Host was really nice & helpful, really easy going and over all a great guy. The room was what it looked liked in the photos. Would recommend this guesthouse to anybody that’s coming to Kanchanaburi.

Sweet floating house was pure bliss. Incredible location, super friendly hosts, delicious food, comfy beds. Just magical.

Place was nice and clean. Had everything you needed. Staff were very friendly, and always willing to help.

Chez Bure was comfortable and inviting, there were so many added touches that made us feel welcome. Every day there are freshly baked goods available in reception, including some delicious cookies I’ll be thinking about until I can return, and sandwiches, boxes of fruit, fresh Thai tea, bottles of water etc all completely FREE of charge. I was blown away by this act of hospitality. Not only that, the cleaning staff were so meticulous. There were a few days we chose not to have the place turned down and they would always approach us the day after, eager to freshen everything up. They replaced all the water in the fridge and provided extra toilet rolls and shower gels/shampoos. The service was impeccable and all the staff were so polite. I cannot sing the praises of this place enough! Area is walkable with Grab readily available. We struggled on check out day to find a taxi as it was very early (7am) and Manee saved us. We can’t wait to return and look forward to our next visit.

I love the nature-surrounded location and the room, which the bed is so comfy and well-decorated. I love the quietness so much. I would go back to revisit there for sure. However, there are small negativities which I already told the staff and they were nice as they listened to my complaint and improved it immediately. They burned the garbage next to my room in a morning and I smelled the smoke when having a breakfast. The breakfast was not nice. The swimming pool was easily dirty so they would need to do the small cleaning once a day. The wifi is quite bad in my room.

Great place to stay! My usual hotel was sold out this year, so I decided to stay at The Bridge, and I’m very happy I did. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, providing local recommendations and demonstrating excellent communication skills. The hotel also has a great restaurant with quality food and a very relaxing outdoor seating area and bar. Only problem with this hotel was the gymnasium, the equipment is broken and not able to be used. Apartment from that, i will definitely return to this hotel for future trips.

I would really give it more than 5 stars if I could. The lady manager was so kind to wait up for us despite a late check-in. She gave us great recommendations too. The place is brand new and renovated and very very clean. Would recommend coming here if you are coming in a friend group of 8 people. Highly highly recommended.

If you want to escape the city and experience authentic Thailand people and culture this is the place to go. You will be treated like royalty- and your every need will be attended to. Deep in the center of Thailand not many Americans venture this far but it is well worth the effort. The service is outstanding and the resort was peaceful/ pleasant. I would return. I had my own private guide/ car arranged through the resort that has been the best part of my journey to Thailand.

The resort is next to the river and they have a stunning view. The services was superb!!! The food was incredible. Very valuable for money.

I booked a place within the Happiness Resort—The Sapphire Raft—and I am delighted I did. After a complete renovation, the raft had just opened, with brand-new rooms and furnishings. It was located in front of a river with beautiful surroundings. It's a place to come to wind down. Even though it was hot and humid during the day (I love the sun), it was relaxing outside to take in the surroundings, the breeze from the river and listen to the river flow past your room. The temperature dropped after 4 pm, and I sat outside till 11pm just listening to music and enjoying the sounds of the surroundings. All four raft rooms had customers who were all respectful and did not feel there was a lot of noise; they just blended it in with the atmosphere. Khun Note and his staff provided excellent service. If you are vegan or vegetarian, you can speak to him and arrange to be brought down to the raft. I enjoyed all my food by the water. I would come back to unwind at Sapphire Raft

Beautiful place. Beautiful stay, the staff were very warm and friendly. Amazing location, great food nearby, had an amazing country feel. Will stay again in the future

The place was a very unique experience. Paweena was very helpful in arranging for transport and food whenever we needed it. Great experience!
