The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! We are outside dog friendly and have boarding kennels and lots of area for your four legged friends to run around. This house offers secure off road parking with loads of vehicle space.
