The house is in a great location - quiet and peaceful but close to the beach and near by shops. The house itself is a really good size and has access to a pool which is fantastic. Danai was on hand to help with recommendations for local restaurants and getting around. Had a fantastic stay.

I stayed 1 night here before a group trip and it was perfect. The property, pool and view were amazing! I would also highly recommend getting the morning breakfast on site. It was a beautiful spread and a phenomenal way to start the morning on the terrace and a trip in Mykonos!

So first of all the view and location was simply breathtaking. The area was so clean and beautiful and quite. The apartment was very clean and there were a good amount of towels and sheets. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and enjoy life. Ioannis was so friendly to provide us a bottle of water and snacks. The beach was stunning, a dream come true. Just like the host. I felt safe and secure all the time. Ioannis gave us the feeling that we could contact him anytime and he was very quick and friendly with his response. I would love to come again and enjoy the beauty of Tinos. I will miss you...Tinos ❣️

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Ioannis' studio apartment at Lia Beach in June. The accommodation turned out to be perfect for our family of two adults and a teenage girl. The studio apartment is sufficiently spacious and well organized for a week's stay by the sea, and the highlight is the location, from which you have a splendid view of Lia Bay, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The photos are absolutely true and the accommodation is very characteristic, simple but cozy. Ioannis was exceptional, proactive, helpful and always ready to help if needed. The experience was really positive in all respects. I highly recommend this accommodation to families looking for an authentic stay on one of the most beautiful and quiet bays of Mykonos.

The perfect little get away. Such a good location. In walking distance to great beaches and restaurants. Air con, coffee machine and court yard were just what we needed. Highly recommend this place. Christina was always available and helped us with taxis and babysitters. Great stay Joey

The accommodation has everything you need with in addition a terrace with open views overlooking the sea surrounded by hills 👌 Finally, important to us , the bedding was very comfortable .

My wife and I stayed here during our two nights in Mykonos and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Our host upgraded our room on arrival and was incredibly responsive with recommendations and helping us with anything we needed. The place is beautiful and so peaceful - we enjoyed the quiet away from the other side of the island. It is also short walking distance to Agrari and Elia beaches, as well as the Elia bus stop and three restaurants. We would gladly come back for any future visits and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking to experience a quieter part of the island.

One of the best trips we have ever had and that is very much thanks to Alex and Efi! This was our second time here at Oika Petra. They were incredible hosts: welcoming, warm and friendly, they always went the extra mile to help us plan our outings. The view was breathtaking, the room was spacious, luminous and comfortable. In the morning, Alex and Efi surprised us with delicious Galaktoboureko (the greek traditional pie) and in the afternoon, they surprised us with figs or melon from their garden. Great memories were made on the beaches, the tavernas and most certainly at Oika Petra. We highly recommend staying here for a genuinely unforgettable experience.

Antonia’s place is beautiful! Like the other reviews say, make sure you get a bike or a car other than it was perfect! Great for the beach days cause it wasn’t too far. Very nice place and Antonia was especially helpful and nice. Can’t wait to come back!

Best trip ever! We were absolutely blown away by every aspect of this home. Ketty was an outstanding host—always quick to respond and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The views were breathtaking from every angle of the house. Our group of 7 had more than enough space and felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. We also met the sweetest cat during our time there. We named her Baki (short for baklava) and encourage future guests to feed her and enjoy her company. She truly was the cherry on top of an already perfect experience. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! We’re telling all our friends to book Villa Magdalena!

Stelios was great! Responded well to what I said and feedback I gave. The place was better than I expected and one of the few places I think looks better in real life rather than in pictures. Great place. Entering the driveway may scratch the bottom of your car if it is low because the driveway entrance is a steep hill.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is great for a group of 4-7 people, has a large pool with fantastic view. I really like the location since it's short ride to the downtown but also very quiet at night. Would definitely recommend the place.

Me and my friends loved staying here! The view is amazing and the house was perfect. Both the outside and inside were comfortable and relaxing. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We loved this place. It was reasonably priced, comfortable, quiet and located in a truly beautiful complex, just one minute from the gorgeous laneways of Mykonos. A magnificent swimming pool, which was mostly empty, topped the whole experience off. Miranta and Kathryn were fabulous, accommodating hosts. Truly a five star Airbnb experience.

We loved the place. It was very cute and meticulously kept. The location was awesome. It was just steps from the town square and many cafes and shops. Also just steps from the ferry port which made it easy to travel to other islands if you wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is as described and as seen in the pictures. Extremely close to the beach, walking distance to the center and the port with many shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. If you need to work from there, be mindful that the internet is a bit slow. Maria and her brother were reallt attentive and we greatly enjoyed the apricots from the tree in the balcony! We definitely recommend.

Stelios' apartment was an absolute dream. He had a fully stocked kitchen including dishwasher and other kitchen appliances including a juicer. He had a fully stocked laundry area and comfortable beds and sofas . His apartment really felt like a luxury home. We loved his eceletic art around the house. There is a massive pool for use by all the other apartments in area, but to be honest, it felt like a private pool as other tenants rarely used it and it is right outside the apartment. The pool was surrounded by the most stunning view. The location is a good drive out to the city -about 7km, with beaches a short drive away. If you're looking for R and R, this is the place to be. You will need a car rental to stay here though. Stelios himself was so helpful, giving us GPS location to the apartment and recommendations for beaches. Any issues, he popped over immediately.

The hosts were super nice and welcoming to all of us. They were so responsive and kind. They had a breakfast menu and food was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here in Mykonos and can’t wait to come visit again!! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Mykonos in a nice, clean and luxurious place!

The apartment is exactly as it is in the photos. Thanasis was really helpful and was very responsive when we needed anything. You can walk to the apartment from the port (20 mins) and the beach (10 mins.) Bus stop also just outside. Just note when booking this apartment it is right in the centre of town, so you do get the noise you would expect from town living!

Our experience in the apartment was really positive. it was clean and spacious with a view of the Bay that was truly wonderful. We had fantastic hosts that looked after us and recommended restaurants and places to visit which enhanced our experience on the island. I would genuinely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Mykonos.
