Apartment holiday rentals in Karakol

The hosts were kind, and the location is great—close to our favorite café. The apartment itself is clean and modern. We loved the kitchen area, which has a huge refrigerator and easy access for cooking. The couple was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The only downside is the parking area—you need to be home early, or other homeowners might take the spot first. Also, the location on Airbnb doesn’t match the exact address, but that wasn’t a big issue since the homeowners were very responsive. We will definitely come back again! Lovely apartment, beautifully presented, central to everything. Supermarket and markets nearby, walking distance to a lot of interesting places. We stayed two nights and would have loved to stay longer.

Positives: Amazing view of the mountains (probably the best in karakol!), top floor and south facing Warm apartment + has air-conditioning Large apartment compared to a guest house Washing machine!!! (Essential after hiking and missing in a lot of places), and an enclosed balcony that is suitable for drying clothes Comfortable bed, functional kitchen and bathroom Negatives: It’s fifth floor without an elevator (as is typical in karakol), although is an easier walk up than you would think, but worth knowing for mobility impaired. It’s the trade off for that view. Building is a typical karakol communist era building All in all a great stay and great value compared to other alternatives

The location is also in the center of karakol, you can walk to restaurants, globus supermarket or other attractions easily. Thank you Алмаз for a wonderful stay in karakol.

This house is much bigger and cleaner than the picture. It was so relaxing to spend time at home. Host kindly helped me with the check-in. It left me a comfortable and enjoyable memory in the karakol. I recommend it!

It really felt like we were at home. The tidiness of the apartment is out of this world. The facilities are premium quality and we have everything we needed. Aziza is really reactive when it comes to communication and is helpful. It definitely made our stay in Karakol perfect. This place is a treasure, please leave it in the same condition as you found it, so that other travelers can experience this magnificent place and host.

С хозяйкой (Елена) списались до заселении. Нас было 4 человека, двое легли на кровать, двое на раскладной диван. И кровать и диван были удобными. При заезде, хозяйка нас встретила в квартире, ответила на все наши вопросы. Квартира очень красивая, соответствует фотографиям. Стильный дизайн. Все что нужно для проживания было в наличии. Нам только не хватило утюга и сушилки. Мы довольны выбором квартиры.

Здравствуйте, нам очень понравилось у хозяйки. Благодаря её рекомендации чудесного ресторана под домом (он один из самых приятных оказался во всем городе), познакомились с некоторыми местными жителями. Город произвел очень приятное впечатление, а квартира была уютной, красивой и ухоженной. Расположена в шаговой доступности от самых интересных мест города. Я бы сказала, что жилье лучше, чем на фотографиях. Вид на горы. Посуда, полотенца, и столовые приборы высокого качества и не «заношенные», как иногда бывает в съемном жильё. Все продумано и удобно. Спасибо за гостеприимство!
