Bright apartment(50m2), on the first floor of the building, a few meters from the beautiful square of the Cenotaph of Leonidas, well located in a quiet street and has a balcony with nice view to a plot of land with ancient finds(mosaics). Lots of restaurants, cafeterias and a super market near(around the square) and very close to the central square of Sparta. Also very close to archeological sites, 5km to Mystras and generally very beautiful surroundings to make your walks unforgettable.

Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Ηλιόλουστο διαμέρισμα φωτεινό, ευρύχωρο και καλαίσθητο μόλις δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της Σπάρτης! Το διαμέρισμα είναι 94 τ.μ. Built in the early 18th century, recently restored on plans by Greek Ministry of Culture, preserving with respect its historic and architectural character.
