Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kapaʻa

Great location and unit had all the necessities for the stay. There were also some nice touches by the owners with snacks and coffee for our stay. Just need to take note that there was no air-conditioning and the weather was hot, especially in the day.

Devaki was such a sweet and awesome host. Perhaps the best location in Hanalei Bay. 100 foot walk to beach and less than a quarter mile walk to town.

We couldn’t have asked for anything else! This place was stocked with everything to enjoy your Kauai vacation. The garage had lots of things to go out and use at the beach and around Princeville. The house was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for! Amy was awesome and extremely accommodating and responsive. We would 100% stay here again!! Thanks🌺

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

Absolutely beautiful! A wonderful place to stay with all the amenities you could ask for - everything down to finite details made this place a peaceful place to stay. We will be back.

We had a lovely time in Princeville. The location was great and the place was perfect for our needs.

We stayed at Jacob's for a wedding. His house is gorgeous, huge! We cooked dinner there and loved how cozy it was. The bed was super comfy, and we even used the garage to store our bikes for the beach.

Our family felt right at home, thanks to Donna! It was comfortable and clean, and really ended up being exactly how she described! We will definitely reach out to Donna next time we're coming to Kauai!

This place was brilliant! I was on vacation in Princeville w/ mom and dad, and this place was exactly what we needed. It was a <10 minute drive from Hanali bay, restaurants, beaches, Hāʻena park shuttle stop. The AirBnB had a nice kitchen w/ enough cooking material to make dinner/breakfast and save a few bucks while visiting the island. We had a nice view of the ocean, and a few hidden trails near our place. Parking was hella easy. I'm def returning to the island, and if the lord be blessed, this AirBnB will be available for booking. :) Shout out to Brooke for communicating recs to us, for being so responsive, and kind throughout our trip.

We had a lovely stay at Jim’s place. The condo had everything we needed and all that you’d need to have a great beach day (snorkels, umbrella, chairs, towels, etc). Easy check in and free parking. The facility across the road for a pool, outdoor gym, etc., was a nice touch and something we enjoyed utilizing. 10 min walk to the beach and a cute area for dinner, we recommend Keoki’s paradise for drinks. A 5 minute walk to a great breakfast cafe, little fish. Overall we would absolutely stay here again.

We only stayed one night, got there pretty late and left very early in the morning. Place was perfect for our needs, easy and flexible check-in, clean, great location. I would stay again if in Kauai.

Wonderful place to stay with an amazing view. We had great communication with Huma and no problems getting access to everything at the resort. We appreciated the little things - like plenty of hangars in the closet and an AWESOME beach umbrella and set of beach chairs. It was very clean and dry. The bedroom can be a little hot if you don't open the window (which is facing the exterior walkway to and from other condos, but there wasn't much traffic). Other guests were pretty quiet and friendly. This is a wonderful rental within walking distance of central Kapaa. Would love to stay here again.

Passt..alles da was man braucht..sauber ,,Lob an die Dame die noch am reinigen war als wir angekommem sind ..der Parkplatz war nicht zu finden ..man hatte die falsche Nummer aufgemalt..mussten lange suchen aber auf Nachfrage wurde das Problem gelöst..insgesamt ist die Unterkunft aber sehr empfehlenswert

Guys, everything was perfect! Princeville is nice and quaint. We took a walk through the golf course area and enjoyed all the trees/scenery. Parking is very close to the unit and Ryan is very responsive. The place is pristine and had everything we needed

Shaun was a super friendly and proactive host. His place had everything we needed to entertain and care for our little one on her first big trip, which made life easy for mom and dad. We love the Kiahuna Plantation and highly recommend units like Shaun's on the backside of the property for privacy and peace, while still having easy access to all of the amenities. We look forward to our next trip!

Adam and Beata’s place was great for our vacation! It’s a very peaceful place with a beautiful yard. It was great for two and we really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as having snorkels, boogie boards, and beach chairs in case we needed them. We loved our stay!

I was on vacation to Kauai and I definitely enjoyed my stay at Joe's place. Joe and Mala are great hosts and are very easy to communicate with. They're also very welcoming and responsive, helping us checked in and out very smoothly. The condo description and pictures are accurate and it's very clean. The condo is also well equipped and the bed is super comfy. I will definitely come back during my next trip to Kauai, and I do recommend this place for short or long stays.

Absolutely perfect! It’s a double condo with tons of space and a double lanai with beautiful views. Truly our best air bnb stay yet. Princeville is gorgeous and the Hanalei Bay Resort has great amenities, two good restaurants, two pools access to the beach and a beach bar. Spectacular!

We loved staying at Jonathan's place! the view and proximity to the ocean was hard to beat, groceries were nearby, and the place itself was clean and organized. We especially appreciated the snorkel gear!

The place was clean, quiet and in a fantastic location. It was also very well stocked with beach, kitchen and bath essentials. Cindy was very communicative and wanted to make our stay as comfortable and easy as possible. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to the island.

My husband and I stayed here for part 2 of our honeymoon trip. It was everything we could’ve asked for and more! Such a beautiful space and wonderful location!

Great little gem of a spot. Dolphins and whales jumping off just a few 100yards from the balcony. Amazing sun rises. Pecan breakfast sweets just across the road.

Lovely condo in Kapa’a with a short walk to the beach where you can watch the sunrise. Spacious living room, good kitchen, nice bedroom and bathroom. Great, responsive hosts!

Jann is an amazing host (extremely communicative and very sweet), the home was extremely comfortable, had plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5, amenities were plenty, access was easy, and home was ready ahead of schedule. We didn’t spend much time at the resort, as we were out and about doing the things that Jann recommended were the best outings (the hikes and the ** best recommendations were fabulous), but the grounds are beautiful and our youngest enjoyed the pool and slides some! We woke up early most mornings, took a few steps away, and watched the sun rise right on the beach! The rental car was super convenient and was waiting at the airport! When I texted her about a question, she responded immediately and took action right on the spot. I recommend this place 10/10 and would love to come back and stay here again soon! Everything about our stay was wonderful.. book this place - you’ll be happy you did!!!
