Holiday rentals with beach access in Kata Noi Beach

very spacious and convenient home, location is easy for walking to Karon beach, many convenience store and restaurant nearby, host was very responsive and attended to all of our needs, great home for Karon area

It was a great stay and I would recommend this to anyone that is going to be in Phuket.

Fantastic apartment, with a spectacular view to wake up to every morning. Wonderful roof terrace for yoga!

Pros: The room is nice and spacious, with a good balcony to relax on. It was very clean and check-in/check-out was easy. It’s a walkable area, but it does take about 15 minutes to get to Kata Beach because the most direct beach access is collapsing and closed. The room is also on the same floor as the pool, so it’s a very quick walk to the pool deck. Cons: I was surprised to see that the photos are not updated! Specifically, a “new” hotel building has gone up right next door which completely obstructs the Mountain View from the balcony. Everything else is mostly accurate. Additionally, after check-out, the host sent me a very accusatory message implying that I broke his TV. I didn’t (it was the next guest) and he later verified that was true with his cleaner, but I still feel he should have checked before accusing me like that. He didn’t apologize. It just left a bad taste in my mouth I guess. TLDR: It’s good value, but you might be able to find better nearby for around the same cost

We had a fantastic and luxurious 10 night stay! The apartment has amazing views and is very central to Kata beach, shops and restaurants. Jeremy was very responsive and the apartments were well equiped with everything you'd want for a small family of four.

What a wonderful slice of paradise! The view is absolutely gorgeous. The ocean is very calm and easy to swim in. The location is perfect as there are many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. (Ao You Seaside has the BEST Pad Thai). I absolutely loved the area. Bed was comfy, kitchen had a lot of appliances if you prefer to cook. Grab can be ordered to your door. One of my favorite Airbnb’s I have ever been to. Hopefully can come back someday!

Overall we had a lovely stay. The villa is spacious, has good aircon/fan facilities, a ton of toys for the little ones, pleasant pool and literally less than 1 minute walk to the beach. It was a very comfortable stay for my family and I. We enjoyed time in the pool and on the beach right in front of the villa as well as the beach club next door. The beach was never busy which is huge in a place like Phuket and we would definitely consider it again. The only thing that wasnt great is that staff walks in and out for cleaning without any notice making it feel a little less private. Because the villa is on a busy pathway, there will be constantly people walking by the property. Nevertheless, we had a great time and would definitely consider booking again!

We stayed at Joey’s place for a week and we loved everything. He was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The house is close to the city center, everything is easily accessible. We had no complaints. Thank you, Joey!

It was a great experience from the check in date all the way tell we checked out. The place was clean and reflected what was described in the App. Alexandre was super helpful even he extended his support and help to retrieve my handbag which I left it in the Taxi. It’s always great to have a good home and a great host.

Amazing place with a stunning view, sunrises and sunsets are unreal. In an incredible location, which makes it so easy to go for a private swim. Best during early morning. Phenomenal halal restaurant right above the room called Hill House, we ate there several times. Only complaint that you MUST consider before booking here — there’s a LARGE flight of stairs to take to get down to the room. At night it’ll be very dark and when it rains it’s wet. Need to be very careful and cautious when going up and down because it can get tiring. Just something to note!

We had the best time staying at Maggie’s place! The location was perfect, the home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Maggie was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

The stay was very pleasant! In the evenings, there were some insects, but that’s completely normal when living in this kind of environment. The house has a lot of charm and a cozy atmosphere. All the amenities were exactly as described. Cleaning was done daily. The area is very peaceful. Keep in mind that getting around usually requires a means of transport like a scooter or a car, as many places are a bit of a distance away and the terrain is quite hilly. Aside from that, the property has its own unique vibe. Highly recommended!

One of the best homes I have stayed at, beautiful location overlooking the ocean. A great beach nearby where you can walk to and in a 20 minute drive to the Phuket Old Town. Sukee is a fabulous host, had snacks stocked up and had a curated list of recommendations. Overall a wonderful stay and will recommend to others.

Egbert's place was a dream Airbnb and we are so grateful to have found the place. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The bed was comfortable and the living room was super cozy with the best views! It looked straight out of a magazine. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and just relaxing before or after our day trips! Communication with Egbert was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to great restaurants, our beach day trips, and shopping. The lot itself was private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Phuket, and we would most definitely stay here again! As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! I had a great experience staying at this villa. The house was beautiful—modern, clean, and felt very secure. The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in a bit earlier than the usual time. Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both Kata and Karon beaches within walking distance. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos: modern, and in excellent condition A special thanks to our host, Irina, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Lovely place and amazing sunset view from the terrace. Had not 1 but 2 swimming pools. Its on a hill and walking to Karon beach (approx 10-15 min) felt a bit hairy sometimes as there is no pavement on the main road. Host was very responsive overall with check in and helped book taxi after check out.
