En nybyggd stuga med plats för många, i lugnt område med 3 km från Luleå centrum. Huset är barnvänligt och rymmer större sällskap kortare perioder och mindre sällskap längre perioder. Värmereglage på väggen med golvvärme i alla rum. God ventilation! Uteplats, tillgång till gård och friluftsområden. Närhet till affär och kiosk. säg till så guidar vi eller tipsar om platser! Ormbergets friluftsområde finns 10 minuters promenad från boendet likaså Skurholmsberget. lugnt, tyst med fin utsikt!

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Väldigt rymligt, otroligt fräscht och härligt boende. 10 av 10! Jag sov jättebra mina två nätter även om det är bullrig trafik utanför (sover dock alltid med öronproppar.) Nära bussen som tar dig in till centrum och mittemot finns en stor matbutik. Har jag vägen förbi kommer jag absolut bo här igen☺️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Simon. la vue est exceptionnelle avec de magnifique levés et couchers de soleil. Le logement est de très bonne qualité dans un environnement paisible. c’est la première fois que j’ai envie de revenir, pour un séjour en été peut-être -:)

Wir verbrachten drei wunderschöne Tage in dem kleinen roten Häuschen, direkt an der Ostsee. Es war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und sauber. Vom Bett aus hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick auf die verschneite Landschaft und die gefrorene Ostsee. Über einen kleinen Pfad gelangt man zudem zu einer Fasssauna mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Da die Eigentümer am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes selbst anreisten, konnten wir sie noch kennen lernen. Sie waren total herzlich und versorgten uns noch mit Tipps für unsere Weiterreise. Wir fühlten uns alles in allem sehr wohl und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Wiebkes Haus verbracht. Alles war wie angegeben und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Sogar ein Weihnachtsbaum war aufgestellt. Die Lage des Hauses ist prima um viel zu unternehmen und die Gegend zu erkunden. Der Fluss direkt vorm Haus ist mehr wie ein See und wunderschön. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

We spent two weeks in Sweden, including 3 days in Luleå where we celebrated my birthday, and we couldn't have made a better choice than to stay here, at Ingemar's beauiful cabin. After all that traveling and staying in. hotels, it was so nice to just kick back and relax and enjoy the lovely view of the water. We grilled our meals in the little cabana, swam in the Gulf of Bothnia, and enjoyed the sauna. Our hosts thought of everything, including leaving a bottle of champagne and chocolates in the fridge to wish me a happy birthday! So sweet of them! The place itself appears to be brand new with high end appliances, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Conveniently located near the airport and the town itself, it was easy to get groceries, and just a short drive to get to the UNESCO world heritage site! This is a very special place that feels very remote from all the cares of the world. Highly recommended!
