Yılmaz Bey ist äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Hat Probleme auf Anhieb gelöst. Die Unterkunft ist stets sauber,modern und praktisch. Die Umgebung ist ohne Ein Fahrzeug definitiv schlecht um zum Meer zu gelangen oder andere Aktivitäten zu machen. Wir hatten ein Auto und kamen überall super hin. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft persönlich weiter. Der Preis und die Leistung sind top. Vielen Dank Yilmaz Bey

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Villa rundum genossen. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der makellosen Sauberkeit – alles war blitzsauber, gepflegt und liebevoll hergerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wohl. Die Villa ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch ideal gelegen: Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, was besonders praktisch für entspannte Tage am Meer ist. Gleichzeitig ist auch die Stadt schnell erreichbar – ideal, wenn man zwischendurch mal bummeln, essen gehen oder einkaufen möchte. Ein weiteres Highlight war der private Pool: sauber, angenehm temperiert und perfekt zum Abkühlen und Entspannen – ein echtes Plus! Die Kombination aus Ruhe, Komfort, Strandnähe und Stadtnähe macht diese Unterkunft wirklich besonders. Wir können sie ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

İlk olarak Cenk bey ve Eşi Müge hanıma çok teşekkür etmek istiyorum.Ev resimlerden daha güzel ve samimi,yabancılık çekmiyor kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz.Yerleşim yeri olarak da şunu söylemek isterim ki benim etrafla çok işim yok sadece kafa dinlemek istiyorum diyorsanız ideal bir köy yeşilüzümlü.Evin karşısında market,üst sokağında pazar var sakinlik arayanlar için gerçekten ideal.Her şeyden önce ev sahipleri çok misafirperver ve ev çok samimi.Umarım enn kısa zamanda tekrar giderim

Cihan bey'in evini çok beğendik. Rahat ve huzurlu bir evdi. Konumu aracınız var ise, rahat edebileceğiniz bir mevkiide bu yüzden rahatlıkla tercih edebilirsiniz. Bir daha gelmeyi isteyeceğimiz bir ev oldu. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz🙏🏼

Ufuk Bey in evine arkadaş grubumla gittim. Ufuk Bey iletişim konusunda gerçekten çok yardımcı oldu. Saat farketmeksizin kendisiyle iletişime geçtim. Ev çok temiz, çok kullanışlıydı. Bahçesi, havuzu, oturma alanı, barbekü her şey muazzamdı. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz. Evin konumu biraz yukarıda kesinlikle arabanızın olması gerekiyor. Denize ve Fethiye çarşıya 30 dk mesafede ama konum olarak kafa dinlemelik, sakin bir yer. Fethiye' ye gelirseniz kesinlikle tercihlerinizden biri burası olmalı. Ufuk Bey'e her şey için teşekkür ederim.

We had an enjoyable stay at Villa Ars. The Villa was fully equipped as described and the pool and garden was lovely. Beds were super comfortable and we felt at home. The hosts Parents live next door who allowed us to pick fresh Oranges and Lemons from their trees. The host was kind enough to take us to the local mosque to perform our Friday Prayers which very thoughtful and convenient for us. Çağatay thank you for everything and I hope we have the opportunity to stay at Villa Ars in the future. Salaams to you and your amazing parents.

Oldukça memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama geçirdik. Evde 4 ayrı yatak odası var ve her yatak odasında banyo ve tuvalet bulunuyor. Bu da bizim gibi birkaç ailenin bulunduğu gruplar için evi ideal kılıyor. Ayrıca ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey evde mevcuttu ve ev tertemizdi. Havuz kısmı da çok keyifliydi. Sadece konum olarak nispeten işlek bir caddede olduğu için biraz yol sesine maruz kalıyorsunuz. Bu arada ev sahibi de harika biri. Tatil boyunca ne sorduysak, neye ihtiyacımız olduysa koşarak geldi. Gökhan Bey ve Arif Bey'e çok teşekkür ederiz, yeniden görüşmek dileğiyle :)

