The place was very clean and peaceful exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kids absolutely loved the heated pool, and the garden was beautifully maintained. Check-in was super flexible, which made everything easier. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We spent two days/two nights there and it was a great experience. It was a very relaxing quiet and peaceful area. The home was beautiful and we had AC to adjust to the temperature we needed. The pool was warm and had a nice fountain and the jacuzzi was also very nice. They had plenty of seating options around the pool and a nice outdoor seating area for meals. They brought us our breakfast to the door and it was very nice. Everything was very clean neat and there was a fireplace and heated floors for when it got too cold as well. 10/10, thank you! 😊

The house is really great, the pool heat is very good, the temperature of the house is very good, you were given wood for the unlimited fireplace, etc. Mr. Nafiz is very interested, a very friendly person takes care of and resolves every problem right away, you will never regret renting this house, thank you very much for providing flexibility in the check-in and checkout times of the house:)

Beautiful house and even more beautiful host. The view is very beautiful. The place is clean and tidy. There is a wonderful kitchen. It has everything you need. The pool has heated water. When we visited, the weather was sunny. I wished there was air conditioning, but in this beautiful weather, you won't need it. The host is helpful and kind.

The area of the house is very quiet. There isn't anything inconvenient. The pool was very warm and clean despite January. We had fun in the pool because the right and left side of the house is empty land. It is very pleasant to wake up to the lake view from every floor of the house except the loft. The loft bedroom faces the right area of the house. It is amazing to have a balcony overlooking 2 sides of the house except for the roof and common area. Since each floor is a separate apartment, you can meet your kitchen and toilet needs on each floor without going down to the common area. It was pleasant to chat with a view of the lake in the loft. You can have a barbecue with a graded barbecue on the common area floor. You can bring board to the house to light a fire pit or a fireplace from the outside. There are many wooden places in the center of Maşukiye district. We arrange the day to go to the second. In short, I would like to thank Mr. Oğuzhan very much.

Nice place to stay specially during summer, Great pool and location in where you can find everything just by walking you will also have the lake view on the highest floor The place was clean and Batur was always responsive. Just bring your shampoo’s, soap and extra sheets and towels, we didn’t need more and didn’t ask for more but would be better if there were more to use Generally I recommend the place to everyone

A stay with no privacy issues in line with the photos. Communication was easy, we reached out with clear instructions. We had problems with the heating of the pool, but it did not affect the overall stay.

So far it is been my best airbnb experience. The host was very welcoming and cooperative. He was quick in response and catered all our needs. Highly recommended to people who are seeking staycation vibes.

It was a more beautiful place than it appeared in the photographs. When we went, we had an unfortunate water outage, it was related to the neighborhood, we did not encounter any external problems. It was very enjoyable to watch the view from the observation deck. It's a place we'd definitely want to go again. We highly recommend it.

Hello, after researching many alternatives in Sapanca, we decided on Dut Sapanca. The location of the house that attracted us to this place was that it was a stone house with a single-story and two private bathrooms, the garden and pool were large enough and very tidy. And when we went, we saw how right our choice was. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for the attention and sincerity that Irem Hn has shown during our entire stay from the first time we booked, leaving the house and into our vehicle. It was really valuable to us. The house is even more beautiful than it looks. It's in a very central place but very quiet and calm around. Quite sheltered and organized. The garden landscaping is thoughtfully arranged. The BBQ and fire pit are very well positioned. There is a very nice gazebo close to the pool and offering canopy. The pool is quite sufficient and the recirculation unit works efficiently. The interior of the house is quite spacious and beautiful. The fact that there is a shared living area and two bedrooms with a private bathroom on two sides make this house unique. We'll be back.

the hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. When we first arrived, they greeted us from a point and brought us to the house. Although we were late at check-in and they expected us, we were very warmly welcomed. We were able to reach you right away if we needed anything, they helped right away. One of the few times the house exceeded my expectations. It is better than the photos! The host’s attention to detail is excellent. Everything worked like clockwork (smart house). Everything you could think of was available and usable. The host made sure nothing was missing… The gardens are extra spacious and very well kept, the view was beautiful, the pool and jacuzzi were very enjoyable, the BBQ was.. well, I’ll let the next guest be surprised 😉. What else can I say: the best AirBnb experience I’ve had so far! Get lots of food stuff and relax for a few days.. it is perfect for that

We found the house smoothly as a result of a nice location sharing. We received the house as a problem. The house was clean and convenient. We stayed with 2 families without any problems. The pool was warm and convenient. It was warm in the house. The winter garden was useful. The fire pit was very pleasant in the evenings. Our host was getting the wood ready every morning. We had a pleasant holiday for 3 days. It has provided useful information for the introduction of the area. Thank you

Excellent place and person

It was a wonderful holiday for the children. Ms. Gizem supported us in everything and we were provided with instant returns. The size and temperature of the pool was perfect for families with children. The children stayed in the pool until 12 at night, even though the air temperature was below 20 degrees. I would definitely recommend it and I will be looking for the first opportunity to go again

Mr. Bedri's interest and concern was extremely warm from the stage of renting the house. The house was very clean and convenient, and the pool was also good in size. The location is already in the center. The only negative thing I can say is that I have not been here before. Thanks for everything.

We had a wonderful 2 days in a very well-designed villa in a very beautiful location. It was invaluable to have a large garden, a clean pool and a private basketball court. They answered each of our questions quickly and clearly. We felt at home. I'll recommend it to anyone.
