu town, and with just one transfer, you can reach the airport. The apartment was clean, and the hosts came midway through our stay to bring fresh towels. We were also welcomed with a bowl of fruit, which was a lovely touch. What was surprising is that the place doesn’t have a house number but you’ll get a hyperlink which is accurate though. I definitely think the place is worth the money, and we would happily stay there again.

The place exceeded our expectations, it’s even better than the photos. Very clean, just a 10minute walk to the old town, and you can literally dive into the sea right across the street. There are also plenty of parking spots, as well as food and coffee nearby, which was super convenient.

A charming cottage in a beautiful setting. Victoria and Tim were attentive hosts, ensuring that we had everything we required. It is truly a special place. The fragrance of jasmine in the air made relaxing on the terrace particularly memorable as you watch ships sail by.

Danae is a wonderful host. The property is clean, as described, responses are all timely and she takes time to make some great local recommendations too!

I loved this house! We had to move out of a previously booked airbnb and Dimitrios accommodated us last minute. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's close to some fantastic restaurants and a large supermarket. When we had questions, communication was super quick. I enjoyed my stay there and appreciate the hospitality.

We loved our time at this villa. The host was very helpful and had a concierge available to assist as well. The property is clean and well maintained with everything you need. The location is perfect, just off the main road so it’s an easy drive to Corfu and other little towns. The restaurant next store, is good if you want a close spot for dinner or a drink. There is a water taxi that can be arranged from the dock at the restaurant as well.

Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines Paradies! Wer es ruhig mag und seine Privatsphäre schätzt, ist hier absolut richtig. Wir hatten den kleinen Strand vor dem Haus immer für uns alleine. Und auf der großzügigen Terrasse haben wir uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist relativ einfach eingerichtet, hat aber wirklich alles, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Der eigene Parkplatz ist sehr praktisch. Der nächste Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar und gut ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung hat uns ein großzügiger Korb mit Kaffee, Wein und Snacks erwartet. Auch ausreichend Wasser war vorhanden. Rundum großartig! Wir haben sofort wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Kohyli Apartment! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach ein Traum. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Ort lädt zum entspannen ein. In näherer Umgebung befinden sich kleine Shops, Cafés und Restaurants mit Meerblick. Marina und ihre Mutter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam - wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! Marina antwortet sehr schnell war für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Ihre Restaurantempfehlungen waren perfekt. Vielen Dank noch mal für alles 💛 Wir würden wieder kommen!

Sofia is a wonderful and kind host, she welcomed us although we have made the booking in the last minute! The place is great, equipped with everything we needed, the coffee was a life saver 😊 It's minutes on foot to the old town, we have enjoyed it very much! thank you so much for your kindness and flexibility! and for the wonderful tips to get around the city😊

What a place !!! The apartment is as good as the photos , it is in a peaceful area but right on the edge of all the hustle and bustle . So you have the best of both worlds ! The views of Garitsa bay are amazing , I can’t imagine that there is anywhere in the area that has better views of the bay , especially from the roof top of the apartment building. Getting up early and having your breakfast there whilst the sun rises is something not to be missed . You are completely transported to a different world and it’s a great way to start the day ! Last but not least Xanthi the host is a lovely woman who is always on hand if you needed anything and was very accommodating with check out as we had a late flight . Her attention to detail around the apartment really helped to make our final 8 days in Corfu exactly what we needed !

Worth every penny and so reasonably priced. The home was beautiful and in the most perfect location. The hosts were kind and responsive. My favorite Air BnB I’ve stayed at during my whole month of travel!

The property is well-located and offers good access to old town, restaurants and shops. The space itself is clean and matches the description provided in the listing. However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay. A strong sewage smell in the bathroom persisted for a few days, which made it difficult to use the facilities. While the issue was eventually resolved with the help of the host’s parents, the situation was uncomfortable for a portion of my stay. The communication with the hostess was responsive, but at times I felt the tone could have been more understanding. Overall, the stay had both positive aspects and areas that could be improved.

The best single thing about this apartment is the location. It is close to everything and you really feel part of the neighbourhood. Although we never met Avgi she communicated very well. Maybe next time .....
