Место и дом оправдали все наши ожидания. Отличное расположение, как в сказке: на право пойдешь (10 мин) супермаркеты и кафе найдёшь, на лево пойдешь (10 мин) дикий и чистейший пляж найдёшь, с минимальным количеством людей, а если пройти чуть дальше, то и вообще их отсутствие. Сам дом очень чистый и обустроен всем необходимым, все соответствует фотографиям, нам даже предоставили пляжные зонты и кресла. Спасибо хозяину за прием, нам помогли организовать трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, по приезду любезно предоставили питьевую воду, печенье для ребёнка и даже пиво для взрослых, и еще много всего) Семья в восторге от отдыха! Безусловно будем рекомендовать своим друзьям и знакомым!

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great beaches nearby, helpful recommendations and links shared the night of our check-in. Would stay again, would recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

Na Saní sme boli 12 noci . Bola to jedna z našich najlepších pobytov .Dom bol síce ďalej od pláže , ale autom za pár minút sme boli pri mori . To ticho a pokoj čo tam bol sa nedá opísať . Hostiteľ bol veľmi ústretový , poskytol nám potrebné informácie ohľadom pobytu , zabezpečil nám vstup autom na parkovisko Saní rezortu . Dom bol čistý , vybavený všetkým čo ku svojmu pobytu potrebujete . Akurát druhá kúpeľňa bola na poschodí a dosť maličká . Okolie je nádherné, neskutočne krásne pláže , čistá priezračná voda . Za mňa vrelo odporúčam .

An excellent accommodation in a wonderful location! The host is as friendly and helpful as anyone! It has everything it promises with great aesthetics! The room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back soon! That's for sure!

The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

Wir haben im Haus von Periklis und seiner Frau eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Terrasse, der Garten und der eigene Zugang zum Wasser sensationell. In der Vorsaison war zwar rundherum noch nicht alles geöffnet, aber genau das und die damit verbundene Ruhe haben wir gesucht und gefunden. Wir bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft, die uns entgegengebracht wurde! Viele Grüße!

Great location, the beach is across the street. Close to the restaurants and shops, but on the other hand is far from the most crowded part of Toroni. The apartment is on the ground floor with really nice and big terrace/veranda, where you can have enjoyable dinners or drink you coffee in the mornings. Parking place is also available.

Sehr schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation, wir wurden sogar von der Fähre abgeholt. Die Familie/ Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss ( mit separatem Eingang) und sind bei allen Fragen ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir fanden die beiden große Terrassen toll. Sowohl der Strand Alikes als auch das Dorf sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Die kompakte Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Lage und Ausblick sind wunderschön. Die Gastgeber*innen sind total angenehm und entgegenkommend. Das Gebäude mit den Wohneinheiten ist architektonisch sehr gelungen und fügt sich harmonisch in den Felsen ein. Die Terrasse ist durch Sichtschutz von den benachbarten Ferienwohnungen getrennt – was die Geräuschkulisse angeht, kann es unter Umständen etwas weniger privat wirken. Bei uns war’s aber angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - danke dafür!

Natasha’s place was lovely, the outside especially is really beautiful. The beach is not fully sandy something to bear in mind but the apartment has so many items provided for fun on the beach and water, including spare water shoes for walking over the rocky bits of the sea. It’s a fair walk into town but along a quiet road most of the way. Lovely relaxing evenings spent out on the huge terrace area in nice clean and quiet complex. Was wonderful stay

We are very happy about our stay, and definitely recommend! The house is big and spacious - we were a group of friends, and it was perfect as there were 3 rooms. We were quite unlucky with the weather (it rained for several days, so we highly appreciated the amenities of the house such as wifi or TV) It's the last house of the street - and we considered it definitely a plus as it's more quiet. It's also very close to the beach (2-3min walk). Communication with the host was smooth, all in all we are very happy!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Weg zur Unterkunft war etwas abenteuerlich, man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Aber dafür war die Umgebung sehr ruhig und schön.

Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!! Η βίλα ήταν όπως τις φωτογραφίες,όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα,η τοποθεσία ιδανική για ξεκούραση,η θάλασσα δίπλα με τα πόδια! Οι οικοδεσπότες παρά πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ότι απορία είχαμε!! Είναι ιδανικο και για οικογένειες αλλά και για ζευγάρια!!

Ich war für eine Woche in Sykia und habe die Unterkunft sehr genossen! Sie liegt zentral in der kleinen Stadt Sykia unweit vom Meer und wundervoller Natur. Die kleine Wohnung war wie beschrieben und ausreichend groß. Nikos und seine Mutter sind sehr freundlich und alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

The house is just perfect and equipped with everything that you could think of.We didn’t need to buy or bring anything except for our luggage. It is even bigger than in the pictures.We brought our two cribs for babies and they fit perfectly in the bedroom and still had good space to feel comfortable.There is a super nice balcony with a big table.On the main entrance there is a nice living room then bathroom and kitchen with good natural light and downstairs are the two bedrooms.The fence between the living room and the stairs surprised us happily and you can pull it if you want.The house is very clean,good furniture. The location is 10 points out of 10! The beach is 3min. walk - sandy with crystal clear water and no waves. Supermarket-1min. walk. Area is quiet and private with a forest view. Hosts are super friendly and kind.The communication was perfect.They had even prepared welcome gifts for us. We will definitely come back and the house is recommended from the bottom of our hearts

We loved staying here. Beautiful house by a beautiful beach front of Kalamitsi. The house has everything that you need and feels like a home away from home with an amazing view to the beach.

We had a fantastic time in Ion's house in Kalamitsi. It is located within easy walking distance of the beach, and had everything we needed for a beach vacation. The balcony was a nice spot for meals. Just to note that the house has fans (and no a/c). The store in the nearby camping ground was very useful. Kalamitsi attracts a family crowd, and so is quieter and more manageable than some beach resorts in Chalkidikis. We would happily return.

Am petrecut 7 nopti in cazarea Konstantinei. Încă din prima zi ne am simțiți ca acasă. Plaja este la aproximativ 300 de m iar supermarketul la 100 de m. Sunt taverne în zona cu mâncare destul de bună. Plaja este de departe cea mai frumoasă la care am fost, fiind foarte clară și cu o mulțime de pești. Locul este ideal pentru familii cu copii fiind o zonă foarte liniștită. Mulțumim și o să ne mai reîntoarcem🫶