Ömür Bey, çok ilgili, kibar ve yardıma açık biri. Konaklamadan önce mesajla gerekli bilgilendirmeleri ve yönlendirmeleri yaptı. Evi, gönderdiği görsel sayesinde çok kolay bulduk. Evin her yeri tertemizdi. Eşyalar oldukça yeni ve kullanışlıydı. İhtiyacımız olan her şeyi evde bulabildik. Bu kadar donanımlı olmasına biz de şaşırdık. Bahçesi ve balkonu çok temiz ve kullanışlıydı. (Bahçede kullanabileceğiniz mangal ekipmanları ve bank takımı var. Biz kullanmaya vakit ayıramadık.) Kendi evimizin rahatlığında bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Yolumuz yine Fethiye’ye düşerse bu evde tekrar konaklamak isteriz. Ömür Bey’e tüm her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Bungalow in Çalış einfach geliebt! Die Unterkunft ist ein echter Geheimtipp: ruhig gelegen, aber gleichzeitig mitten im Leben. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an der Promenade, bei tollen Cafés, kleinen Boutiquen, Supermärkten oder Restaurants direkt am Wasser, und trotzdem hört man abends nur das sanfte Rascheln der Bäume. Das Highlight war für uns der wunderschön angelegte Garten mit absoluter Privatsphäre. Alles wirkt liebevoll gedacht. Wie der stylische Whirlpool, in dem wir abends den Tag ausklingen ließen. Besonders schön: der Outdoor-Projektor! Wir bräuchten diesen nicht so oft, aber nice to have. :) Wir hatten Besuch zum Grillen von der Familie, wofür der Garten dann auch super war. Der Bungalow modern, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Ahmet war super hilfsbereit, hat uns tolle lokale Tipps gegeben und war bei Fragen und Anmerkungen sofort erreichbar. Eine tolle Empfehlung in Fethiye

Beautiful place. Very well designed, with a lot of attention to detail. Definitely worth the money, especially for more than two people. Taner was responsive to questions and requests. We had hoped to use the inside pool, but it would have cost us an extra $50 a day to heat it. There is a 2-person jacuzzi upstairs, but it was not functional. I did not bother to ask Taner if there was a way to get it working. We would have strongly prefered to have 2 keys, not one. We had to be very careful that we didn't lock ourselves out. The key cannot be detached from the fob that operates the electricity, and so we always needed to remember to pocket the key and fob as we left the house. In any case, this is an excellent choice for the Fethiye area.

The villa was great, it had all the basic necessities you could need. The privacy was perfect. Sinan was a great host, he made sure that we had everything we could need and the villa was spotless when we arrived.

Orhan Bey eve girdiğimiz ilk andan çıkışımıza kadar ilgi ve alakasıyla aklınıza gelebilecek her konuda müthiş ilgiliydi, evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey en ufak ayrıntıya kadar zevkle seçilmiş,ev fotoğraflarda göründüğünden çok daha hoş gerek konumu gerek evin güzelliği gerek ev sahibinin ilgisiyle kesinlikle beş yıldız! araştırma aşamasında olanlara şiddetle tavsiyemizdir :)

Aile olarak konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, her şey anlatıldığı gibiydi. Ev çok temiz, bütün ihtiyaçlarımız düşünülmüştü. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Rezervasyon yapmayı düşünenler için çok tavsiye ederiz.

The apartment was large, with a lovely and peaceful balcony that had a good view. The location was safe, quiet, and fairly close to the sea. Fatih was also a warm, genuine person who made us feel at home. If u return to the city, I would absolutely stay here again.

