Apartment holiday rentals in Kanto Region

Nous sommes restées presque deux semaines chez Hiroko et le logement correspondait en tous points à nos attentes ! Il était un peu petit mais convient parfaitement pour deux personnes ! C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lavabo de salle de bain mais notre hôte propose l’équipement nécessaire pour pallier à ça ! Je recommande ce logement, en particulier pour sa correspondance aux descriptions et son quartier remplit de restaurants tous plus alléchants les uns que le autres !! Merci pour votre accueil ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bilder zu sehen 👍🏻 Hat eine tolle Lage, klare Empfehlung die Lokale in dieser Umgebung zu besuchen anstatt tief in die Stadt zu fahren für überfüllte Restos um dann Ausweichmöglichkeiten zu suchen. Die Wohnung ist etwas versteckt, aber sehr ruhig gelegen ohne jeglichen Verkehr. Auf dem Weg zur U-Bahn sind 7-Eleven, Family Mart als auch super viele lokale Läden zu finden was alles erleichtert. Die Menschen aus der Umgebung sind sehr nett! Die Auststattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, die Pflegeprodukte auch hochwertig 👍🏻

Central location to get to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Plenty or restaurants options and easy access to public transportation. Would stay again.

The apartment had everything we needed and more! The neighborhood is filled with second hand shops and convenience stores which was perfect for us:) Being located so close to a train station made moving around very easy as well! Everything was great!

Nice place , still new fresh and clean, everything I needed was there, comfortable bed, powerful A/C, great location 5 minute walk to Sky Tree and Train stations with connections to anywhere in Tokyo, Responsive hosts very accommodating. I would stay here again.

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

I would recommend this place and would stay here again if I have the chance. Harumi was very responsive and met me in person for check-in. She has taken care of everything and the place was very nice and clean and the view of the river is amazing!

Yuichi was great to deal with. The apartment is excellent value being larger than average at the price point and close to the train yet quiet and comfortable. We had own own bathroom and there was also a public bath house on the ground floor included in the price. I would highly recommend Yuichi's apartment and will definitely stay there again if available on my next visit. Five stars from us.

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

Our stay at Mimiko’s was short but it was a great find. We came as a family of three with a 1.5 year old and it worked great for us even though it’s not advertised for children. The queen sized was perfect; all 3 of us fit comfortably and the toiletries in the shower smell amazing. I asked in advance about coffee and Mimiko went out of her way and provided drip coffee packs as well as coffee filters and a drip. I felt that was going above and beyond. Most places just provide what they provide but Mimiko went an extra step even for something so small. I also forgot my child’s sleep bag and she’s sending it to my home. Lifesaver!

Unforgettable Stay – Absolutely Perfect! This Airbnb was truly outstanding and exceeded all expectations! Communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful from the very beginning. They provided thoughtful local recommendations that led us to some of the best food and hidden gems in the area—experiences we never would have found on our own. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect retreat after long days exploring, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to public transportation, restaurants, shops, and cultural sites. What really made this stay exceptional was the host. They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about our experience. Their hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. Taking a chance on a place to stay in another country is a gamble. But this place exceeded all expectations. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great stay. Location was super close to train station and one stop from Shinjuku which made getting to other areas easy. Good eating options around the neighborhood and not overly crowded or noisy. Rei was very communicative and the provided guides were perfect. Recommended.

非常非常满意，超出预期了，还会再来住的，也推荐给了关系好的朋友。不想公开推荐，因为害怕以后自己住不上。没想到有个很大院子，卧室和客厅都可以连通直接过去。房主应该优先放这个图，预定时很后面才看到。提个小建议，房主可以像很多房主一样整理一本册子（常见语言都附上）。把大家常见的问题彩色打印出来放在客厅桌子上里。这样房主也不需要一直回答，常住爱彼迎的客人能自己根据手册快速阅读解决。

The apartment is very spacious and clean! There is lots of closet space and places to lay out luggage without ever feeling cramped. The view from the bedroom window is spectacular at night, just a beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower. The appliances worked great especially the on-demand water heater, the super auto heat function on the microwave and the Dyson hair dryer! The shower room heater/room dryer dried our clothes and the room super fast. Walkable to a convenient store, grocery store, and good restaurants. The neighborhood is truly silent at night yet convenient to multiple train lines. Excellent stay❣️

The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! Staying at this hidden gem was an absolute treat. Pati, our wonderful host, made our first trip to Japan unforgettable by offering amazing recommendations for food, shopping, and travel. After much research on where to stay, discovering Koenji and Pati's place felt like finding gold at the end of the rainbow. The location was perfect for us, as we love to walk—stations were easily accessible by foot, and the Koenji shops were just a short stroll away. The space itself was perfect—spacious, full of natural light, with a lovely little balcony. The large dining table and open layout made it feel like a true home away from home. We stayed for 8 nights and it was ideal for a longer stay. Despite the cold weather and snow on the first night, the heating kept us warm and cozy. Hot tip: definitely rent a bike to explore Koenji and Tokyo—it’s a fantastic way to get around. Thank you again, Pati, for your kindness and hospitality. We can’t wait to return to our new favorite place in Tokyo! :)

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Eric is a nice host and he provided a comfortable room. I highly recommend his airbnb because of the supplies that are available in the hotel and the peaceful streets.

非常好的住宿体验！从机场一下来有点晕乎乎的不知道怎么转线，询问房东也回复的非常及时和仔细，快到的时候就看到有员工在向我们招手，热情的帮我们搬行李，房子离地铁站不远，周围都比较安静，但是便利店很齐全，感觉挺安全的，这两天我们两个女孩子都玩到很晚才回，路上都还有下班族，房子真的很新，超级干净卫生，而且还很贴心的准备了一次性用品和牙刷牙膏等，洗澡的水温水量都很合适，提供的洗发水沐浴露也香香的很好用！床也很好睡，东京的这两天我们几乎都在暴走，有一个干净又睡得舒适的房间真的太重要了～以后回想起东京的美好记忆一定会想起民宿的舒适体验和热情的房东～祝好😄

Great stay and host was super responsive. I accidentally booked an extra night before we got there and they left us some money as a partial refund for that night.
