Holiday rentals with beach access in Kakovatos

Caroline and Peter are extremely welcoming and caring. We got a fresh and varied breakfast every day. The studio is cozy and has nice and practical extras. The bed sleeps wonderfully. Caroline and Peter give a lot of tips about sights and restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay with them, the beautiful garden, the bay with beach beds and the nice restaurants nearby. As a side note, we can mention that the cooking facilities in the studio are limited and that having a car is a must. In addition, the roads in the immediate area are unpaved.

Eleni's beautiful house is a comfortable, well-stocked apartment with comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom and a large terrace. The entire environment is clean and bright; it is in a convenient location, very close to the sea and very refined pastry bars. In 5 adults we were comfortable because the spaces are spacious. We recommend it and we'll be back The only advice is to upgrade or activate the Wi-Fi

Nico was an amazing and very considerate host. He provided us with all the necessary information at the check-in and left some fruit and Greek baked goods in the apartment which was lovely. He was always easy to contact and regularly asked if we needed anything. The flat is small, but with a huge terrace that offers the promised 360 view over Kalamata, which is especially great at night. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town and the harbour. We didn't mind that the kitchen is only equipped with the essentials as we really enjoyed eating in the restaurants within walking distance. There are also bakeries and cafés for breakfast all around the flat. All in all, the flat is perfect for 2 people who want to spend a long weekend or a short trip in Kalamata.

We had a wonderful time at Nadia's Studio. We were a family of 3 adults and a kid and Nadia made sure to support us in every possible way to ensure that we spend a beautiful holiday. We never experienced a host that was so helpful and that offered us such a warm hospitality. The house where the studios are is very nice, with private terraces for each studio and a beautiful shared garden with hammocks at the shade of olive trees. The studio itself had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Additionally, the location is very good and only around 5 min by car to the nicest beach in the island, easily accessible. Nadia had also great recommendations to places to visit and allowed us to spend a beautiful holiday. Definitely the best host we've met so far. A full 100% recommendation.

We booked this apartment primarily for its large terrace and views. It absolutely lived up to our expectations! The inside is very spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely equipped. The host Patricia is a very fine host. We walked to the beach in about 15 minutes in the mornings for a swim and in the afternoons, we relaxed on the terrace. A great stay!

The best accommodation during our 4-week trip to the Peloponnese, with a warm and personalized welcome (it's a change from key boxes...). Total availability. Thanks to Avva who took care of our laundry (washing and … drying)..Thanks to Mennelaos for his help in replacing our flat tire. The icing on the cake is the sea at the foot of the garden, and the site of Olympia about thirty minutes away by car. Book without moderation.

We had an amazing time and the house included all what we need. Very well equipped kitchen, spacious outside area for chill nights. It's also next to the sea and cafés, which is a big plus. Overall, highly recommended!

Pleasant stay in the area 30 minutes from Olympia. The house is safe for young children. We were able to enjoy the games in the garden and at the beach which is just a 1-minute walk away.

We had a great time, the location is ideal for visiting Olympia (if you have a car). The apartment was a little cold when we arrived but the fireplace was able to warm the atmosphere and bring us a nice atmosphere. The decor is lovely. The beds are firm. The hosts' mom welcomed us and left us delicious oranges, olive oil, potatoes... In Greece the water heater is often turned off, you have to turn it on before taking a shower.

Absolutely beautiful and spacious home! Really close to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance. Great that it has parking for two cars. The street/alley that the house is on is quite narrow, especially since there are cars parked on one side, but having the parking area under the building is quite convenient. Very clear communication from the host on check in and out procedures.

We had an unforgettable stay at this nice beachfront home on the island of Pelenopes! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the panoramic ocean views—sunrises over the water never looked so good. The private path straight down to the soft, sandy beach made morning swims and sunset strolls effortless and magical. Inside, the house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything you could possibly need: a fully equipped kitchen, plush linens, fast Wi-Fi, and even beach towels and chairs. We loved curling up in the cozy living room after a day in the sun or enjoying a glass of wine on the shaded terrace. Also our hosts have been incredibly nice: they greeted us with warm local tips, checked in to make sure we were comfortable, and were genuinely kind throughout our stay—truly the perfect host. We were welcomed in a very warm way, with small touches. The setting is absolutely fabulous. it feels like the house was built to watch the sunset! And we had access to the private beach. The house is pleasant, clean and comfortable. No one wanted to leave this idyllic place.

My wife and I loved Niko’s place. Great location, we felt right at home. We walked to the supermarket and bought fresh vegetables and made salads. The local restaurants on the path and off were wonderful. So many things to do and see. Niko’s place was wonderful and we hope to stay again when we return!

Apartment was very nicely located, very close to the beach and convenient spot if you like to be close to the restaurants/cafes. I highly recommend it. All necessary amenities (shampoos, shower gel, fresh towels) were offered and well received.

The apartment was really nice in a really good location, there was a cafe nearby like 1 minute walking, the apartment is really big and comfortable, the communication with the owner was really good! I totally reccomend it!

Recently renovated apartment, well furnished and with all amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room, as well as TVs). Perfect location to experience the lively center of Kalamata, convenient also for the Marina, which can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. The cleanliness was impeccable, the quality of the sponges was also good. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kalamata! The location is fantastic—close to the Train Park Museum, 10 minutes from the port, and easy access to the center by walking or bus. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby, which made everything super convenient. The apartment itself is modern, cozy, and well-equipped. It features a comfortable living room, a small but fully stocked kitchen, a compact bathroom with a washing machine, a spacious bedroom, a small balcony, and even a parking spot if you have a car. The Wi-Fi was strong, making it perfect for remote work. On top of that, the apartment was spotlessly clean, which made it even more inviting and comfortable. Anna Maria, the host, is absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly responsive, kind, and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is enjoyable.
