I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. The is situated on a hill with amazing views of the bay and the town of Palairos. It’s very private and in a very quiet area. It’s a 10 minute walk to the town where there are numerous restaurants serving delicious food beside the sea. The villa is extremely well equipped and spacious. We were a family of 6 plus a baby - we did not feel cramped at all. The pool is large and the outside space works really well. The pool area is surrounded by decking which suited us well as it was non slip. There is an outside fridge and an electric BBQ. We mostly ate outside. Susana met us at the villa and showed us around. She was very warm and welcoming and kept in touch with us before and throughout our stay - giving us information and answering our questions. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to return again one day.

The peaceful surroundings, away from the busy tourist spots, make it perfect for relaxation, yet it’s conveniently close to the island's beautiful beaches and villages. It was a very nice stay in the low season (mid-May). The terrace is the big asset, as it is right in the middle of the action and only a few meters from the beach.

I read a previous review that mentioned the word soul and indeed this place has soul. It is an old family holiday home built in the sixties on a large parcel of land right on the water surrounded by shade giving trees. Down a few steps to a private swimming spot is perfect. If you want a modern facility forget it but if you’re after an authentic, private and relaxing place this is it, an oasis away from the chaos of Nydri and surrounds. We enjoyed a week here and didn’t want to leave. The well appointed kitchen meant we could cook for ourselves each day. We left relaxed and refreshed. Caterina is an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. Many thanks.

I have stayed there before and I rebooked as I liked it so much. Close to Athani village for shop and tavernas, close to beaches, lovely garden and view.

My boyfriend and I had a great stay! We were able to explore a lot of Lefkada in the time we stayed. Nothing came up during our stay where we needed to communicate but the host was very available! Place is very spacious and I would say it is in a good location based on what we were looking for. Very sweet place.

Beautiful little studio, thoughtfully designed and well equipped, and perfectly suited to my needs. The central location is convenient for some local tavernas which are excellent and it was surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable , the air con kept it cool and I slept really well. If you want to explore beaches it is definitely preferable to have a car/ quad (or boat). I was lucky enough to have the pool area to myself for most of my stay but with all 3 accommodations occupied it could get a little too cozy , particularly with kids running round. Maria was really helpful throughout my stay, easily contactable and I certainly hope to return.

Perfect! This AirBnB had everything we needed for a wonderful 3 night stay. The location was very quiet and right across from the water and boardwalk. The building was well kept and the room was very nice. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows plus extras. Extra blankets. A nightstand and lamp on each side of the bed, which is a real bonus to me. The bathroom was large, with a spacious shower with a rain shower and handheld showerhead. While we didn’t use the kitchen, it was a full kitchen and well stocked. Lots of closet and drawer space. Washing machine. The hosts really thought a lot about their guests, comfort and as an example, they left two waters, two juice boxes, and a large plate of cold, sweet and delicious watermelon in the refrigerator for us and since it was a hot day, it was so appreciated. The AC worked very well to keep us cool. Hosts sent recommendations for restaurants and a few are walkable from the room. Close to a nice beach. Highly recommend!

The stay at Michela and her son Nicola's was a dream! The house is very comfortable, full of all amenities and furnished with care, but above all it has two incredible terraces among the olive and lemon trees where you can enjoy the best possible view of the archipelago and Meganisi. Never too hot, always lively ventilated... in short, a microclimate that makes your stay unforgettable. Right below the house, then, just outside the gate, there are two beaches and some small coves, with pebbles and crystal clear water easily reachable and accessible. A postcard from Greece! If we wanted to, we could have stayed in the house the whole time... In addition, Michela is a very caring and attentive host, without ever being intrusive, who made us feel warmly welcomed. All this at a really crazy price! We will definitely be back.

Everything was great and Andreaa was super communicative. We had an issue with the key lock box and she came 10min later to solve the issue. Only thing I would say is that the bed is a sofa bed and won't give you the best of nights (springy with a thin matress).

Tremendous stay in this simple apartment with an amazing view over the sea & sunset. My girlfriend and I loved Drimonas and its quiet surroundings. The room has everything you need and Dimitris is a fantastic host, who not only is very reactive but goes out of his way for his guests to enjoy the stay. In short, would absolutely recommend. Minor issues to be aware: bed is not super comfortable and if the house gets hot in the summer both the fan and the AC are noisy. Also a bit of an unpleasant smell from the bathroom pretty much every night. In short, we were hoping to get better sleep in this amazing place, but nevertheless I can't recommend it enough.

The stay at Nikos' was great. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the village of Agios Nikitas is within walking distance and thus all restaurants and also two beaches. Nikos was always available and explained everything very well. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great holiday during our stay. The studio rental is one of the best we've visited, spotless, fully equipped and thoughtful in all the details for an excellent stay. It is located right in front of a perfect sea which allows us to take a dip and return to the beautiful balcony. We were also very happy to meet Mr. Panayiotis. It is certain that in our next stay in Lefkada we will stay again in the same place.

Very nice house, very close to the center of Lefkada a straight car.. it is big the space and comfortably fits 5 people we were. the host is very friendly and responded quickly to messages.. I highly recommend it....

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful modern and spotless apartment. We were welcomed by Sophia's mother, who was extremely helpful. The apartment was easily accessible with good private parking . It was just a few minutes drive form a nearby very large beach and a few minutes drive from Lefkada town centre where there were many shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time here and would thoroughly recommend booking this accommodation.

We had a great stay in the studio. It’s a perfect option for those wanting to walk to everywhere but also a quiet neighbourhood. There’s excellent soundproofing and neighbours are respectful. There’s enough space and there’s everything you might need including a little library (where we also left a book for the next guest). It’s possible to park on the same or next street for free if needed. Lefteris sent excellent recommendations including the best car rental on the island. We would book again especially considering the value of this accommodation.
