Villa conforme aux attentes. Retirée quelque peu de la ville, on a pu découvrir plusieurs restaurants très locaux. 7/11 et Lotus accessibles pas loin à pied ou en scooter. Toutefois, la villa se trouve dans un quartier avec une mosquée à proximité. La prière se fait entendre aux différentes heures et l’alcool n’est pas disponible partout dans les magasins ou restaurant. Le séjour était vraiment top. La villa est nouvelle, très propre et la qualité des prestations est à la hauteur du prix non excessif. Complexe sécurisé par le personnel de gardiennage qui était très sympa. L’équipe de Bua est réactive aux questions et différentes demandes. Un transport a été organisé pour nous prendre en charge à l’aéroport jusqu’à la villa. Je recommande la villa 👌🏼

I came here over two weeks ago and this was BY FAR the best place we have stayed. I have stayed at many high end Airbnbs all over the world and this place blew it out of the water when it came to the house and service. I just want you to know that. The highlight was definitely the **swimming pool**—it was clean, refreshing, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We had a great time at Henri's place. Everything was exactly as described. We were positively surprised by the sound system by the pool - it was easy to play music from a smartphone once connected to the wifi network.

Great stay and the villa was very spacious. Would recommend to anyone.

Winona’s house was very enjoyable to stay in - clean, modern, and she even sent complimentary housekeeping weekly. Only negative was that utility fees weren't included.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Mirka & Philippe's place in Choeng Thale. The house was spacious and had a lovely lounge and kitchen area. The pool and outside space was just fantastic and great for spending time relaxing. Its totally possible to walk to Bang Tao beach for a swim or to visit any of the beach clubs, restaurants and bars. If you have small children you are walking along the busy roadside . We ended up getting tuk tuks to take us there and back for a very small amount of THB which resolved the issue. Easy access to Boat Avenue for more food and shopping options. There was some minor construction noise from around the area during our stay but it wasn't too bad. Mirka was very responsive and a great host. We would stay again.

I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The house was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained. It offered a great sense of calm, which made it the perfect getaway. The host was warm, welcoming, and responsive, making the entire stay smooth and comfortable. Definitely great value for money. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing stay! Only advice is plan your daily commute in advance, as the place is located at a very steep mountain.

We had an incredible stay at John’s villa. He was exceptionally helpful in managing our requests for additional transfers, super efficient with any information we needed or any facilitation on things within the villa. His check in and checkout process was exceptionally thorough and we had some great conversations with him as well! It’s a beautiful villa tucked away with lush green views all around and super close to lots of restaurants and shops. It has the perfect blend of privacy as well as stuff to do around the area and a definite win for big groups. Loved our stay!

Toby and the team (Winny) were amazing hosts from the start! Such a beautiful premises, one of the best villas I’ve stayed in yet in Thailand. Will definitely come again when I come back to Phuket!

Villa Nirvana is an absolute dream! Ilana was a very responsive and helpful host. The view is truly breath taking and the villa has every amenity imaginable, even housekeeping every day if you wish! The kitchen is so well equipped you can easily cook or have bbqs and enjoy the beautiful patio and view. Our family of four was so comfortable and we truly loved everything about this little piece of heaven. Highly highly recommend!!

We recently stayed at Jurgita’s place in Phuket, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The home was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our whole family. Although it’s a little bit away from the main Patong Beach area, we actually appreciated the peacefulness and quiet of the neighborhood. It felt like a serene escape while still being close enough to explore everything Phuket has to offer. Jurgita and her team were incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. If you're looking for a relaxing, family-friendly place with great hosts, I highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at Boyd's place - so close to the beautiful Kamala beach - just a quick walk of 2 minutes down the road, and we were watching the incredible sunset with our feet in the sand. I can't say enough about the amenities of this villa. We were very pleased with the functional items, as we had been traveling for nearly a month, it was nice to do our own laundry (bring detergent), and there were racks and several outdoor decks for easy drying. There is everything you need to make and serve simple meals including a separate kitchen - if you wanted to do a big dinner you would have to bring in different items for prep and service, but with planning that's no issue. The space seats and sleeps at least 6 people comfortably. The pool and outdoor private areas are lovely, well-maintained, clean. The car park at the door is a great convenience. Nice beds, good decor, clean. Staff were professional and welcoming, and were available 24 hours a day. Everything as pictured or better!

A huge thank you to Thoi , our wonderful host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to the Property Minding Team – they kept the villa in pristine condition and were professional, and always friendly. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape in Phuket.

The view of the house is definitely more beautiful than the photos, it is a two-story clean, tidy and pleasant house and our host is a very kind person. The only negative aspect of the house is its location because it is located on a slightly steep slope, but for such a view the house needs to be located a little higher. Definitely recommended

Beautiful place to stay at. My family loved it

The house was an oasis on the island. We enjoyed spending time outside by the pool and inside on the couch. There were many amenities available such as, mosquito plugs, pool floats, thick towels, complimentary snacks, etc., throughout the house that made staying here very comfortable. The air conditioning cooled the rooms down quickly and the internet connection was strong. Paulina is the most amazing super host we’ve encountered of all our Airbnb stays. She is efficient, kind, knowledgeable and responded immediately. We rented a car and appreciated the private covered parking spot. The house was relaxing and private but close driving distance to the beaches, restaurants and shops.

We loved staying in the villa here. The pool was lovely, the bedrooms were spacious, and we would definitely stay here again. The only things that stood out to be aware of: - it's VERY worth renting a car to stay here — it's a bit out of the way, which is not bad, but it makes it difficult to get into the main parts of town if you'd like to go for a nice dinner or to the beach, etc. - only the bedrooms are air conditioned, not the common area. There's fans and ways to stay relatively comfortable in the common area, so this wasn't a huge issue, but something to be aware of. Overall we loved our time here and were very content.
