非常不错而且很安静。厨房东西很齐全，桌子也很大，很适合五个人。如果骑摩托车的话每天上坡下坡要很小心 坡稍微有点抖 风景很漂亮 私密性也很高

Ich bin super zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war top – absolut sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist einfach 1A, alles war gut erreichbar und perfekt gelegen. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung!

Всем привет! Вполне подходящая квартира для семьи из 3х человек. Оборудована всем необходимым. Возможно для похода пешком на пляж для кого-то будет далековато (10-15мин). У нас была машина, местоположение жилья было не принципиально. Трансфер в аэропорт отличный.

I took my first steps in Phuket, with this accommodation. In my opinion bike is necessary, to get the full Phuket experience - but location is good with near 7/11, Bank and beach area. Pool is a great add on - pro Tipp, experience it after you spent your time in town to cool off. Good to have security in front of doors, gives a sense of security. Many Russian folks around, but I heard thats common for Phuket anyway.

It was a picturesque place to stay in for several nights in Karon, the apartment is nice, as in pictures. It was all clean, with a nice terrace and good hosts Serdar and Svetlana. Not far from Karon beach, only 10 minutes by foot. And you can find all necessary shops and restaurants around while walking. The welcome was great. But please pay attention that the electricity payment is not included in the price, with extra charge. The place is all new, it has its own pool exit, and you have a nice pull around the apartments, with fitness center. The air conditioning was great so you can stay and chill at home after the wet hot weather outside. Also has a smart TV and WiFi inside the apartment. I recommend this place to stay in while in Karon!

Lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bright, clean, and well-located. The check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive. I’d happily stay here again!

Lovely villa… we enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were good sized and beds comfortable. Kitchen well equipped, swimming pool was great. The host was friendly and helpful; resolved a problem we had straight away. Close by (short drive) to restaurants etc. Would stay again.

It was a great experience from the check in date all the way tell we checked out. The place was clean and reflected what was described in the App. Alexandre was super helpful even he extended his support and help to retrieve my handbag which I left it in the Taxi. It’s always great to have a good home and a great host.

My husband and I stayed here for over a month and it was AMAZING! Such a peaceful villa with amazing views and pool. There is a steep hill to get to villa but totally worth it for the views, peace and quiet. We hired a bike but also loved to walk- you have access to everything you need including 7/11, gyms, nice cafes and restaurants within a 10-20min walk (5-10min bike ride). Also very easy to get Grab deliveries (despite the hill). Gilbert the host was also wonderful, very friendly, helpful and flexible to accomodate us. Was also great to have cleaning few times a week. We were also working remotely and wifi was great. Beds and couch were really comfy. Overall a wonderful home away from home would definitely stay again.

We had the best time staying at Maggie’s place! The location was perfect, the home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Maggie was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

Een droomverblijf van begin tot eind! Onze tijd in deze prachtige villa was werkelijk onvergetelijk. De villa zelf was ruim, schoon en sfeervol ingericht, met een heerlijk privézwembad waar we elke dag van hebben genoten. Als kers op de taart kregen we er zelfs een motor bij – ideaal om de omgeving te verkennen! Wat dit verblijf echt bijzonder maakte, was de persoonlijke aandacht van onze host, Tanya. Ze was ontzettend vriendelijk, duidelijk in haar communicatie en dacht echt met ons mee. Omdat we met onze baby reisden, had ze zelfs gezorgd voor een teiltje zodat we hem makkelijk konden douchen – zo attent! Dankzij Tanya voelden we ons direct op ons gemak en hebben we volop kunnen genieten van onze vakantie. We komen hier zonder twijfel graag nog eens terug. Absolute aanrader!

Great place to stay with friends. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach and the pool, and watching all of the geckos and toads in the yard at night! The location feels private and safe. There are just a few neighbors and usually just a few other people at the beach. The neighbor dogs came over to visit and they were very sweet. Just a few minutes drive to the restaurants and shops in Rawaii, and about 20-30 min drive to Kata. Make sure you have water shoes to swim at the beach, because there are rocks and coral. Also probably a good idea to have an SUV for the bumpy driveway.

We had a wonderful stay at Rawai Villas and felt completely at home! The house is stylishly furnished, very clean, and the private pool is truly a highlight. The cleaning service twice a week was a big plus – everything was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is a little older, and some small updates could be made, but that’s really just nitpicking on a very high level. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Victor was a great host – responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

I stayed almost 11 nights at this place and really liked it. It is a bit on a "hill" at the north of patong and therefore quieter than as if you would stay at the center of patong, but you can reach everything well either by walking or with the motorbike (try to get an international driving license before coming to Phuket). The stay was clean and as described, the check-in was easy. I really liked the infinity pool which was often very empty due to the time i stayed (low-season, end of may). The apartment had everything you needed for the house-hold and cooking etc. I had some issues at the beginning with some noise in the bedroom (probably coming from apartments closeby who put some gadgets close to the bedroom) and texted with Georgi (one of the Airbnb Hosts). He answered quickly and wanted to look at it after my stay. He is very good at communicating and very friendly + fast. For the discomfort in the beginning he also gave me a free massage coupon.

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both Kata and Karon beaches within walking distance. Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Ce logement était bien au-delà de nos attentes avec une vue des magnifiques tout autant de l’intérieur que de l’extérieur. L’espace est spacieux et la décoration est apaisante. L’hôtesse est très réactive et le chauffeur (Mr Big) des plus sympathique. Nous avons été pris en charge dès l’aéroport et à notre arrivée des rafraîchissements nous attendaient. Quelle belle intention <3. Nous sommes impatient d’y retourner.

Прекрасная локация . Студия небольшая, но все есть. Кухонка, гладильная доска, утюг, стиральная машина и холодильник с плитой☺️ до пляжа пешком в жару сложновато . На байке 2 минуты . А так -берете зонтик или шляпу -и хорошо. Рядом ресторанная улочка . Туристическое место . Много семей. Жила моя мама. Она всем довольна. Для одного или пары-идеальный вариант. Недалеко продуктовые, там можно и поесть купить , в микроволновке разогреть . Кафе классное рядом.

Lovely place and amazing sunset view from the terrace. Had not 1 but 2 swimming pools. Its on a hill and walking to Karon beach (approx 10-15 min) felt a bit hairy sometimes as there is no pavement on the main road. Host was very responsive overall with check in and helped book taxi after check out.
