- It's a great 3 master rooms villa - Full equept ketchen - Quite and safe area at night. - Great costumer services - 7 min walk to shops and restaurants but you have to take a short cut (12 min without shortcut) - 15 min to Kata beach by car or motorbike PS: The electricity is not that expensive but you have to make sure to close the AC and the lights before heading out during your stay.

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

Loic and his team are a great group of people who are very friendly and easy to deal with, the villa was immaculate itself and was very true to the photos, I would also suggest getting in touch with Loic as he can organise great scooters delivered directly to the Villa which were very handy to see the local sights, Had a great stay looking forward to revisiting!

From before even entering Thailand the communication with the staff was impeccable! They were very informative and even arranged an airport pickup transfer. The accommodation is as wonderful as it is presented in the images. The area the accommodation is located in is very relaxing and as a first timer in Thailand it just felt perfect. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who’s planning a trip to Phuket! The staff are very welcoming and treat you with the upmost respect.

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

Great villa and was exactly what I was looking for. Communication prior to me booking was amazing and made me feel very comfortable booking the villa with all my questions answered before booking. Arrived at villa and had no issues with the property itself and was a fantastic stay. Will definetely be going back for my next trip to phuket!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, dennoch waren viele Restaurants und der 7-Eleven fußläufig erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung konnte man gut und günstig essen. Dennoch würde ich ein Mietauto sehr empfehlen. Dove ist ein super Gastgeber, alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und Hilfe angeboten. Unser Rückflug war erst abends. Da nach uns schon neue Gäste eingecheckt haben und ein Late Check out nicht möglich war, hat Dove uns freundlicherweise angeboten, in seiner anderen Villa die Zeit zu überbrücken. Wir waren zu 8 und die Stromkosten für 9 Tage waren um die 30€.

A huge thank you to Thoi , our wonderful host, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to the Property Minding Team – they kept the villa in pristine condition and were professional, and always friendly. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape in Phuket.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Salvina. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by our excellent hosts, Olivier and his wife Phayom. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. The villa itself was absolutely perfect for our needs – spacious, spotlessly clean, and in excellent condition throughout. You can tell it's been really well looked after, with a great attention to detail that made our stay all the more comfortable and relaxing. The “Welcome Book” provided all the necessary information we could have needed – from how things worked in the villa to recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. It was clear and a great resource. Olivier was always available and happy to help if we had any further questions or queries. Wundervoller Aufenthalt bei einer großartigen Gastgeberin Wir hatten 10 fantastische Tage in Mays Villa! Das Haus war blitzsauber, sehr ruhig gelegen und perfekt ausgestattet – von Shampoo, hochwertigem Toilettenpapier, Spielen für die Kinder bis zur vollausgestatteten Küche war alles da. Sogar eine Luftmatratze für den Pool! May ist unglaublich nett, immer hilfsbereit und sorgt mit viel Herz dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Ideal für Familien – wir haben uns gleich Roller gemietet und konnten so alles flexibel erkunden. Ganz klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We loved our stay here. The hosts were very attentive, we messaged them to organize things like drivers and recommendations all week and they always responded and organized things for us promptly. We felt like we got more than just a place to stay because of how attentive they were. Place was nice and clean and rubbish bags provided. And cleaners came to tidy and replaced towels part way though the week. The view was probably the best part about the place especially on the 4th floor lift (max 2ppl) included which was great so the stairs weren't an issue Everything was thought about from the pool floaties, welcome water, to oil and salt in the kitchen and wine for purchase if you really want to drink. The only thing I will mention is be aware the electricity and water will take a decent portion of your deposit but if you plan for it, it's not really an issue.

Well designed and spacious villa. Rooms were clean. House keeping staff were very prompt in cleaning the villa every day. Only issue would be the walk to the Main Street can be quite a distance.
