Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kallithea

Eşim ve iki kızımla 3 gün kaldık, kendi evimizdeymisiz gibi rahat ettik. Cumartesi günleri pazar var, oradan alışveriş yaptık. Metroya çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Hem Atina merkeze, hem de plajlara yakın olmak istiyorsanız, burası konum olarak çok başarılı.

Fantastic Airbnb experience from start to finish, Kleio has excellent communication, super friendly and helpful, the apartment is beautiful, very thoughtfully designed and contains everything you could ever think of for a home from home. I would recommend to anyone and would certainly book again got our next trip to Athens.

it was the second time II booked Manos' place and certainly it's not the last. Great place, spacious and very clean, in a typical Greek neighborhood. I really recomand this apartment for those seeking a typical Athena accomytttttt[

Όμορφο και ευρύχωρο σπίτι σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Πραγματικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ ευγενική, μας επέτρεψε να φύγουμε ότι ώρα θέλαμε την επόμενη μέρα και το εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα.

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για μια άνετη διαμονή. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Roni is an amazing host. He contacted me before I arrived and gave clear instructions on how to self check in, and he didn't go to sleep before I entered. He took care of everything, was involved, and asked if anything was needed. The apartment is very clean, vast, and has everything you need. Loved it, and I will surely come back in the future! Really great place to stay in Athens, especially if you plan not only to explore main sights in Athens, but also visit Glyfada, riviera, or you plan to travel by ferry. There is a bus stop 2min from the flat which connects you to Syntagma or the red metro line, 10min away is the green line and you are 15min away by trolleybus from the tram 7. Additionally several night lines stop here too. The neighbourhood is very safe and yiu can see how locals live here. there are several supermarkets a few mins away, lots of cute and nice coffee sops, so it's worth checking out. Local farmers market is on Friday, so there is a chance to find fresh fruit or olive oil. The apartment was wonderful, you really feel at home, it's very clean and equiped with everything you would need. You even get house slippers! 😀 You have hot water all the time, a washing machine, AC in both rooms. And you have a hugeeeeee terrace!

Varvara was very helpful and straight forward on both check-in and check-out always responsive when needed and the house was very comfortable and neat, great deal and would 100% recommend.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, ich hatte sie mir grösser vorgestellt, aber es war genau wie auf den Bildern, sie bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen. Der Balkon ist sehr gross und gemütlich. Wir haben einige Tage vor dem Check-in viele Tipps und Hinweise vom Gastgeber erhalten, was wir sehr geschätzt haben! Die Gegend war ruhig und es gibt gute ÖV-Verbindungen (2-3 Stationen vom Zentrum entfernt) und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Very nice stay, very convenient location. She always answered right on time and left clear instructions. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

We stayed a month in Dimosthenis's place and it was perfect for us. A decent sized modest apartment with everything you would need for a long stay. the kitchen is pretty well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, the TV is recent and pretty big, the sofa was rather comfortable as well. No complaints and a very good price to quality ratio. The best part of this reasonably priced apartment is the fact that is it within walking distance of all major attractions of Athens. The immediate neighborhood feels local, safe, and calm. There are markets, and bakeries nearby. We did not require any assistance from the host during our stay, but communication was easy when we did exchange messages. We'd gladly stay there again if we visit Athens as we felt right at home. Thanks! Athens was incredible and this worked great as a base to explore it.

This is my first time getting and air b&b because of this experience i will always book one The house was so neat and organized,everything was available from water,milk even sweets as a nice gesture,the room was spotless even the bathroom 2 folded towels were on the bed which was really cute When we arrived the room was being cleaned by Michael’s sister who was also nice and friendly,, Micheal was very responsive even when i asked for an early checkin, went through all the details i needed to know even when i contacted him last minute Concerning the location the area is very safe and has all the attractions 15 minutes away The metro station is 5 minutes away But i used BOLT application for transportation I definitely recommend this place to everyone trying to visit Athens it is same as the picture🥰❤️

Erg fijn verblijf! Zaten ook dichtbij een metrostation, dus konden ons gemakkelijk door de hele stad vervoeren. Verder is het een leuk aangekleed appartement. Het enige waar je rekening mee moet houden is als je wilt douchen dat je de boiler aan moet zetten even max 30 min moet wachten voordat je kan douchen. Douche was erg comfortabel, dus je moet alleen wat extra tijd incalculeren. Ik ben erg te vreden over het verblijf, dus zou het zeker boeken! Host is ook erg vriendelijk en meedenkend in verband met uitchecktijden.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

Le logement de Dionysis nous a émerveillés ! Tout était impeccable, magnifique et magique. Pleins de petites notes et de petites attentions à notre égard qui ont été plus qu'appréciées. Si vous cherchez un lieux calme où vous reposer, mais à proximité de tout et du centre, cet appartement est l'entre deux parfait. Encore merci pour tout !

Apartament spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Świetna lokalizacja. Idealny do odpoczynku przed dalszą podróżą na wyspy. Blisko znajduje się park Temistoklesa gdzie można napić się kawy i zaczekać na prom w miłej atmosferze. Gospodarz odpowiadał na wiadomości i wszystko było ok!

This place is really a recommendation for couples, especially the bed on the outdoor terrace at night is super romantic 🥰 Jorge is a very nice and cool host and very flexible! Worth the money!

Our stay was wonderful. The view from the patio of the Acropolis is magnificent, especially at night. The apartment is clean and nice. The neighborhood was quiet with an easy walk to the sights. The host provided us with many recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. We accidentally broke the glass shower door and he was so gracious and understanding while concerned that no one was hurt. The massage chair was a welcome reprieve after walking around town. Great apartment and amazing host!

This Airbnb was absolute perfection! From the moment we arrived we were blown away by the panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea — truly something out of a dream. The terrace was incredible. We spent many hours outside on the terrace, sipping coffee, eating dinner, sunbathing and watching the sunset over the sparkling blue water. Every detail was thoughtfully considered. It was tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen. This location was very peaceful yet close enough to explore the beaches and Athens. If you’re looking for a luxurious, serene escape with unforgettable views, this is it. We can’t wait to return!