6 kişilik arkadaş grubumuzla doğanın içinde harika bir yerde 2 gece geçirdik. Ev tertemizdi, eşyalar oldukça yeni, mutfak malzemeleri eksiksizdi. Evde hoparlöre kadar her şey düşünülmüştü. Havuz tertemiz, bakımlıydı. Çevresinde yakın evler olsa bazen ses gelse de mahremiyet çok güzel sağlanmış, biz rahatsız olmadık. Arkadaşlarımızla çok keyifli vakit geçirdik, kendi evimizdeymişiz gibiydi, içimize sinmeyen hiçbir şey ile karşılaşmadık. Tatilimiz boyunca en çok kurduğumuz cümle “Mutlaka tekrar gelelim.” oldu. Keşke olsa dediğimiz tek şey toptu, onu da biz bıraktık :) Özer Bey de her konuda çok yardımcı biri, giriş çıkışlarımızda esneklik sağladı, sorularımıza her zaman cevap verdi ve her zaman ulaşılabilirdi. Bu güzel deneyim için çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Ev fotoğraflarda gözükenin aynısı. Temizlik, hijyen konusunda kusursuzdu. Aradığımız her şey evde mevcuttu ve mutfak eşyaları tertemizdi. Konaklama esnasında mutfak tüpümüz bitti ve Metehan bey hemen hızlı bir şekilde yenisini temin etti. Konum olarak sakin bir muhit ,merkezi, her yere oldukça yakın. Beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı ailecek güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Ero molto indeciso se lasciare un feedback al nostro soggiorno per paura che in futuro diventasse un alloggio sempre occupato, ma non potevo non mettere tutto il massimo… è stata una fantastica esperienza e l’ host è stato sempre cordiale e gentile. Complimenti continuate cosi

Everything was amazing. He contacted us right from the beginning and gave clear instructions. The villa was equiped with everything that one would need. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the vacation! The sea was amazing and we fell in love with Ferhat’s airbnb that’s why we stayed a couple extra days😊. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip — including our baby nephews. The hosts provided baby cots and high chairs, which made things so much easier for us. The location is great, with shops within walking distance and a lovely marina area with restaurants just 10 minutes away. The Wi-Fi only worked in the downstairs portion of the house, but honestly, it encouraged us to disconnect a bit more and enjoy our holiday — not necessarily a bad thing! One of the showers had low water pressure, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. Onur was a fantastic host — super responsive and helpful, always replying within minutes. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely book again!

Öncelikle ev sahibi Altuğ Bey’e çok teşekkür ederim. Konaklama süresi boyunca her şeyle ilgilendi. Villaya gelince her şeyi yeni , tüm eşyalar özenle seçilmiş ve üst kalite. Konumu harika . Market ve restoranlara sadece 1 dakika . Ana yola çok çok yakın. Hisarönü barlar Caddesi’ne sadece 5 dakikada yürüyerek ulaştık. Dışarıdaki havuz başındaki jakuzi inanılmaz keyifliydi. Bir villada ihtiyaç duyacağınız her şeye sahipsiniz . Sauna ve Türk hamamına bayıldık. Burayı kesinlikle herkese şiddetle tavsiye ederim . her sene mutlaka geleceğim.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum von Fethiye, was für Ruhe und Entspannung sorgt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll, alles war super sauber. Die Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und gut erreichbar. Für unsere Gruppe von 8 Personen war das Haus perfekt – genug Platz für alle und sehr komfortabel. Man ist zwar auf ein Auto oder Taxi angewiesen, um ins Zentrum oder an den Strand zu kommen, aber kleinere Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung!

Fantastic place. I didn’t actually believe it for the cost until we arrived. It’s simply stunning. The agency arranged a nice big air con’d Mercedes minibus for us, drinks in taxi provided. 1 hr roughly from Dalaman. The villa is nicely away from the busy area up above. I don’t know what another review is talking about that it’s a busy road, it’s certainly not. The electric gate off the key ring opened to greet us with a beautiful place of our own for 10 days. Huge tv (we’re not out every evening with our daughter in bed) and the owner even came round and helped us fit the fire stick. Nice showers, good washer and dish washer. The side pool is freezing (in May) but the main pool was perfectly cool. Good showers and toilets. Took me 5 days to realise all toilets in turkey have a bidet function lol. Taxi button 50 yards to right of the gate from outside. We will be back. We honestly can’t offer improvement aside from make the small side pool heated, even slightly!
